Шухова. - 2018. - № 9. - С. 98-105.Рассмотрены особенности дегидратации различных гидратных фаз гидратированного портландцемента с участием жидкого стекла. Установлено, что в условиях неизотермического нагрева
наблюдается три эндоэффекта, связанные с дегидратацией эттрингита в интервале температур
98,7–110,0 °С, разложением гидроксида кальция в интервале температур 439,4–450,7 °С и разложением вторичного кальцита в интервале температур 657,4–669,3 °С. Исследовано влияние жидкого стекла в составе портландцемента на эндоэффекты дегидратации эттрингита, гидроксида кальция и вторичного кальцита. Установлено, что с увеличением скорости нагрева с 5 до 10 °С/мин эндоэффекты смещаются в область высоких температур. Исследована кинетика дегидратации эттрингита, гидроксида кальция и вторичного кальцита в неизотермических условиях. Экспериментально подтверждено, что на скорость дегидратации гидратированного портландцемента существенное влияние оказывает концентрация жидкого стекла в цементе. Обосновано оптимальное содержание жидкого стекла в гидратированном портландцементе.
При содержании жидкого стекла в составе гидратированного портландцемента в количестве
5 и 10 % установлена закономерность снижения скорости дегидратации эттрингита и гидроксида
кальция. В высокотемпературной области скорость дегидратации гидратированного портландцемента с содержанием 5 % жидкого стекла возрастает по сравнению дегидратацией гидратированного цемента без жидкого стекла. Скорость дегидратации гидратированного портландцемента с содержанием 10 % жидкого стекла возрастает более значительно, что может оказать отрицательное воздействие на прочность композиционных материалов на основе портландцемента при плазмохимическом модифицировании.

Experimental values of the normal load q distribution in an area of the flexible gear contact with the wave generator disks were determined. This load was applied to the flexible gear on the side of the wave generator disks (from the principal axis of the wave gearing) and selected for various torque М2 values being transmitted. Moreover, a dependence of the resultant force R, impressed by the flexible gear to the wave generator disks, on the torque М2 values was determined. An experimental investigation under conditions of the heavy engineering has been scheduled. A wave gearing built in the Type VZ-1120 Gearbox of the MP-600AS torpedo car swivel mechanism was used as the prototype. It was investigated on a universal test stand with an opened power loop. Investigation results obtained in such a way are used in heavy engineering as the guiding data for performance of the development and design engineering works and optimization of the heavy wave gearbox performance

Series: Materials Science and Engineering. - 2018. - Vol.327. - 052028.The article elucidates the influence of high-power nonlinear consumers on electric energy losses in a mining high-voltage power line. The object of the study was a fragment of a power supply system of a mining enterprise with hoists. The investigation has assessed the electric energy losses conditioned by nonsinusoidal currents and voltages of the power line over a single hoist operation cycle. Also, the total electric energy losses in a high-voltage power line of a mining enterprise was calculated. The energy losses due to nonsinusoidal currents and voltages over single operation cycle of the cage hoist amount to 36.358 kWh. The presence of such losses increases total technological power and energy losses in the mining high-voltage power line by approximately 5-15%. The total energy losses in the components of the mining enterprise high-voltage power line caused by nonsinusoidal voltage are significant and lead to additional expenses of the company
