Observam-se o deslocamento das refeições para fora dos domicílios, e consequentemente o aumento do número de Unidades de Alimentação e Nutrição (UAN), locais estruturados para produzir e distribuir diariamente grandes volumes de refeições, tais como em indústrias, empresas, universidades e escolas (PROENÇA et al., 2005; MARTINS, 2014).The contemporary urban way of life is characterized by a lack of time for the preparation and consumption of food. The State in Kant: foundation, citizenship and finality

Em Kant as diversas teorias entorno do Estado civil foram precedidas de uma profunda análise da natureza humana e as razões que levaram o homem a aderir ao pacto social. O problema que se coloca, portanto, é por que um Estado se apresenta como condição asseguradora do desenvolvimento humano? A dúvida é oportuna, pois é próprio da natureza humana cultivar a sua individualidade, muito embora o espírito coletivo ocupe especial relevo. Na busca de se responder a esta inquietante indagação, a problemática será analisada buscando-se evidenciar a importância da natureza humana na formação do Estado; contextualizando a ideia de cidadania e a participação popular no Estado kantiano e compreender a finalidade do Estado como promotor da paz.
Espera-se, à guisa de resultados, que seja possível demonstrar que os aspectos da teoria política de
Immanuel Kant, a despeito da fundação, da cidadania e da finalidade do Estado, ainda ecoam na
atualidade, servindo, pois, de base teórica para o aperfeiçoamento dos sistemas políticos.The main theme of this study is the State in Immanuel Kant's political theory, focusing on the foundation, citizenship and finality of the State. In Kant the various theories surrounding the civil state were preceded by a profound analysis of human nature and the reasons that led man to adhere to the social pact. The problem, therefore, is why does a State present itself as an insurance condition for human development? Doubt is timely because it is proper to human nature to cultivate its individuality, even though the collective spirit occupies special importance. In the search to answer this disturbing question, the problem will be analyzed with the objective of analyzing the importance of human nature in the formation of the State; contextualizing the idea of citizenship and popular participation in the Kantian State and finally understanding the finality of the State as a promoter of peace. It is expected that it is possible to demonstrate that the aspects of Immanuel Kant's political theory, despite the foundation, citizenship and finality of the State, still echo today, serving as a theoretical basis for the improvement of political systems

Satisfação! Esse é o sentimento que vem ao meu ser ao escrever a apresentação deste delicioso livro. Não apenas porque se trata do volume 3 da Coleção Pesquisas em Temas de Ciências Humanas, publicado pela RFB Editora, mas pela importância que essa área possui para a promoção da qualidade de vida das pessoas.
Segundo a Capes (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior), fazem parte dessa área: Filosofia, Teologia, Sociologia, Antropologia, Arqueologia, História, Geografia, Psicologia, Educação, Ciência Política. Tal área suscita, portanto, uma gama de possibilidades de pesquisas e de relações dialógicas que certamente podem ser relevantes para o desenvolvimento social brasileiro.
Desse modo, os artigos apresentados neste livro - em sua maioria frutos de árduos trabalhos acadêmicos (TCC, monografia, dissertação, tese) - decerto contribuem, cada um a seu modo, para o aprofundamento de discussões na área de Ciências Humanas; pois são pesquisas germinadas, frutificadas e colhidas de temas atuais que vêm sendo debatidos nas principais universidades brasileiras e que refletem o interesse de pesquisadores no desenvolvimento social e científico que possa melhorar a qualidade de vida de homens e de mulheres.
Acredito, verdadeiramente, que a ampla divulgação do conhecimento científico de qualidade pode mudar para melhor o mundo em que vivemos!

Not only because it is volume 3 of the Research Collection on Human Science Themes, published by RFB Editora, but because of the importance that this area has for promoting people's quality of life. According to Capes (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel), the following are part of this area: Philosophy, Theology, Sociology, Anthropology, Archeology, History, Geography, Psychology, Education, Political Science. Such an area, therefore, raises a range of research possibilities and dialogical relationships that can certainly be relevant to Brazilian social development. In this way, the articles presented in this book - mostly fruits of hard academic work (CBT, monograph, dissertation, thesis) - certainly contribute, each in their own way, to the deepening of discussions in the Humanities area; because they are researches germinated, fruitful and harvested from current themes that are being debated in the main Brazilian universities and that reflect the interest of researchers in social and scientific development that can improve the quality of life of men and women. I truly believe that the wide dissemination of quality scientific knowledge can change the world in which we live for the better!

Protocolo de biossegurança para o retorno às atividades letivas nas instituições de ensino no âmbito da COVID-19
Get PDFA COVID – 19 forçou as instituições de ensino e não só a reinventar-se de tal modo que possam adaptar-se ao que chamamos de “novo normal”. Com a necessidade do reinício das atividades presenciais nas instituições de ensino, surge a preocupação por parte dos gestores, encarregados de educação, estudantes e sociedade em geral de como prevenir-se ante esta calamidade global. Em meio a este caos os órgãos governamentais e a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) têm se empenhado para coordenar respostas de prevenção e combate à doença.
Dando resposta a uma das missões da universidade que é a de prestar contributo científico para mitigar problemas que assolam a comunidade, surge o presente documento que servirá de bússola para nortear as instituições de ensino de Angola e não só, dando-as a possibilidade de enfrentar este desafio e minimizar o impacto da enfermidade. Este traz consigo orientações para que se possa retornar as atividades institucionais de ensino com segurança e respeito a vida.
Por uma questão de maior e melhor compreensão o dividimos em 3 secções, a primeira descrevendo questões gerais e pertinentes relacionadas com a enfermidade, a segunda com medidas de biossegurança dirigidas as instituições e a terceira não menos importantes com medidas dirigidas para os estudantes.
É nossa pretensão que o presente material sirva de estímulo a todos que o usarem e que acima de tudo seja de consulta proveitosa.COVID - 19 forced educational institutions and not only to reinvent themselves in such a way that they can adapt to what we call the "new normal". With the need to restart face-to-face activities in educational institutions, there is a concern on the part of managers, those in charge of education, students and society in general on how to prevent this global calamity. In the midst of this chaos, government agencies and the World Health Organization (WHO) have endeavored to coordinate responses to prevent and combat the disease.
In response to one of the university's missions, which is to provide scientific contribution to mitigate problems that plague the community, this document emerges that will serve as a compass to guide the educational institutions of Angola and beyond, giving them the possibility to face this challenge and minimize the impact of the disease. This brings with it guidelines for returning to institutional teaching activities with safety and respect for life.
For the sake of greater and better understanding, we divided it into 3 sections, the first describing general and pertinent issues related to the disease, the second with biosafety measures directed at institutions and the third not less important with measures directed at students.
It is our intention that the present material will serve as a stimulus to all who use it and that above all it will be a useful consultation
Desenvolvimento de índices de desempenho para cadeias globais de valor: uma aplicação em zonas de produção de tilápia no Brasil
No full textA produção aquícola brasileira cresceu sistematicamente ao longo dessa última década, tendo a produção de tilápias como sua atividade principal. Essa cadeia foi o objeto de análise dessa tese que tem como objetivo geral analisar os ambientes de negócios de algumas zonas produtivas de tilápia no Brasil. Utilizando primariamente dados referentes a 463 unidades produtoras de tilápias (TPUs) e quatro zonas produtivas (TPZs) de três regiões do país, a pesquisa fez uso da lógica fuzzy para estimar índices que analisam comparativamente o ambiente de negócios dessas áreas produtivas. Baseado na abordagem de Cadeias Globais de Valor (CGV) a tese desenvolveu 24 indicadores, organizados em quatro dimensões de análise, que foram utilizados como inputs em sistema de inferência fuzzy que por sua vez estimou índices fuzzy multidimensionais de ambiente de negócios (BEFI). A análise dos indicadores e índices comparando as quatro zonas, categorizadas como emergentes e consolidadas, além de classificar os ambientes de negócios apontou questões importantes relacionadas a dinâmica de produção nessas zonas. Adicionalmente, a pesquisa também apontou questões gerais endereçadas ao desenvolvimento da cadeia como um todo. Tais como, os benefícios de uma aproximação com outras cadeias agroalimentares, ambiente institucional de negócios e diferentes arranjos de governança. A tese está estruturada em três artigos, sendo que nos dois primeiros foram desenvolvidas discussões que buscam ampliar a campo de pesquisa em CGV e contribuir para preencher lacunas identificadas na abordagem. No último artigo foram estimados os índices e os resultados discutidos de forma comaprada entre as zonas produtivas. Por fim, a tese apresentou suas limitações gerais e contribuições para uma agenda de pesquisa que busque promover uma expansão de estudos de natureza quantitativa e a nível micro , e que dialogue com cadeias mais curtas e/ou em fase inicial de inserção global, especialmente do Sul Global, tal é o caso das cadeias aquícolas.Brazilian aquaculture production has grown systematically over the last decade, with tilapia production as the main activity. This chain was the object of analysis of this thesis, which has as a general objective to analyze the business environments of some tilapia production zones in Brazil. Using primarily data from 463 Tilapia production units (TPUs) and four production zones (TPZs) of three regions of the country, the research made use of fuzzy logic to estimate indexes that comparatively analyze the business environment of these production areas. Based on the Global Value Chains (CGV) approach, the thesis developed 24 indicators, organized into four dimensions of analysis, used as inputs in a fuzzy inference system that estimated multidimensional business environment fuzzy indexes (BEFI). The analysis of indicators and indexes comparing the four zones, categorized as emerging and consolidated, in addition to classifying the business environments pointed out important issues related to production dynamics in these zones. Additionally, the research addressed general issues for the development of the chain as a whole. Such as the benefits of a proximity to other agri-food chains, institutional business environment and different governance arrangements. The thesis is structured in three articles, in the first two discussions were developed that seek to expand the field of research in CGV and contribute to fill gaps identified in the approach. In the last article the indices and results of the zones are discussed in comparative terms. Finally, the thesis presented its general limitations and contributions to a future research agenda that, in addition to other issues, seeks to promote an expansion of studies of a quantitative and firm-level nature in the field. And that also dialogue with shorter chains and/or in the initial phase of global insertion, especially in the Global South. Sonar: a visual analysis
No full textAs composições sonoro-visuais de O Grivo possibilitam múltiplas experiências em uma relação entre música, instalação e performance. As esculturas sonoras inventadas pelos artistas, a partir de fragmentos, impressionam não só pelas formas, mas também pela presença que assumem no espaço, criando uma territorialidade expansiva que transita entre a gambiarra e a harmonia. Esse erritório é marcado pelo movimento dos artistas que interagem com as esculturas e criam uma diversidade sonora e visual e dos espectadores, que estabelecem contato com a instalação e alteram a configuração do espaço. As sonoridades produzidas por essas engenhocas são instigantes, pois geram curiosidade em relação ao que se vê e ao que se escuta. Todas essas características, presentes nos trabalhos de Grivo, têm forte referência com a própria ideia e imagem do rizoma. A proposta
desse artigo parte, então, da intenção de explorar o âmbito visual na obra Sonar,
que esteve em exposição na Funarte em Belo Horizonte no ano de 2017, por eio de um diálogo com o conceito de rizoma de Deleuze e Guattari.Sound-visual compositions from “O Grivo” allow multiple experiences in a relation between music, installation and performance. The sound sculptures invented by the artists, based on fragments, impress not only by their shapes, but also by presence they assume in the space, creating an expansive territoriality that transits between “gambiarra” and harmony. This territory is marked by movement of the artists that interact with sculptures and create a sound and visual diversity and of spectators, that make contact with the installation and alter the configuration of the space. The sounds produced by these gadgets are intriguing because they generate curiosity about what you see and what you hear. All these features, present in the works of O Grivo, have strong reference to the very idea and image of the Rhizome. The purpose of this article starts from the intention to explore the visual scope in the work Sonar, which was exhibited at Funarte in Belo Horizonte in 2017, through a dialogue with the concept of Rhizome by Deleuze and Guattari
Avaliação funcional em mulheres com artrite reumatoide durante o teste de AVD-Glittre
Get PDFA artrite reumatoide (AR) é uma doença inflamatória autoimune crônica caracterizada por poliartrite periférica, simétrica, que leva à deformidade e à destruição das articulações. Uma vez que a AR acomete as articulações tanto de membros superiores quanto inferiores, torna-se fundamental avaliar a capacidade funcional desses indivíduos através de testes dinâmicos que exigem amplamente a performance do sistema locomotor. Nesse sentido, o teste de Atividades de Vida Diária(AVD)-Glittre foi desenvolvido para uma avaliação mais objetiva e representativa da funcionalidade ao envolver multitarefas que simulam as AVD em um teste de campo. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o desempenho funcional em mulheres com AR através do teste do AVD-Glittre e, secundariamente, correlacionar esses achados com função física, força muscular e função de mão. Este é um estudo transversal em que 30 mulheres com AR e 25 controles executaram o teste do AVD-Glittre. Além do mais, as participante executaram às seguintes avaliações: medida da função física através do Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index (HAQ-DI); medida da função muscular através de força de quadríceps e força de preensão manual (FPM); e avaliação de função de mão através do Cochin Hand Functional Scale (CHFS). A mediana do tempo do teste do AVD-Glittre foi maior nas mulheres com AR em comparação aos controles [300 (295–420) vs. 180 (155–203) s], P \u10fc00 0,0001), sendo o agachamento para realizar as tarefas da prateleira a maior dificuldade relatada pelas pacientes ao final do teste do AVD-Glittre. O tempo do teste do AVD-Glittre correlacionou positivamente com HAQ-DI (rs = 0,668, P \u10fc00 0,0001) e CHFS (rs = 0,586, P = 0,0007) e negativamente com força de quadríceps (rs = -0,429, P = 0,037). Concluindo, este estudo mostrou que mulheres com AR necessitam de mais tempo para realizar as multitarefas do teste do AVD-Glittre. Além do mais, o tempo total do teste do AVD-Glittre está associado à função física, habilidade manual e força de quadríceps. Assim, o teste do AVD-Glittre é um teste potencial para ser usado em laboratórios e na prática clínica para avaliar o desempenho das AVD em pessoas com AR, embora haja a necessidade de informações acerca de sua importância no longo prazo.Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by symmetric peripheral polyarthritis that leads to deformity and destruction of the joints. Since RA affects the joints of both the upper and lower limbs, it is essential to assess the functional capacity of these individuals through dynamic tests that largely require the performance of the locomotor system. In this sense, the Glittre Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) test was developed for a more objective and representative assessment of functionality by involving multitasking that simulates ADLs in a field test. The aim of this study was to evaluate the functional capacity in women with AR using Glittre-ADL test and, secondarily, correlate these findings with physical function, muscle strength and hand function. This is a cross-sectional study in which 30 women with RA and 25 controls underwent Glittre-ADL test. In addition, the participants underwent to the following assessments: measurement of physical function through the Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index (HAQ-DI); measurement of muscle function using quadriceps strength (QS) and handgrip strength (HGS); and hand function evaluation using the Cochin Hand Functional Scale (CHFS). The median of the Glittre-ADL test team was higher in women with RA compared to controls [300 (295–420) vs. 180 (155–203) s], P \u10fc00 0.0001), with squatting to accomplish shelving tasks being the greatest difficulty reported by patients at the end of Glittre-ADL test. The Glittre-ADL test time correlated positively with HAQ-DI (rs = 0.668, P \u10fc00 0.0001) and CHFS (rs = 0.586, P = 0.0007) and negatively with QS (rs = -0.429, P = 0.037). In conclusion, this study showed that women with RA need more time to multitask Glittre-ADL test. Furthermore, the total time of Glittre-ADL test is associated with physical function, manual skill and QS. Thus, the Glittre-ADL test shows potential for use in laboratories and clinical practice to evaluate the performance of ADLs by individuals with RA, although there is a need for information about the long-term importance of its results.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superio

Nesse capítulo, se pretende explicar, de modo geral o que é a Síndrome de Down ou, cientificamente, Trissomia 21; suas causas, isto é, como ocorre o erro genético no processo de formação da pessoa com a SD. Esse isolamento aliado às informações midiáticas podem afetar o desenvolvimento emocional das pessoas, uma vez que elas se veem isoladas e com pouco contato social. Visando o desenvolvimento psicoemocional das pessoas, nós do Projeto Educa Coronavírus, iremos divulgar conteúdos e materiais sobre a COVID-19. O Educa Coronavírus é composto por profissionais, graduandos e pós-graduandos de saúde, educação e design em áreas multidisciplinares. Nossa equipe pretende produzir materiais didáticos para que sejam compartilhados e utilizados na educação popular.We are going through a COVID-19 pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus that resulted in social isolation. That isolation combined with media information can affect the emotional development of people, once they are they see themselves isolated and with little social contact. Aiming at people's psycho-emotional development, we of the Educa Coronavirus Project, we will disseminate content and COVID-19 materials. Pode-se dizer que a alimentação constitui-se no ato mais primitivo e legítimo de sobrevivência (AMARAL, 2008).Food plays an important role in the life cycle of people and is present in all stages of growth and development human. Food, in turn, provides several sensations in the information individuals, being able to act positively or negatively, according to the form how they are used. It can be said that food constitutes the most primitive and legitimate survival (AMARAL, 2008)
