No full textLeitores e leitoras, Satisfação! Esse é o sentimento que vem ao meu ser ao escrever a apresentação deste delicioso livro. Não apenas porque se trata do volume 4 da Coleção Pesquisas em Temas de Ciências da Saúde, publicado pela RFB Editora, mas pela importância que essa área possui para a promoção da qualidade de vida das pessoas. Segundo a Capes (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior), fazem parte dessa área: Medicina, Nutrição, Odontologia, Farmácia, Enfermagem, Saúde Coletiva, Educação Física, Fonoaudiologia, Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional. Tal área suscita, portanto, uma gama de possibilidades de pesquisas e de relações dialógicas que certamente podem ser relevantes para o desenvolvimento social brasileiro. Desse modo, os artigos apresentados neste livro - em sua maioria frutos de árduos trabalhos acadêmicos (TCC, monografia, dissertação, tese) - decerto contribuem, cada um a seu modo, para o aprofundamento de discussões na área de Ciências da Saúde, pois são pesquisas germinadas, frutificadas e colhidas de temas atuais que vêm sendo debatidos nas principais universidades brasileiras e que refletem o interesse de pesquisadores no desenvolvimento social e científico que possa melhorar a qualidade de vida de homens e de mulheres. No full textA obra “Protagonismo Discente na Geração de Conhecimentos em Saúde: Trilhas de Aprendizagem” faz parte do volume 2 do livro: Indicadores e Informações do Processo Saúde Doença. Trata-se de um trabalho dedicado ao valor dos estudos científicos e sua influência na resolução das diversas problemáticas relacionadas à saúde, essa edição tem como foco o protagonismo dos discentes em enfermagem durante sua trilha de aprendizagem em saúde no século XXI. A educação científica vem passando por modificações ao longo dos anos e na cultura atual “a ciência ocupa um lugar privilegiado” e cada vez mais as inovações tecnológicas, ligadas a ela, estão presentes na vida das pessoas. As instituições de ensino, de modo geral, enfrentam problemas no que se refere a maior aproximação com os serviços de saúde de forma mais ampla e articulada, persistindo uma distância entre o que se ensina na Universidade e o que demandam as políticas públicas do setor público. O protagonismo da enfermagem por meio dos discentes possibilita o desenvolvimento da autonomia cadêmico/profissional no âmbito da saúde, na qual favorece no progresso dos atuais e futuros enfermeiros, além de promover a formação de uma classe de sujeitos críticos e inovadores. Ademais, entende-se que o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão deve fazer parte do cotidiano dos enfermeiros e discentes gerando bons frutos para a formação profissional dos acadêmicos, favorecendo o ensino-aprendizagem entre as partes envolvidas, além de fomentar a produção cientifica. É valido ressaltar que desde a criação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) (Lei nº 8.080 / 1990), ele está ordenado em cima desse tripé quanto a formação profissional, visto que, em 2003 houve a criação da Secretaria de Gestão do Trabalho e da Educação na Saúde (SGTES), na qual tem como objetivo promover a integração e o avanço entre os setores da saúde e educação. Em virtude disso, os artigos reunidos nesta coletânea (volume 2) contém 09 capítulos que representam ações de saúde, desafios e dificuldades dos recém-graduando, tendo como foco, a Enfermagem. Relatos de experiência e revisões bibliográficas da literatura, fundamentadas nos resultados práticos obtidos pelos diversos autores, e vivenciados pelos discentes integrantes da Liga Acadêmica de Saúde Púbica (LASP). No full textRasuras no “chão dos lobos” – a poética de fronteira de Charles Trocate é o resultado de dois tumultuados anos de pesquisas, sobretudo pelas incertezas políticas que nesse momento avassala o país. Sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Gilson Penalva, este trabalho foi destinado ao Programa de Mestrado em Letras, pela Universidade Federal do Sul e Sudeste do Pará. Além disso, Reescrito por pelo menos três vezes ao longo desses anos este livro é parte de um testemunho do agora. De uma poética centrada na provisão da ação. Convergindo para o estado do imediato atemporal. Essa que é justamente uma das questões mais essenciais nas poéticas amazônicas. Porque nesse espaço todas as lutas convergem para o hoje. Isso se deve, principalmente porque os algozes não dormem. Eles estão nutridos pelo único sentimento de nos proibir de amar a nossa terra, mostrando-a somente como potencial econômico e ao mesmo tempo delineado traços de impotência nos nossos sentimentos.
Aqui estão os testemunhos de pequenas leituras fronteiriças na poética de Charles Trocate. Essa que é uma das escrituras mais atuantes no front nas Amazônias. Porque Trocate é, como bem escreveu Luiz Ricardo Leitão, “um combatente caboclo armado de palavras”. Para o poeta a palavra é prática, e ele sabe que ela é capaz de provocar incômodos no cerne dos que só pensam incessamente em espoliar o ser e as geografias amazônidas. Por isso a palavra é sal, e subverte, ao questionar os valores e o poder nesse processo de espoliação.
A partir de uma poética de ação Trocate concede-nos o direito sincero de nos olharmos frente às realidades díspares que assolam diariamente as nossas fronteiras, sejam elas: as subjetivas, as coletivas, as reais ou as imaginárias.
A carga semântica na expressão poética de Trocate é multifacetada. Ela provoca rupturas na forma imediata de transver as Amazônias. Atravessa tanto as cidades quanto os campos, sem deixar de abraçar os prelúdios sentimentais embandeirados por uma infinidade de camaradas. Assim, Charles Trocate transfigura as realidades, tornando-as outras construções simbólicas dentro dessas próprias realidades. Em sua poética ele reescreve as significações plurais buscando interpretar o momento, sem deixar de contestá-lo. Faz de sua poesia o espaço de afeto e combate, como quem sabe atravessar as trincheiras com todos os horizontes políticos inquietando suas retinas. Ou de quem quer muito mais que o intróito silenciado.
Não à toa, veremos neste Rasuras no “chão dos lobos” – a poética de fronteira de Charles Trocate o quanto a poética trocatiana se adensa cada vez mais na urgência temporal e territorial. Fazendo de si mesmo a possibilidade de tornar-se um campo simbólico surpreendente, ao manter intrínseca relação com o cotidiano nas Amazônias e a transposição dessa relação para a palavra poética. Ao passo que Charles Trocate esgarça os processos de sentidos político e literário.
Por conta disso, esse livro aborda o processo de desleitura a partir de dois elementos simbólicos na poética trocatiana, que são eles: a poesia de fronteira como ato pedagógico e a análise estética político-cotidiana. Ambos estão perpassados por diálogos metaforicamente vinculados as temporalidades, a partir da análise verbal, e das territorialidades, analisando como os procedimentos de intensificação das metáforas potencializa a representação simbólica.
Em grande parte veremos que o lócus enunciativo da poética de Charles Trocate são as Amazônias. São dessas geografias que as simbologias de suas palavras buscam reorganizar, mesmo que interrogando, as ações marcadas pelas diferenças, centradas nas formas de poder. Assim, o poeta assinala outros discursos possíveis. Só que discursos de quem estar dentro do front, e não como sempre historicamente aconteceu, a construção discursiva das Amazônias por quem estar fora, criando, como projeto de dominação, os esteriótipos.
Com uma concepção poética que tensiona as formas simbólicas das palavras Charles Trocate contribui para ampliar diversas problemáticas existentes nas Amazônias, conforme veremos exemplificados ao longo deste livro. E, nessa perspectiva ele concebe outras formas de nos enxergamos criticamente. Dessa maneira, a poética trocatiana desloca a história oficial sobre os pensamentos críticos referentes aos sujeitos e as territorialidades Amazônicas.
Temos, por tanto, neste Rasuras no “chão dos lobos” – a poética de fronteira de Charles Trocate não como o ponto final, mas como a possibilidade territorial e temporal do lugar de partir.Erasures on the “floor of the wolves” - Charles Trocate's frontier poetics is the result of two tumultuous years of research, above all because of the political uncertainties that currently overwhelm the country. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Gilson Penalva, this work was destined to the Master's Program in Letters, by the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará. For the poet, the word is practical, and he knows that it is capable of causing discomfort at the heart of those who only think incessantly to rob the Amazonian being and geography. That is why the word is salt, and it subverts, when questioning the values and power in this process of plunder.
Based on a poetics of action, Trocate gives us the sincere right to look at the different realities that plague our borders on a daily basis, be they: subjective, collective, real or imaginary.
The semantic charge in Trocate's poetic expression is multifaceted. It causes disruptions in the immediate way of crossing the Amazon. It crosses both cities and fields, while embracing the sentimental preludes flagged by an infinity of comrades. Thus, Charles Trocate transfigures realities, making them other symbolic constructions within those realities. In his poetics, he rewrites plural meanings, seeking to interpret the moment, while still contesting it. He makes his poetry the space of affection and combat, as if he knows how to cross the trenches with all the political horizons disturbing his retinas. Or who wants much more than the silenced introito.
Not for nothing, we will see in this Rasuras on the “floor of the wolves” - Charles Trocate's frontier poetics, how much the trocatian poetics becomes more and more intense in the temporal and territorial urgency. Making the possibility of becoming a surprising symbolic field, by maintaining an intrinsic relationship with everyday life in the Amazon and the transposition of that relationship into the poetic word. While Charles Trocate stretches the processes of political and literary senses.
Because of this, this book approaches the process of neglect from two symbolic elements in trocatian poetics, which are: border poetry as a pedagogical act and political-daily aesthetic analysis. Both are pervaded by dialogues metaphorically linked to temporalities, based on verbal analysis, and territorialities, analyzing how the procedures for intensifying metaphors enhance symbolic representation.
We will see in large part that the enunciative locus of Charles Trocate's poetics is the Amazon. It is from these geographies that the symbologies of his words seek to reorganize, even if questioning, the actions marked by differences, centered on forms of power. Thus, the poet points out other possible speeches. Except that speeches of those who are inside the front, and not as always historically happened, the discursive construction of the Amazon by those who are outside, creating stereotypes as a domination project.
With a poetic conception that stresses the symbolic forms of the words Charles Trocate contributes to the expansion of several problems existing in the Amazon, as we will see exemplified throughout this book. And, in this perspective, he conceives other ways of seeing ourselves critically. In this way, Trocatian poetics displaces the official story about the critical thoughts regarding the subjects and Amazonian territorialities.
We have, therefore, in this Rasuras on the “floor of the wolves” - Charles Trocate's border poetics not as the end point, but as the territorial and temporal possibility of the place to leave
Currículo escolar e formação docente no âmbito do ensino de ciências matemáticas
No full textEste livro é uma coletânea de artigos, fruto do trabalho de alunos do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ensino de Ciências e Matemática, vinculado à Universidade Federal de Sergipe. As reflexões e experiências apresentadas, nesta obra, integram conhecimentos e discussões evocados nas disciplinas Fundamentos de Currículo e Avaliação Escolar e Tópicos Especiais em Ensino de Matemática, ministradas pelas professoras doutoras Denize da Silva Souza e Maria Batista Lima, as quais integram a organização desta coletânea.
São abordagens relacionadas a mapeamento e/ou revisão sistemática de estudos sobre as mais diversificadas temáticas que perpassam problemáticas do interesse de professores/as da educação básica. Por conseguinte, do ensino superior, no âmbito das licenciaturas nas áreas de Ciências Naturais (Biologia, Física e Química), na área da Matemática, incluindo, a Pedagogia, por abranger também, os anos iniciais do ensino fundamental. Pensar em uma obra que reúne temáticas voltadas ao Currículo Escolar e Formação Docente no âmbito do Ensino de Ciências e Matemática, remete ao interesse de apresentar, em primeira instância, aos profissionais da educação básica, o que se discute nas aulas de um mestrado em ensino, como fomento à reflexão da formação e própria prática docente. Os autores e autoras desta obra, em sua maioria, são professores e professoras que vivem nessa conjuntura da educação básica, mas, frente as suas inquietudes e desejo de ampliar seus horizontes quanto ao desenvolvimento profissional, decidem fazer pesquisa. Nesse contexto, discutir formas de organização curricular como mecanismos que articulam forças de poder a formas de saber, estabelecer relações entre o Currículo Escolar e as tendências didático-pedagógicas em seus pressupostos e fundamentos, em especial, no ensino de Ciências Naturais e Matemática, bem como, refletir sobre a relação do currículo com as políticas públicas e suas implicações na interface com a diversidade e a inclusão em suas múltiplas dimensões, contribui para esses/essas profissionais romper paradigmas, não apenas na perspectiva de um olhar reflexivo, mas, sobretudo, um olhar investigativo. Nesta percepção, justifica-se as temáticas desta obra serem diversificadas, pelo olhar do professor e da professora, que se iniciam no campo da pesquisa. Alguns, acompanhados de seus respectivos orientadores/as nos presenteiam com temas nas duas áreas (Ciências e Matemática) versando sobre: formação inicial, currículo escolar, inclusão, metodologias e saúde. São dezenove artigos que refletem e discutem tais temas, mostrando possibilidades de reunir teoria e prática, quando se faz pesquisa.
As discussões realizadas na disciplina Tópicos Especiais do Ensino de Matemática deram ênfase a questões sobre epistemologia do/a professor/a que ensina Matemática, quanto à sua formação e desenvolvimento profissional. Foram temáticas que envolveram concepções e correntes teóricas frente às investigações contemporâneas, como questões ligadas às políticas públicas que fomentam a formação docente, seja inicial, seja continuada. Isso teve como implicação o desejo de entender mais sobre a pesquisa, cujos resultados são revelados nesta obra com artigos que abordam sobre as problemáticas para o ensino inclusivo, uma metanálise sobre pesquisas na área de jogos matemáticos, a matemática do ensino médio e sua trajetória curricular, o lugar da etnomatemática, seja como reflexão para formação de professores dos anos iniciais, seja como uma proposta pedagógica, na perspectiva do território rizoma do programa etnomatemática. Uma forma de apresentar a abordagem de objetos de conhecimento matemático, sob a concepção de reconhecer a diferença e valorizar outros modos de conhecer e de produzir conhecimentos.
Essa diversidade temática gera múltiplas possibilidades que, para além das implicações curriculares na prática docente, ampliam o olhar investigativo de professoras e professores da educação básica. São rupturas de paradigmas que se cristalizam a partir das rotinas institucionais tão presentes no cotidiano escolar.
Assim, ao reunir nesta obra, diferentes perspectivas investigativas, nos possibilita apresentar a você, nosso leitor, mais um contributo relevante à comunidade científicaThis book is a collection of articles, the result of the work of students of the Graduate Program in Science and Mathematics Teaching, linked to the Federal University of Sergipe. The reflections and experiences presented in this work integrate knowledge and discussions evoked in the disciplines Fundamentals of Curriculum and School Evaluation and Special Topics in Mathematics Teaching, taught by the doctoral teachers Denize da Silva Souza and Maria Batista Lima, who are part of the organization of this collection . These are approaches related to mapping and / or systematic review of studies on the most diverse themes that pervade issues of interest to teachers in basic education. Therefore, in higher education, within the scope of degrees in the areas of Natural Sciences (Biology, Physics and Chemistry), in the area of Mathematics, including Pedagogy, as it also covers the initial years of elementary education. Thinking of a work that brings together themes focused on the School Curriculum and Teacher Training in the scope of Science and Mathematics Teaching, refers to the interest of presenting, in the first instance, to basic education professionals, which is discussed in the classes of a master's in teaching , as an incentive to reflect on training and teaching practice itself. Most of the authors and authors of this work are male and female teachers who live in this context of basic education, but, given their concerns and desire to broaden their horizons regarding professional development, they decide to do research. In this context, discuss forms of curricular organization as mechanisms that articulate forces of power with forms of knowledge, establish relationships between the School Curriculum and didactic-pedagogical trends in their assumptions and foundations, especially in the teaching of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, as well as how, reflecting on the relationship between the curriculum and public policies and its implications in the interface with diversity and inclusion in its multiple dimensions, contributes to these / these professionals break paradigms, not only from the perspective of a reflective look, but, above all, an investigative look. In this perception, it is justified that the themes of this work are diversified, by the view of the professor and the professor, who start in the field of research. Some of them, accompanied by their respective advisors, present us with themes in both areas (Science and Mathematics) dealing with: initial training, school curriculum, inclusion, methodologies and health. There are nineteen articles that reflect and discuss such themes, showing possibilities of bringing theory and practice together when doing research. The discussions held in the discipline Special Topics in Mathematics Teaching emphasized questions about the epistemology of the teacher who teaches Mathematics, regarding his training and professional development. They were themes that involved conceptions and theoretical currents in the face of contemporary investigations, as issues related to public policies that foster teacher education, be it initial or continued. This implied the desire to understand more about research, the results of which are revealed in this work with articles that address the issues for inclusive education, a meta-analysis of research in the field of mathematical games, high school mathematics and its curricular trajectory , the place of ethnomathematics, either as a reflection for teacher education in the early years, or as a pedagogical proposal, in the perspective of the rhizome territory of the ethnomathematics program. A way of presenting the approach to mathematical knowledge objects, under the concept of recognizing the difference and valuing other ways of knowing and producing knowledge. This thematic diversity generates multiple possibilities that, in addition to the curricular implications in teaching practice, broaden the investigative view of teachers and basic education teachers. They are ruptures of paradigms that crystallize from the institutional routines so present in the school routine.
Thus, by bringing together different investigative perspectives in this work, it allows us to present you, our reader, with another relevant contribution to the scientific community

O açude Senador Epitácio Pessoa, conhecido na localidade como Açude Grande, fica na cidade de Cajazeiras-PB, um dos 1.262 municípios inseridos no polígono semiárido. Este reservatório superficial, reconstruído pelo Governo Federal no contexto da seca de 1915, encontra-se hoje degradado recebendo lançamento direto de efluentes sem qualquer tratamento. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho propôs: investigar a evolução histórica da deterioração do manancial com o intuito de estabelecer relação entre o aumento da urbanização e a perda da qualidade das suas águas superficiais. Para tanto se realizou, no período chuvoso e no período seco de 2019: avaliação da sua condição por meio da análise de 15 variáveis limnológicas; aplicação do Índice de Estado Trófico; e inferiu-se sobre a sua decadência empregando-se técnicas de geoprocessamentoSensoriamento Remoto. Também foram realizadas 71 entrevistas com o objetivo de constatar como população e poder público enxergam e manejam atualmente o reservatório. Os resultados observados foram: o açude encontra-se eutrofizado; o crescimento urbano acelerado influenciou na degradação histórica; a população citadina, embora apresente noção acerca da perda de sua qualidade pelas agressões urbanísticas e reconheça a importância das águas para a região, aparenta pouco conhecer o seu valor histórico e não se sente responsável o suficiente para agir em prol da sua revitalização; que o poder público local vem, atualmente, tentando reverter o notável descaso com o Açude Grande; e que, embora próximo dessa condição, o reservatório ainda não atingiu um ponto crítico e irreversível para ser recuperado o que dá margem de possibilidade para uma futura requalificação.In Brazil, the northeast region has the second largest population and the least water volume in the country, although exhibit several negligences regarding such precious element. The Epitácio Pessoa Senator Lake, locally known as “Big Lake”, is located in Cajazeiras city, at Paraiba state, one of the 1,262 cities in the semiarid region. This open air reservoir, which was rebuilt by the federal government during the 1915 drought, is, now a days, found degraded due to direct launch of non-treated effluents. Thus, the current work proposed: to investigate the historic evolution of its deterioration aiming to establish relationship between the urbanization growth and the loss of its superficial water quality. Therefore was realized, in the rainy and dry seasons of 2019: evaluation of reservoir condition by means of 15 limnological variables; application of the Trophic Status Index; and it was inferred about its decline using techniques of geoprocessing and Remote Sensing. It was also carried out 71 interviews aiming to verify how the population and the public authorities currently sense and deal with the reservoir. As results it was observed: currently the lake is found eutrophic; the fast urban growth influenced in the historic degradation; the urban population, though is conscious about the loss of water quality due to hostile urbanization and recognizes the importance of the water for the region, appear to know little about its historical value and thus do not feel responsible enough to act toward its revitalization; the local public authority currently is trying to reverse the notorious disdain regarding the big lake; the lake did not yet reached its critical and irreversible point, though it is close to that, it can yet be recovered, what may give grounds for a possible requalification in the future

The Real Right of Use as a Property Defense Instrument in the face of adverse possession
No full textO primeiro capítulo deste trabalho técnico abordará o direito real de uso, conceituando, antes
disso, o direito real, para, na sequência, tratar especificamente deste direito sobre coisa alheia
no tocante ao seu objeto, direitos e obrigações do usuário, formas jurídicas, custos
econômicos e a responsabilidade por sua constituição, duração, meios de extinção,
possibilidade de penhora e de indenização pela revogação antecipada do uso pelo proprietário
ou infração contratual do usuário. No segundo capítulo, trataremos da usucapião, seu
conceito, suas espécies (extraordinária, pro labore, especial ou habitacional, ordinária,
coletiva, familiar ou por abandono de lar, indígena, libertatis), objeto (bens passíveis de
usucapião) e o procedimento administrativo (extrajudicial) de postulação. No terceiro
capítulo, e último, abordaremos a propriedade, seu conceito, atributos, medidas defensivas,
princípio da função social e remuneração do proprietário e o direito real de uso. Procura-se
descobrir a existência ou não de razões jurídicas que impedem a utilização do direito real de
uso como instrumento preventivo da usucapião no cotidiano social, no intuito de fomentar sua
utilização para essa finalidade. O método dedutivo será o utilizado neste trabalho, eis que
partirá da visão doutrinária sobre o tema proposto, a exemplo dos aspectos condizentes a
conceituação e efeitos jurídicos. O benefício de munir o titular do domínio sobre bem imóvel
de instrumento que se imagina apto, em termos jurídicos, à prevenção contra atos de terceiros
que intencionam adquirir propriedade alheia, pensa-se ser mais consentâneo com o princípio
da função social da propriedade quando se tem em mira que tal prática pode albergar tanto
interesses privados (do próprio dono em manter a coisa em sua esfera de direito) quanto
sociais, caso, por exemplo, a instituição deste direito real seja formalizada em favor de
terceiros necessitados de amparo governamental, a exemplo dos moradores de rua, da
população de baixa renda e dos desempregados sem qualificação para o trabalho formal. A
conclusão alcançada é a de que o direito real de uso é instrumento eficaz para prevenir a
propriedade imobiliária de ser usucapida, quanto mais diante de proprietário que talvez por
escassez de recursos financeiros não tenha a possibilidade de edificar sobre o terreno, ou pela
distância entre o seu domicílio e o local de sua propriedade - potencialmente no interesse
alheio de usucapi-la - não pode, com frequência, estar em seu imóvel.The first chapter of this technical paper will deal with the real right of use, conceptualizing,
