Replication Data for: "Mountain ecosystem services under a changing climate: a global perspective"
This dataset includes the 88 papers selected for the systematic review of the effects of climate change on mountain ecosystem services
Replication Data for: Non-invasive software architecture for data pipelines with legacy support in smart manufacturing
In this Dataverse, you will find the exETL prototype Python script, which contains the algorithm for the machine pipeline layer described in the article. Additionally, four datasets are included for training supervised classification models. The README file provides a comprehensive description of how to run the code and perform tests and experiments replication
Replication Data for: Fatty Acid oxidation of "Replicative Senescence in Mesenchymal Stem Cells: An In Vitro Study on Mitochondrial Dynamics and Metabolic Alterations"
Fatty Acid Oxidation Assay (ab222944, Abcam) was used to monitor FAO, the primary metabolic pathway for degradation of fatty acids, in living cells. bMSCs seeded on 96-well black plate (Costar, Sigma-Aldrich) (6 × 103 cells/well) were rinsed twice with Fatty Acid-Free medium added with 0.5 mM L-carnitine and 2.5 mM D-Glucose. In the meantime, Fatty Acid Measurement Medium was prepared by adding Oleate (FAO-conjugate) to Fatty Acid-Free Medium and added to each assay well. Extracellular O2 Consumption Reagent (λex/λem = 380/650 nm) was then added to the wells, and each well was sealed with pre-warmed High Sensitivity Mineral Oil. Treatment with the mitochondrial membrane potential uncoupler carbonyl cyanide-p-trifluoromethoxyphenylhydrazone (FCCP, 0.625 µM) was used as positive control. The FAO inhibitor Etomoxir (40 μM) was utilized as a negative control Fluorescence was acquired every 1.30 min for 90 min at Varioskan LUX Multimode Microplate Reader pre-set to 37 °C. Data were normalized to the cell number. The results are expressed as a box plot graph

CRAFTWORK_WP1_YouTubeDataset__v01
The "YouTube Dataset" is part of the CRAFTWORK research project, led by Alessandro Gandini at the University of Milan and funded by the European Union through the ERC Starting Grants 2020 under the Horizon 2020 Programme. The project investigates how identity and work intersect in the contemporary context of artisanal production and the digital economy, with a focus on new forms of craft and their representation on social media.
This dataset includes data collected from YouTube using the YouTube Data Tools interface, developed by the Digital Methods Initiative. The data was retrieved by querying YouTube’s official API for videos and channels containing the keywords “artisanal” and “artisan” either in their titles or channel names. The content was then manually reviewed and categorized by the research team according to a structured set of analytical variables.
The dataset is stored as a UTF-8 encoded, comma-separated (.csv) file and can be viewed using Excel or other spreadsheet software. The collected material includes textual, audiovisual, and numerical data extracted from YouTube videos that fall within the scope of the project. Only cases linked to the 27 EU member states were included in the dataset, and the focus remained on accounts tied to commercial or artisanal activities.
Each case in the dataset is labeled with a pseudonymized ID and includes information such as country of origin, type of product featured (e.g., food, ceramics, beauty, or woodwork), and platform-related metadata. Furthermore, the dataset captures narrative markers such as “resignification,” reflecting how artisanal work is framed in culturally significant ways, and “particularisation,” highlighting references to authenticity and uniqueness. Each case was evaluated for its relevance to the research and includes a brief justification for its inclusion or exclusion.
While the dataset’s metadata is freely available under a CC0 license, full access requires a motivated request submitted to the principal investigator and cannot be redistributed without explicit authorizatio
Replication Data for: "Management, topography and landscape contribute to shape bird communities in Alpine semi-natural grasslands"
The attached database includes all the data used for the analyses in the paper "Management, topography and landscape contribute to shape bird communities in Alpine semi-natural grasslands" by Granata et al., published in Biological Conservatio
Agricultural season 2019
This dataset contains data collected during the 2019 agricultural season in the Nile Delta (Egypt). The experiment was conducted in pilot fields at the pilot farm Sakha (North Nile Delta) under traditional flooding (WFL) using both fresh water and drainage water. Three cultivation methods were tested (drill seeding, raised beds, and the System of Rice Intensification), along with five rice varieties (Giza 177, Giza 178, Sakha 107, Hybrid Rice-EH1, and Dry Rice-L1). The dataset also includes the experimental field layouts and details of the cultivated rice varieties
