No full text[[abstract]]隨著運動人口增加，以及現代人工作繁忙，高齡化人口也逐年上升，當肌肉無法支應日常活動和工作，就會常常感到疲勞與疼痛。此時，一般人多會尋求物理治療或民俗調理，兩者最大的差異在於──物理治療屬醫療行為，須取得相關證照及執業許可；民俗調理則不可強調療效，故以保健為主。其中，民俗調理業在現今愈發受到重視，從近年政府及民間團體相繼推動健康養生民俗調理產業可以得知。本研究旨在探討民俗調理從業人員的專業能力、服務品質，以及顧客滿意度的相關聯性。以線上問卷方式，從三個從業人員專業能力構面，瞭解曾接受過此類服務的顧客角度，調查其同意和重視程度，再分析其與五大服務品質構面及顧客滿意度是否相關，進而協助民俗調理業往正向長遠方向發展。本研究結果顯示，從業人員的專業能力正向影響服務品質及顧客滿意度，服務品質正向影響顧客滿意度，本研究的假說皆成立。最後，本研究根據分析結果，提出對民俗調理業、民俗調理業從業人員，以及後續研究的建議參考，期待業者能創造更多的社會服務價值。[[abstract]]As more people participate in physical activities and individuals lead busy work lives, the aging population continues to grow annually. When muscles can no longer support daily activities and work, fatigue and pain commonly arise. In such situations, individuals often seek either physical therapy or traditional folk remedies. The main distinction between the two approaches is that physical therapy is a medically regulated practice that necessitates appropriate licenses and permits, whereas traditional folk remedies primarily concentrate on health maintenance and do not prioritize treatment efficacy.The traditional folk remedy industry has gained attention as the government and private organizations promote the health and wellness sector. This study examines the correlation between practitioner competence, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Through an online questionnaire survey of customers who have received these services, we assess their agreement and importance regarding three dimensions of practitioner competence. We then analyze the relationship between these dimensions, service quality, and customer satisfaction to support the industry's positive and long-term development. The research confirms that practitioner competence positively impacts service quality and customer satisfaction, while service quality positively influences customer satisfaction, validating all study hypotheses.The study findings demonstrate that practitioners' professional competence positively impacts service quality and customer satisfaction, while service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. All hypotheses have been supported. Based on the analysis results, recommendations are provided for the traditional folk remedy industry, practitioners, and future research. It is anticipated that industry professionals will enhance their ability to deliver greater social service value
Optimizing Community Health Care Teams
No full text[[abstract]]有鑑於2025年臺灣老年人口將超過總人口20%，老人福利服務在高齡化社會中益顯其重要性，其發展的重點在於保障老人經濟安全及維持基本生活品質，提升生活照顧服務場所之需求，並結合在地社會福利團體，就近提供老人社區照顧，成立健康福利維護服務據點。人們的生活離不開食、衣、住、行這四大項目，老人福利服務也是如此，其服務重點在於幫助高齡者聯繫必要的資源，為高齡者提供優質、專屬協助，例如：使用合適的設備、客製化需求、保健活動、社區活動、社交技能，使高齡者讓身體、智力和社交方面皆能維持健康，並提供其家庭的成員喘息服務計劃，解決個人問題或疑慮，以確保長期照顧資源的連續性專業服務。本研究透過個案訪談結果，彙整出優化社區健康照顧團隊的關鍵條件，建議老人福利服務機構之組織可嘗試以新興領域「民主型態的社會福利企業」的模式，經營者並可運用責信制度、賦權結構，適度給予下屬權位與權能，積極朝向企業優化目標訂定策略，改善現有的照顧服務體系成為嶄新的經營模式，其經營模式包含居民的安全與福祉、共識參與互助合作，並藉由蒐集經營問題點、關注議題、趨勢報告、組織規模、創新價值與SWOT分析，以達到永續經營的目的。[[abstract]]In view of the fact that the elderly population in Taiwan will exceed 20% of the total population in 2025, welfare services for the elderly will become increasingly important in an aging society. No full text[[abstract]]宗教發展與社會有著緊密的關係，其中又分出許多派別，例如：道教、佛教、一貫道……等等。近年來許多台灣廟宇、宮廟逐漸導入視覺識別系統希望藉此為宮廟文化帶來新氣象使大眾感到親切。本創作針對道教觀靈術加以探討。從伏羲發明八卦到老子著道德經，道學的發展與演變對道教影響甚遠，道教自東漢時期張道陵創立以來，距今已有1800多年的歷史，歷經各朝衍生出許多派別，觀靈術屬道教閭山派發展而來的一門法術，使人能靈魂出竅到「靈界」本創作會對相關的文獻以及觀靈術中所使用到的符籙圖樣，觀靈術施術成功後看見的景象等元素，進一步歸納整理為可參考之設計依據導入視覺識別。以桃園無極慈恩宮為創作對象，結合觀靈術進行視覺識別系統與整體形象規劃。就一般大眾熟知的台灣廟宇現有的視覺識別系統來說，大多還是直接以神像的圖樣、名稱、單一的顏色為主，本創作會針對此類相關問題去進行發展，對於形象整體提升，使大眾從印象到形象進而初步、深入認識這項傳統文化而言會是一個有感的策略。[[abstract]]The development of religion has a close relationship with society, and there are many groups in it. The existing visual identity systems of Taiwanese temples are known to the general public, most of them are based on the pattern, name and single color of the statue. Therefore, understanding and assessing the viewers' emotional response in relation to the portrayal of these cartoon facial expressions is necessary. The purpose of this study consists of investigating whether the change in sizes of the eyes or nose in the facial features in the cartoon facial expression may stimulate positive or negative valence, as well as which excitement emotions can be triggered when the sizes of these two facial features change. The study was done for 55 adults, above 20-year-old, in Taiwan. The use of Self-Assessment Manikin, SAM was being practiced as a simple and efficient method for evaluating emotions for imagery and AIPS-based questionnaire. The study shows large and small eye sizes as the intense emotional stimuli on a certain facial expression

Innovative Operation of the Visually Impaired Massage Industry - An Example of Taichung Hoshin Visually Impaired Massage
No full text[[abstract]]按摩在台灣以然成為重要休閒之一，且按摩產業也蓬勃發展，但仍有許多經營不善而結束營業之案例，所以深入探討創新經營是有其必要的。本研究將針對視障按摩業者對於創新經營之觀點進行探討，希望討論出未來視障按摩經營改善之策略。透過相關文獻，整理出視障按摩之現況，並探討創新經營之方向。對此，本研究以台中禾軒視障按摩為探討對象，篩選了五位禾軒顧客及兩位禾軒員工，且進行訪談，提供禾軒在創新經營方面之觀點，與顧客及員工對於創新經營兩大方向之看法與建議。本研究發現，對於禾軒創新經營之觀念，除了在行銷、產品及環境方面上有所期待，更希望加入更多元的行銷方式，與融入不同臨床技術，並在產品與服務方面也期許到位。藉由創新經營，讓禾軒視障按摩透過建議與改善，進而創造出一套新興經營模式。[[abstract]]Massage has become one of the most important leisure activities in Taiwan, and the massage industry is booming, but there are still many cases of poor operation and closure of business, so it is necessary to explore the innovative operation in depth. No full text[[abstract]]各國對振興鄉村的地方創生政策日益重視，鄉村旅遊是其重要策略途徑。而農民市集又常常在鄉村旅遊中扮演重要角色，但經營成效不一，如何永續營運成為一大課題。研究者多年參與阿罩霧自然農市集的運作，持續關心市集的永續發展，並思考如何使其具有更多元面向的角色意義。本研究主要目的有三：探索阿罩霧自然農市集的創新行動、促進阿罩霧自然農市集的永續營運以及增補農學市集永續營運理論。研究阿罩霧自然農市集的發展條件與限制、創新行動策略及永續營運模式。本研究採行動研究法，以阿罩霧自然農市集做為實際行動個案，進行目標的設定、策略的研擬、方案的執行與績效指標評估。研究發現，阿罩霧自然農市集在霧峰有良好的基礎條件，但也存在著市場侷限等困境。為求開展市集之永續經營力並朝向更多元的目標價值發展，本研究擬定四項創新行動策略並實際執行。從訪談內容分析，受訪者認為，市集的策略行動在關係質量、知名度、認同感、獲利性等方面有獲得初步的執行成效；但依然存在-理念共識不足、整合創意不夠與營業利益開拓之潛在問題困境，有待克服。對此，本研究進一步提出包含市場性-營利、文化性-教育與娛樂性-歡樂等，市集特性之農學市集永續營運模式，作為後續阿罩霧自然農市集營運之參考。[[abstract]]Countries are paying more and more attention to the local creation policy of revitalizing the countryside, and rural tourism is an important strategic approach. A Preliminary Study on the Practical Application and the Reference Books of Pickleball
No full text[[abstract]]匹克球運動自 2016 年 11 月正式引進臺灣，在中華民國匹克球協會（Chinese Taipei Pickleball Association, CTPA）的努力推廣之下，至今已逐漸成為大眾喜愛從事的新興運動之一，運動人口亦呈穩定成長之趨勢。CTPA 於推廣的同時，亦開始舉辦分級賽事，從全國匹克球分級賽到國際匹克球分級賽，再到亞洲盃匹克球錦標賽，參賽的球員逐年增加，因此也才發覺許多初級球員長年停滯於同一級別的現象。歸納原因，除了國內匹克球的教學環境尚未建置完全之外，另一原因實為坊間鮮少有關於技術指引的書籍或文獻可供參考，而網路資源亦多為外語教學影片，礙於語言的限制，對於想精進技術的球員而言，著實面臨極大的挑戰。因此，本研究採用技術報告之方式，結合基本擊球技術與實戰經驗，藉由圖文並茂之呈現，將擊球技術之動作加以分解說明，並附上練習法之影片資料，作為往後初級球員自我學習之參考與指引;亦提供各級學校教師及從事教學工作之教練一份教學參考文獻，進而幫助學員更有系統學習匹克球，一同將匹克球推向全民運動。[[abstract]]Pickleball was officially introduced to Taiwan in November 2016. With the promotion of the Chinese Taipei Pickleball Association (CTPA), it has gradually become one of the sports that the public loves to play and the sport population also grows stably. CTPA also began to hold the tournaments. From the national tournaments to the international tournament and the Asian tournaments, the participated players increased year by year, so it was discovered that many beginners and intermediate players had stayed at the same level for many years.One reason is because the environment of pickleball teaching has not been fully established, and the other is that few books or literatures about the skill guideline are available for reference. Even if there are many teaching videos in English online, the language limitation is a real challenge for the players who want to improve their skills.Therefore, this research combines basic batting skills and practical competition experience, which presents the batting skills with pictures and texts step by step. It also provides a teaching reference for teachers and coaches, which guides the students to learn pickleball batting skills more systematically
Discussion the Cognition and Purchase Intention on Nutraceuticals for Elderly
No full text[[abstract]]銀髮族一直以來都是保健食品在銷售上不可忽視的一個族群，為了提升保健食品的銷售，對於探索銀髮族對保健食品的認知和購買意願是不可缺少的議題。本研究透過問卷調查的方式，使用SPSS 12.0 為分析工具。發現在不同人口統計變項中，50~55歲的「橘色世代」對於保健食品有較高的嘗試意願(通路需求)，對於產品的多樣性以及通路的便利性相對於65~70歲屆退休族群有顯著的差異，另外也發現銀髮族對於網路的使用量提升，得益於智慧型手機及網路的普及，網路不再只有年輕族群青睞。銀髮族對於保健食品偏向專業性，較容易接受專業人員的意見，並且對於保健食品的選購有自我的判斷標準。對銀髮族群而言，若能提高產品的認知性，對於產品的銷售將有顯著的正向提升。[[abstract]]The elderly have always been a group that cannot be ignored in the sales of nutraceuticals. In order to improve the sales of nutraceuticals, it is an indispensable issue to explore the cognition and purchase intention on nutraceuticals for elderly. In this study, SPSS 12.0 was used as the analysis tool through questionnaire survey. It is found that among different demographic variables, the "Orange Generation" aged 50-55 has a higher willingness to try nutraceuticals (access demand), and the diversity of products and the convenience of access are higher significant differences than those of the 65-70-year-old age group.
