Interpolated maps, one for each combination of parameters, for "Modelling the timing of migration of a partial migrant bird using ringing and observation data: a case study with the Song Thrush in Italy"
This dataset includes the interpolated maps (0.5° x 0.5° latitude per longitude resolution) created during the analysis procedure. One map is created for each combination of parameters used in the model. The file name reports the value of the parameters used and is composed of the following parts: - EURING code of the species - Scientific name - Whether the analysis was run on all individuals (All) or on males or females only - Whether the analysis was run on all individuals (ALL) or on a rarefied subset (RAR) - The starting date (StartD) - The minimum number of encounters in a cell (NP) - The minimum number of different day-of-the-year for the encounters in a cell (ND) - Minimum length of the linear phase (NumDayLin) - The threshold value used to assess the end of the linear phase (THR) - The predicted proportion of individuals that have arrived (PRED) - The number of encounters - Whether the pre- or post-breeding migration was investigated - The dataset used for the analyses (EPE: the Italian national ringing scheme dataset; EBI: eBird data)
13 - Outflow model forced by MOLOCH input
GEOframe model streamflow output at the studied catchment outlet section in m3s-1 forced by precipitation and temperature derived from MOLOCH forecast model.
Using the MOLOCH temperature and precipitation input, discharge values at the various outlets were calculated by exploiting the previously calibrated hourly-level hydrologic model.

Work data for Cytocompatibility Assessment of Silylated Biopolymers via Live/Dead Confocal Microscopy Imaging
This dataset contains confocal microscopy images of live/dead stained cells after exposure to silylated biopolymers: silylated gelatin, silylated hyaluronic acid, and silylated chitosan. The experiments were conducted to assess the cytocompatibility of these materials for tissue engineering applications. Images were acquired using a Leica DMi8 confocal microscope in a standard flat-bottom 24-well plastic plate format. The dataset includes:
"Live" channel images captured using FITC (excitation 488 nm, emission 520 nm) to indicate viable cells.
"Dead" channel images captured using Texas Red (excitation 594 nm, emission 615 nm) to indicate non-viable cells.
Merged images combining both channels for qualitative analysis of cell viability.
Images are organized by material and experimental condition, with naming conventions specifying the material, concentration, and exposure duration. The files are in TIFF format. This dataset supports research on the biocompatibility of silylated biopolymers and their potential for tissue engineering applications. (2024-11-12

NYMPHE.WP1.AdditionalPHCsDegradingBacteriaTargeting_V1
The dataset includes the information about the performances of a bacterial collection already available at UMIL for the potential ability to degrade hydocarbon molecules.
The collection was previously generated by isolating bacteria associated to the root system of native plants growing in the historically contaminated site of Brescia-Caffaro in Italy, characterized by a complex pollution of PCBs, PCDD/Fs and heavy metals, originating from the activities of the former Caffaro factory. The bacterial strains of this collection have been already identified for their taxonomy, characterized for xenobiotics degradation (mainly PCBs) ability and plant growth promoting abilities as described in the following references: 1) Vergani et al., 2017 (doi: 10.3389/fmicb.2017.01385); 2) Terzaghi et al, 2019 (doi: 10.1016/j.scitotenv.2019.05.458).
In this datset the bacterial colelction has been assayed for the ability to use hydrocarbon molecules as carbon source

SENSE_WP1_T1.5_Evaluate the effect of flavonoids in bacteria phenotype_early colonization _v.01
This dataset describes information about Paraburkholderia xenovorans LB400 efficiency to adhere to the rhizoplane of different Arabidopsis thaliana lines (WT and the mutants tt4, tt8, ttg) that are affected in flavonoid biosynthesis, accumulation and release in the root exudates as described by Narasimhan et al., 2003 (doi: 10.1104/pp.102.016295
Sensitivity maps, one for each estimated proportion of migrants, for "Modelling the timing of migration of a partial migrant bird using ringing and observation data: a case study with the Song Thrush in Italy"
This dataset includes the maps (0.1° x 0.1° latitude per longitude resolution) of the sensitivity of the values of the downscaled maps at the same spatial resolution. One map is created for each estimated proportion of individuals on the move
