This repository contains 43 complete days of mechanical movements of a unit-load AS/RS with the following physical characteristics: one aisle with a double-deep rack on both side, one aisle-captive twin-shuttle crane, 2 I/O points in the front-end and center of the rack. Each rack has 53 lanes and 9 levels.
The central I/O point of the AS/RS is connected to 39 working stations. An automated double capacity shuttle moves bins from/to the working stations.
Mechanical movements include: picks and drops of bins from cells of the rack and the 2 I/O points by the crane, picks and drops from the working stations by the shuttle.
Each daily instance is composed by three files, containing: bins position in the system at the beginning of the day, the sequence of movements of the crane and the related moved bins, the sequence of movements of the shuttle and the related moved bins

Replication data for "Root bacteria recruited by Phragmites australis in constructed wetlands have the potential to enhance azo-dye phytodepuration"
These file report information about bacteria isolation and identification from Phragmites plants collected from a Constructed Wetlands in Morocco. The bacteria were characterized for the potential capacity to promote plant growth in vitro and in vivo on model plants. Moreover, their ability to degrade and/or tolerate different classes of pollutants was assessed. This dataset contains the following files:\r\n\r\n(1) 20 files \"fastq.gz\": files containing the raw sequencing data (FASTQ files) of the 16S rRNA gene profiling carried out on DNA extracted from BAL of antibiotic-treated (files from A1 to A5) and untreated mice (files from C1 to C5). The 16S rRNA gene was amplified using primers EUBF 5’-TCCTACGGGAGGCAGCAGT-3’ and EUBR 5’ -GGACTACCAGGGTATCTAATCCTGTT-3’ (DOI: 10.1099/00221287-148-1-257), which target the V3-V4 hypervariable regions, and sequenced using MiSeq Illumina® technology (2 x 300 paired-end MiSeq kit V3, set to encompass 467-bp amplicon) as previously described (DOI: 10.1371/journal.pone.0142334; DOI: 10.1111/trf.13477).\r\n\r\n(2) File named \"16S rRNA gene sequences.docx\": Word file containing the nucleotide sequences of part of the 16S rRNA gene amplified from the DNA of the bacterial strains isolated from the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL) of antibiotic-treated and untreated mice.
