Full text linkEn el documento se desarrolló un plan de negocios para un emprendimiento cuyo propósito es la incursión de flores artesanales en el sector de arreglos y detalles. Ante la intensa rivalidad en el mercado de flores convencionales, se ideo una estrategia que introdujo un enfoque innovador: la creación de flores confeccionadas a partir de cintas de tela. Estas flores se comercializarán como arreglos florales, diseñados para adecuarse a las preferencias y ocasiones de cada cliente.
El proyecto tiene como objetivo la proyección de una floristería artesanal en el contexto del mercado local, con la intención de sobresalir mediante la oferta de una experiencia altamente personalizada para los clientes y un extenso abanico de alternativas en el ámbito floral. Paralelamente, se buscaba cultivar y estimular la valoración hacia la belleza intrínseca de las flores, así como impulsar el reconocimiento del arte floral como un vehículo para la expresión artística.
El plan de negocio que se llevó a cabo buscaba determinar mediante una investigación y análisis de mercado cuáles eran los clientes objetivos y establecer mediante un análisis financiero las características económicas del emprendimiento para plantear la rentabilidad, los diferentes métodos de financiamiento, el punto de equilibrio y otros de los factores financieros que intervinieron para hacer del emprendimiento una fuente de ingreso económico con la posibilidad de crecer a futuro.The paper developed a business plan for a venture whose purpose is the incursion of handmade flowers into the arrangement and detail sector. In the face of intense rivalry in the conventional flower market, a strategy was devised that introduced an innovative approach: the creation of flowers made from fabric ribbons. These flowers will be marketed as floral arrangements, designed to suit the preferences and occasions of each customer.
The project aims to project an artisan flower shop in the context of the local market, with the intention of standing out by offering a highly personalised experience for customers and a wide range of floral alternatives. At the same time, the aim was to cultivate and stimulate an appreciation of the intrinsic beauty of flowers, as well as to promote the recognition of floral art as a vehicle for artistic expression as a vehicle for artistic expression.
The business plan that was carried out sought to determine through market research and analysis which were the target customers and to establish through a financial analysis the economic characteristics of the enterprise to establish the profitability, the different methods of financing, the break-even point and other financial factors that intervened to make the enterprise a source of economic income with the possibility of growing in the future

Full text linkFloral Piel Natural un nuevo proyecto en el cual se producen de manera artesanal productos para el cuidado de la piel con ingredientes completamente naturales. Ésta idea surge ante la necesidad del mercado por llevar una vida más sana y saludable a través de los productos que consumen diariamente; la investigación se basó en un estudio de mercado, en un estudio técnico operativo, administrativo y financiero, por medio de los cuales fue posible encontrar información relacionada con los cambios que ha tenido el mercado y la industria en los últimos años en el sector cosmético, asimismo, se realizó una proyección de ventas basada en el mercado y a partir de ello se estableció la respectiva capacidad de producción del proyecto; cabe mencionar que todas las proyecciones planteadas en este documento se realizaron a un periodo de 3 años.
Como base de lo que lo que se quiere lograr con el proyecto se establece una visión, una misión y unos valores. Finalmente, se analizó y estructuró un plan financiero por medio del cual fue posible obtener el valor de la inversión inicial, de los costos fijos y variables; este estudio también permitió construir el flujo de caja, el estado de resultados y el estado de situación financiera del proyecto y de este modo obtener la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR); es así como se logra construir un modelo de negocio atractivo, junto con una propuesta de valor que logre satisfacer a los clientes y atraer otra gran parte del mercado de la cosmética.Floral Piel Natural is a new project that produces handmade skin care products with completely natural ingredients. This idea arises from the need of the market to lead a healthier and healthier life through the products they consume daily; the research was based on a market study, a technical, operational, administrative and financial study, through which it was possible to find information related to the changes that the market and the industry have had in recent years in the cosmetic sector, also, a sales projection was made based on the market and from this the respective production capacity of the project was established; it is worth mentioning that all the projections raised in this document were made for a period of 3 years.
A vision, mission and values were established as a basis for what the project aims to achieve. Finally, a financial plan was analysed and structured through which it was possible to obtain the value of the initial investment, fixed and variable costs; this study also made it possible to construct the cash flow, the income statement and the financial situation statement of the project and thus obtain the Internal Rate of Return (IRR); this is how an attractive business model is constructed, together with a value proposition that manages to satisfy customers and attract another large part of the cosmetics market
