Identification of Protein Partners of the Human Ribosomal Protein, uS19 Using Bioinformatics Analysis

The role of human ribosomal protein, uS19 is not only bound in forming intersubunit between small and large subunits of a ribosome but also has extra-ribosomal roles which are causing a few type of diseases and cancers. Although many studies have been carried out to identify the functions of this protein, the information on the functions are still insufficient and limited. The approach to identify the functions of this protein is by identification of the predicted protein's partners of the human ribosomal protein, uS 19 and docking stimulation of the protein with protein partners through bioinformatics analysis. This analysis is based on sequences, structure and associated proteins which is known as sequence-to-structure-to-function paradigm. Besides, this analysis involves the construction of predicted three-dimensional (3D) model of uS19 ribosomal protein and the identification of structural neighbour and protein partners. The identified protein partners are used in molecular docking stimulation to the uS 19 ribosomal protein. After the analysis of docked uS 19 ribosomal protein with the identified protein partners, three logical docked structures were revealed. This is the docking of uS 19 ribosomal protein with two different domains of the Fragile X Mental Retardation protein (FMRP) and one domain of Transducer of ERBB2.1 (TOB 1) protein. Hence, the study enable the recognition predicted extra-ribosomal functions of ribosomal protein, uS 19

The 2020 5th International Conference on Renewable Energy and Environmental Protection (ICREEP 2020) was planned to be held on October 23-25, 2020 in Shenzhen, China. Currently, the entire world is struggling against the virulent pandemic COVID-19. Unfortunately, each of us is affected, either overtly or covertly. Our conference, 2020 5th International Conference on Renewable Energy and Environmental Protection (ICREEP 2020) was not an exception. Nowadays, mass gatherings are not permitted by the government. It is uncertain when the COVID-19 would end, so it remains unclear for postponement time, while many scholars and researchers wanted to attend this long-waited conference and have academic exchanges with their peers. Therefore, in order to actively respond the call of the government, and meet author's request, the ICREEP 2020, which was planned to be held in Shenzhen, China from October 23-25, 2020, was changed to be held online through Zoom software. This approach not only reduces people gathering, but also meets their communication needs. ICREEP 2020 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of renewable energy and environmental protection to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in renewable energy, environmental protection and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in renewable energy and environmental protection and related areas. During the conference, we were greatly honored to have invited Prof.Alexander Aguila Téllez, from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Ecuador and Prof.Shen-Ming Chen, from National Taipei University of Technology, China to serve as our Conference Chairmen. There were over 170 participants attended the meeting. The conference model was divided into two parts: speeches of keynote speakers and oral presentations. In the first part, we were honored to have invited two professors as our keynote speakers. The first one, Prof. Hai yun Wang, College of hydraulic & environmental engineering, Three Gorges University. He researched on Environmental pollution control and energy conservation and regeneration technology and long engaged in environmental monitoring, environmental impact assessment, environmental pollution control project design, supervision, construction, water conservancy project ecological protection, river ecological restoration, water pollution control, water treatment technology research, environmental protection planning and others scientific research. The last keynote speakers, Prof.Kan-Lin Hsueh, Department of Energy Engineering, National United University. His research areas are Electrochemistry; Fuel Cells; Battery; Electrochemical Impedance; Spectroscopy; Electrodes; Electrolytes; Energy Storage. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the second session of the conference. The WeChat discussion lasted for about 30 minutes. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. The proceedings of ICREEP 2020 span over 7 topical tracks, that include: Energy Engineering and Energy Technology, Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering, Electricity Supply Systems, Exploration and Utilization of Resources and Sustainable Development, Energy Economy and Management and other related fields. All the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of International publication standard. We would like to acknowledge all of those who have supported ICREEP 2020. Each individual and institutional help were very important for the success of this conference. Especially we would like to thank the organizing committee for their valuable advices in the organization and helpful peer review of the papers. We hope that ICREEP 2020 will be a forum for excellent discussions that will put forward new ideas and promote collaborative researches. We are sure that the proceedings will serve as an important research source of references and the knowledge, which will lead to not only scientific and engineering progress but also other new products and processes
