The standard coil-globule transition cannot describe the denatured state of structured proteins and intrinsically disordered proteins
The concepts of globule and random coil were developed to describe the phases of homopolymers and then used to characterize the denatured state of structured cytosolic proteins and intrinsically disordered proteins. Using multi-scale molecular dynamics simulations, we were able to explore the conformational space of the disordered conformations of both types of protein under biological conditions in an affordable amount of computational time. By studying the size of the protein and the density correlations in space, we conclude that the standard phases of homopolymers and the tools to detect them cannot be applied straightforwardly to proteins

Replication data for: "High-resolution habitat suitability maps for all widespread Italian breeding bird species"
225 habitat suitability raster (.tif) maps for all widespread Italian breeding bird species (2010-2016).
The folder "Rasters" contains the habitat-suitability maps, as rasters (.tif) files. Raster names correspond to the EURING species codes (see https://euring.org/data-and-codes/euring-codes) and the first three letters of genus and species (e.g. “E00070_Tac.ruf.tif” for the little grebe Tachybaptus ruficollis).
The folder "Output" contains the statistical outputs corresponding to each species’ habitat suitability model. The contents are stored in single folders, named with the scientific name of each species. Folders contain: 1) model evaluation (.csv file); 2) model results (.csv file); 3) permutation importance of used environmental predictors (.csv file); 4) barplot of the five most important predictors (.jpg); and 5) all the response plots to environmental predictors (.jpg)
SENSE_Plant fresh weight in plant microbe interactions
This dataset contains information about the plant fresh weight of Arabidopsis thaliana plantlets cultivated under control conditions or under PCB stres
Replication Data for: Plant species influences the root system microbiome composition in a constructed wetland receiving primary treated wastewater
The dataset includes five Supplementary Tables for the manuscript entitled "Plant species influences the root system microbiome composition in a constructed wetland receiving primary treated wastewater". The data refer to the taxonomic and functional diversity of bacterial communities inhabiting the root systems of different plants growing in Constructed Wetlands (CWs)
