Field of study No full text [[abstract]]臨床實習、動態變化、工作表現、實習壓力、自我效能[[note]]臨床實習為醫學院學生於就學期間最具挑戰、壓力最大的一段時間。 於實習期間，實習生必須結合臨床知識與技術、精進臨床技術、妥善分配時間以 適應節奏緊湊的臨床生活，並與臨床人員及個案維持良好關係。順利完成實習者 通常可建立專業認同與專業自信，反之亦然。職能治療系為醫學院的一員，學生 於大三升大四的暑假即開始為期近一年的臨床實習，而每年都有學生因為適應不 良而需指導老師積極輔導甚至終止實習。然而少有研究探討職能治療實習學生於 實習期間的學習情況動態變化與影響因素
