    Today, jaundice is one of the most common problems in newborns. Loss of Red Blood Cells (RBC) is the cause of jaundice. RBC rupture is known as hemolysis, and if hemolysis occurs faster than the liver excretes, bilirubin levels in the body rise and leading to jaundice. Bilirubin is directly soluble in water and is transported to the liver and excreted in stages, most of which is excreted in the feces and a small amount is excreted in the urine. Measuring bilirubin levels in infants is one of the essential tests after birth. In measuring the amount of jaundice in infants, complex components such as the formation of body organs, compounds on the skin of the infant, and other parameters are involved. Making a device to measure the amount of jaundice. The difference in the methods of measuring and treating jaundice in infants depends on the condition of the infant with jaundice. Non-invasive methods are used in infants with low bilirubin levels, but in acute and critical cases, invasive and direct methods are used.     Introduction: Both the 1st-and 4th-pandemic outbreaks by SARS-CoV-2/3 causing COVID-19, starts in Wuhan, China, badly affecting human civilization with sever-post-COVID-diseases weakening the ability of COVID-19-vaccines to prevent-SARS-CoV-2/3-infection-or-reinfection with side effects. So, it will require proper COVID-booster-community-vaccines-doses to prevent ‘Omicron’ like any-‘A-to-Z’-diseases as early-as-possible, fulfilling the main objectives of the current ‘Community-Case-Study-Reports’ are to find out the most suitable ‘Biomedicines-Vaccine’.&nbsp;Methods: The ‘community-treatments’ were done with the mixture-extract of spices; Ginger, Garlic, and Turmeric forming the high-diluted ‘Spices-Community-Biomedicines’ dissolving @ 5-10 drops / 50ml-100ml (a half to a full cup) of moderately hot drinking water, orally administered @ 3-5 times/day at an interval of 1- 2hrs, against naturally occurring coronavirus-infections-or re-infections, for 45-60 days, before-symptom-onset OR illness-onset (as a vaccine).Results: The present-oral-‘community-treatments’ of ‘Spices-Community-Biomedicines-Physiology’ are very-much-effective in controlling-diseases-by-boosting-natural-immunity-against coronavirus-2/3 with no side effects among the students and their parent’s-community.&nbsp;Conclusion: The present “Community-Treatments-Case-Study-Reports of Spices-Community-Biomedicines-Physiology Act as Archives of Preventive-Booster-Community-Vaccines Against Omicron-Like-Any-‘A-to-Z’-Diseases By Immunizing Public-Health-Socio-Economy-Environment-Wildlife-Biodiversity-Conservation-Science-Technology-Communication-Applications-Ecology-Retaining-the-World-in-Old-Forms”.     Surgical treatment of spinal tumors with modified laminoplasty: Preliminary study

    Objective: We aimed to present our experience with a modified laminoplasty technique that allows stabilization of the spine without instrumentation during tumor surgery.&nbsp;Methods: This retrospective study was performed in the neurosurgery department of a university hospital and data were collected from the medical files who were treated surgically for spinal tumors. The same surgical team operated on the patients using the same procedure without any instrumentation for stabilization of the spine. Demographic and clinical data were collected. It was checked whether radiological and clinical instability developed at the 6th and 12th months postoperatively.Results: Our series comprised 41 patients (20 females, 21 males) with an average age of 47.122±20.33 (range: 11 to 86 years). The most common complaints detected in this series were diminution of motor power in lower extremities (20,47.62%), radicular pain (9,21.43%), and hypoesthesia (2,4.76%). The most frequent sites of involvement were L1-L2 (5,11.90%), L2 (4,9.52%), and T5-T6-T7 (2,4.76%), respectively. Histopathologically, schwannoma (8,19.94%), ependymoma (7,16.64%), meningioma (6,14.28%), and metastatic carcinoma (5,11.90%). The distribution of tumors was intradural and extramedullary (27,64.28%), intradural and intramedullary (13,30.95%), and extradural and extramedullary (2,4.77%), respectively.&nbsp;Conclusion: Our results imply that stability of the spinal cord can be preserved without fixation or instrumentation during surgical procedures for spinal tumors. However, longer periods of follow-up, as well as prospective, controlled, multi-centric trials on larger populations, are warranted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the novel technique.&nbsp;</p

    Examination of Paraffin Sections of Different Rainbow Trout (<i>Oncorhynchus mykiss</i>) Tissues by Light and Scanning Electron Microscope

    The current study aimed to highlight histopathological findings in paraffin block sections of the liver, gill kidney, and pyloric cecum of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) by different imagining devices such as Scanning Electron (SEM) and Light Microscope (LM). To determine the performance of different imagining methods two different thickness paraffin sections such as 5 and 15 µm about various rainbow trout tissue were prepared for imagining different devices. That sections were imagined by SEM and LM, both sections including 5 and 15 µm were imagined by SEM while just 5 µm was an image by LM. In LM imagining, it was detected that hydropic degeneration and vacuole formations in the liver hepatocytes of fish, as well as hyperplasia in bile ducts. Lamellar epithelial cell hyperplasia/hypertrophy was mild and histopathological findings such as secondary lamellar elevation and edema were more severe in rainbow trout gills. Glomerular atrophy/hypertrophy was moderately detected in the kidneys and hydropic degeneration of tubular epithelium was more severe. No degeneration or necrosis was observed in the lamina epithelium of the pyloric cecum. In SEM imagining of different thickness paraffin sections, cartilage and secondary lamellar structure in the gills, glomerulus, and Bowman’s capsule structure in the kidneys, and the structure of the pyloric cecum was observed. In the SEM imaging of the paraffin block sections of hepatocytes of the liver, the cell nuclei were determined, and also the grooves in the cytoplasm were thought to be vacuoles. As a consequence, the structural elements of the organ had higher clarity in SEM imaging from paraffin block sections, but the histopathological alterations remained unclear. As a result, SEM imaging of fish tissue is more suited for seeing tissue architecture, although LM imaging is better suited for determining and scoring histopathological variations.</p

    The goal of the paper is to present a new definition of a holistic approach to the description of complex systems including features such as emergent behavior, exaptation, contingency, self-organization, etc. The presented approach is based on concepts such as singularity (internal behavior of a partial system component without any links), duality (analyses of links between pairs of system components) and a plurality (links between clusters of system components). Energetics is presented as a new science (third-order cybernetics) using the results of the theory of complex systems connected with the algorithms of artificial intelligence so that a better coexistence between humans and machines occurs.</p

The aim is to empower persons with dementia to manifest their innate altruism, which is intact until the end-of-life period. As dementia may change relationships even among family members, it is desirable for persons with dementia and those close to them to make efforts to maintain mutually beneficial relationships in their daily lives.</p
