أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المؤسسات الأسرية والإيوائية لرعاية الايتام من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية
No full textThe study aimed to define the roles of the social worker to care for orphans in family and residential institutions, and to reach a professional vision to activate it from the perspective of general practice of social work, where the researchers used the social survey method in a comprehensive survey method for social workers working in residential institutions (Al-Amal Institute and the village of orphans sos in Rafah) The institutions that care for orphans in their families (the Islamic Society and the Salah and the Islamic Society) and they are (35) social workers, and the researchers used the questionnaire tool to reveal the results of the study, where the study found that the level of specialist roles My interest in caring for orphans in residential or family institutions came weak, whether his role in direct supervision of orphans or his role in social and psychological programs or his role in providing material or moral support to orphans, and in light of the results the study reached a professional perception to activate the roles of the social worker with orphans from the perspective of general practice of the social work.هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أدوار الاخصائي الاجتماعي لرعاية الأيتام في المؤسسات الأسرية والايوائية، والتوصل إلى تصور مهني لتفعليه من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية، حيث استخدم الباحثان منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعين العاملين في المؤسسات الايوائية (معهد الامل وقرية الايتام sos برفح) والمؤسسات التي ترعى الايتام في أسرهم (الجمعية الإسلامية وجمعية الصلاح والمجمع الاسلامي) وعددهم (35) أخصائي اجتماعي، واستعان الباحثان بأداة الاستبيان للكشف عن نتائج الدراسة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أدوار الاخصائي الاجتماعي لرعاية الايتام في المؤسسات الايوائية أو الأسرية جاء ضعيف سواء دوره في الأشراف المباشر على الأيتام أو دوره في البرامج الاجتماعية والنفسية أو دوره في تقديم الدعم المادي أو المعنوي للأيتام، وفي ضوء النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مهني لتفعيل أدوار الاخصائي الاجتماعي مع الأيتام من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية
