PROMISING USES OF CHAMOMILE AQUEOUS EXTRACT IN JAPANESE QUAILS
No full textChamomile, Matricaria chamomilla L., is a well-known medicinal herb. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chamomile aqueous extract on serum biochemical markers and testes histopathology in male Japanese quail. Quails (2 weeks old) were divided into two groups: the control group, which received no supplements, and the supplemented group, which received chamomile extract (3 mL/L) in their drinking water for 6 weeks. Chamomile extract's total flavonoids, phenols, and antioxidant potential were all determined. The total phenolic content of the extract was found to be 108.92 μg/ml, the total flavonoid content to be 66.41 μmol/ml, and the total antioxidant capacity to be 1.77 ng/ml. Japanese quails supplemented with chamomile aqueous extract gained weight and showed an improved testicular index compared to the control group. Chamomile extract improved total protein and albumin levels in the blood while lowering glucose levels. The supplemented quails exhibited a substantially higher percentage of spermatogenic epithelium and a much lower percentage of septa, according to stereometric analysis of histological sections. No full textThe number of people choosing full-degree programs from institutions of higher education is trending downwards. This is because the previous motivations of attending a degree program have been challenged. Industry is now more willing to accept relevant certifications and courses that come at much lower costs and can be attained over a much shorter period. Many of these courses, while they effectively close the academia-industry gap are not standardized or regulated. This paper proposes theoretically that academic public-private partnerships; not through infrastructure but in the academic core of higher education; that integrate into the lifecycle of a learner are the solution to this issue.Количество людей, выбирающих программы полного образования в высших учебных заведениях, имеет тенденцию к снижению. Это связано с тем, что предыдущие мотивы посещения программы на получение степени были оспорены. В настоящее время промышленность более охотно принимает соответствующие сертификаты и курсы, которые обходятся гораздо дешевле и могут быть получены в течение гораздо более короткого периода времени. Многие из этих курсов, хотя и эффективно сокращают разрыв между академическими кругами и промышленностью, не стандартизированы и не регламентированы. В этой статье теоретически предлагается, чтобы академические государственно-частные партнерства не через инфраструктуру, а в академическом ядре высшего образования интегрировались в жизненный цикл учащегося, являясь решением этой проблемы
Online soft skills systems as an effective protection tool for non-professionals against fake news distribution
No full textThe flood of information makes validating information more difficult because it is increasingly difficult for people to obtain valid information. Before there were new media technologies and the Internet, people could access information through print, radio, television, books, and orally. Online services are becoming the main space for public education, news, exchange of different kinds of data. Owing to online platforms it became possible for users to join social groups, stay up to date with the main events. Furthermore, the principle of operation of the same online services frequently causes information bubbles and prevents credible information flaw. On its turn public sphere is getting fragmented. Consequently in this environment, variety often merges with uncertainty, resulting in information cascades in which people spread data with limited assurances of authenticity. The spread of misinformation online as a natural process combines with private interests looking for political or financial benefits. An intentional spread of false information considers as disinformation due to the damage it brings to society and its actors.Поток новостей затрудняет проверку подлинности информации, поэтому неспециалистам становится все труднее получать достоверную информацию. До появления новых медиа-технологий и Интернета люди могли получать информацию через печать, радио, телевидение, книги и устно. Сегодня онлайн-сервисы стали основным пространством для просвещения населения, новостей, обмена разного рода данными. Благодаря онлайн-платформам, у пользователей появилась возможность вступать в социальные группы, быть в курсе основных событий. Кроме того, принцип работы одних и тех же онлайн-сервисов часто приводит к возникновению информационных пузырей и предотвращает проникновение достоверной информации. В свою очередь, публичная сфера фрагментируется. Следовательно, в этой среде разнообразие часто смешивается с неопределенностью, что приводит к информационным каскадам, в которых люди распространяют данные с ограниченными гарантиями подлинности. Распространение дезинформации в сети как естественный процесс сочетается с частными интересами, ищущими политические или финансовые выгоды. Намеренное распространение ложной информации считается дезинформацией из-за вреда, который она наносит обществу и его акторам

No full textThe formation of the cost of transportation services is an important factor in the development of management, strengthening its impact on financial results. In the article, based on the analysis and assessment of the current practice of calculating the cost of services, proposals are made for the division of costs into classification groups, based on current classification procedures, the updating of which requires: constant monitoring of the market environment, changes in Laws, as well as extensive knowledge of the methodology for regulating the costs of railway enterprises . Monitoring the dynamics of costs and expenses attributable to the financial results of enterprises in the structure of Russian Railways, in our opinion, must be carried out in a comprehensive manner, examining the entire range of costs and finding «bottlenecks» in their management. Particular attention is required to establish the dependence of the level of operating costs on the indicators of the transport market conditions: the volume of traffic, the quality of transport services and other factors.Формирование себестоимости услуг перевозки является важным фактором развития управления, усиления его влияния на финансовые результаты. В статье на основе анализа и оценки сложившейся практики калькулирования себестоимости услуг, даются предложения по разделению затрат по классификационным группам, на основе актуальных классификационных процедур, для обновления которых необходимы: постоянный мониторинг рыночной среды, изменений Законов, а также обширные знания методологии регулирования затрат железнодорожных предприятий. Мониторинг динамики затрат и расходов, относимых на финансовый результат предприятий в структуре ОАО «РЖД» необходимо, на наш взгляд, осуществлять комплексно, исследуя весь спектр издержек и изыскивая «узкие места» в управлении ими. Особого внимания требует установление зависимости уровня эксплуатационных расходов от показателей конъюнктуры транспортного рынка: объема перевозок, качества транспортного облуживания и других факторов
