Replication data for: Theoretical and Practical Knowledge Regarding Infective En-docarditis Prevention Among Dentists and Physicians: A Ques-tionnaire-Based Survey
This folder contains the data used in the paper "Theoretical and Practical Knowledge Regarding Infective En-docarditis Prevention Among Dentists and Physicians: A Ques-tionnaire-Based Survey". The general aim of the work was to assess the knowledge of infective endocarditis prophylaxis among healthcare professionals, focusing on dentists and physicians. The scope of the dataset is to make available the initial data, not included in the manuscript. The data were collected through an anonymous on-line questionnaire administered to physicians and dentists of the Italian Federation of Doctors and Dentists (OMCeO) in the province of Milan, Italy. Data files contained in the dataset are 1) physicians.tab, which contains the questionnaire responses by physicians collected before the elimination of those with incomplete or inconsistent responses; and 2) dentists.tab which contains the questionnaire responses by physicians collected before the elimination of those with incomplete or inconsistent responses. For more detail on methodological information, variables and naming conventions consult the attached readme file
Replication Data for: glutathione of "Replicative Senescence in Mesenchymal Stem Cells: An In Vitro Study on Mitochondrial Dynamics and Metabolic Alterations"
The ratio of reduced (GSH)/oxidized (GSSG) glutathione was evaluated using the luminescence-based GSH/GSSG-Glo Assay (Promega, Madison, WI, USA). bMSCs seeded on a 96-well white plate (Costar, Sigma-Aldrich) (6 × 103 cells/well) were incubated with Total Glutathione Lysis Reagent or Oxidized Glutathione Lysis Reagent and shaken at room temperature for 5 min. Then, Luciferin Generation Reagent was added to each well and the cells were incubated at room temperature for 30 min. Luciferin Detection Reagent was then added to each well. After 15 min, luminescence was acquired using Varioskan LUX Multimode Microplate Reader (Thermo Fisher Scientific)
Replication Data for: RT-PCR MT-ND1 of "Replicative Senescence in Mesenchymal Stem Cells: An In Vitro Study on Mitochondrial Dynamics and Metabolic Alterations"
Total RNA was isolated from bMSCs (4 × 104 cells/well) using the PureLink RNA Mini Kit (12183018A, Invitrogen, Thermo Fisher Scientific) following the manufacturer’s instructions. cDNA was synthesized in a final reaction volume of 20 µL using the High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit with RNase Inhibitor (4368814, Applied Biosystems, Thermo Fisher Scientific). Quantitative RT-PCR was performed on the CFX96 Real-Time PCR Detection System (Bio-Rad) using TaqMan Gene Expression Assays (Life Technologies, Monza, Italy) for target genes: Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 1A (CDKN1A) (Hs003555782_m1) which encodes p21 and mitochondrially encoded NADH dehydrogenase-1 (MT-ND1) (Hs02596873_s1), with GAPDH (Hs99999905_m1) serving as the internal reference gene. Gene expression levels were determined using the 2−ΔΔCt method

Replication Data for: GenAI's Epistemic Power
The data were collected through a CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) survey conducted in Italy in October 2023, with a representative sample of 1,800 respondents stratified by age, gender, and region. The final analytical sample includes 1,664 individuals. The survey explores public perceptions of the risks associated with Generative AI (GenAI), particularly its role in the production and dissemination of misinformation. The core outcome variable — the GenAI Deception Index — measures perceived societal risks of GenAI-generated content. It is derived from three Likert-scale items reflecting concern over GenAI’s potential to spread convincing false information. The dataset also includes experimental treatments involving exposure to AI-generated political imagery, along with measures of social media use, GenAI familiarity, and the ability to discern fabricated content
Replication Data for: Latitudinal patterns of microplastic contamination in remote areas
Data within the article "Latitudinal patterns of microplastic contamination in remote areas", published in 2025 by Environmental Research (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.envres.2025.121553). Samples were collected from 9 glaciers and processed with a density separation and digestion of organic matter, followed by analysis of particles at microFTIR. Included files: Abundance and polymeric composition, glacier characteristics and scripts
