L’indagine muoverà i passi su un terreno, quello civile, che appare già di per sé notevolmente difficile e scivoloso in virtù delle connessioni, palesi o celate, e delle implicazioni che la disciplina privatistica dell’articolo 2045 c.c. consente di trarre da un’approfondita attività ermeneutica. Tale spazio sembra rivelarsi ancora fertile per una ricerca che miri a scoprire dati utili a determinare con più certezza il posto da riconoscere all’enunciato nel sistema della responsabilità.

The research will take its steps in the field of civil law, which in itself appears difficult and slippery for connections, overt or covert, and implications that article 2045 of the Italian civil code allows to be drawn from an in-depth interpretation. This space seems to still be fruitful for a research aimed at discovering useful data to determine with greater certainty the place to be recognized for the norm in the civil liability system. The topic is approached from a remedial perspective in an effort to overcome the dichotomy of applicability or not to contractual relations, conducted in the light of axiological values of the Italian legal system
L'immagine di Apollo nell'Etruria arcaica
The paper focuses on the image of Apollo in archaic Etruria and aims to highlight how, in the reception of a Greek iconographic framework, the selection of figural features is calibrated to emphasise the characters and functions of Etruscan deities assimilated to the god.
The images illustrate the Etruscan making of the visual identity of the God, autonomous but consistent with cultic coordinates: the incorporation of the anthropomorphic dimension through Greek iconography constitutes the result of a cultural and religious process which began around the end of the 7th century B.C. and whose logic can be contextualised
Exploring Attentional Behavior in Young People with ASD Through a Wearable Eye Tracker
In this poster, we investigate attentional behavior in youths with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the wearable eye-tracker Tobii Pro Glasses 3. The experiment involved 38 participants, 19 with ASD and 19 with typical development, who described both social and non-social images while their eye movements were recorded. Results revealed that participants with ASD accepted the device, demonstrating its feasibility for future use. Compared to the control group, individuals with ASD showed reduced focus on social images. These findings highlight potential differences in attentional behavior and suggest that wearable eye-trackers can be valuable tools for studying real-world social attention in ASD
A Civil Code for the Pope? French Protection and Legal Reform in the Papal States after 1848
The chapter examines the Papal monarchy attempts to rebuild its political and legal structures after the 1848–49 revolutions, under the ambiguous protection of French and Austrian military occupation. France and moderate elites urged political and legal secularisation and, above all, a French-style civil code deemed essential for modernizing justice, stimulating economic development, and strengthening state authority. Yet such attempts failed: separating civil from canon law would have undermined the very foundation of papal sovereignty, rooted in the fusion of spiritual and temporal power. Between diplomatic pressure, political instability, and doctrinal resistance, Pius IX and the Curia pursued an alternative version of codification, aimed at reaffirming religious control over human societies. Tuning Gelation of Insect Proteins: Effect of Ionic Strength on Acheta domesticus Protein Extracts
Protein gelation is a key mechanism for structuring food systems, as it determines texture, water retention, and overall product stability. Therefore, understanding how processing factors influence gelation is critical for designing functional protein-based matrices. This study investigates the effect of ionic strength on the gelation and techno-functional properties of Acheta domesticus (house cricket) protein extract. Gels were prepared with increasing NaCl concentrations (0–0.5 M) and characterized by rheological analysis. Additionally, solubility, emulsifying properties and water/oil holding capacity of the protein extract were assessed. Small-amplitude oscillatory shear tests revealed that G′ increased from ~150 Pa at 0 M to over 1300 Pa at 0.5 M, indicating salt-induced network reinforcement. The loss factor (tan δ) reached its minimum (0.19) at high ionic strength, reflecting the formation of stronger, more elastic protein networks. These rheological trends aligned with the techno-functional responses: solubility peaked at 79.5% at 0.1 M NaCl before decreasing at higher salt levels, while emulsifying activity reached a maximum of 59.1 m2 g−1 at 0.3 M before dropping sharply. Collectively, these findings highlight ionic strength as a tunable parameter linking molecular interactions to bulk viscoelasticity and textural attributes. By adjusting salt concentration, elasticity, hydration, and interfacial stability can be strategically modulated, enabling the rational design of insect-based food gels for different applications, from emulsified systems to fibrous meat analog

Supporting UAVs Swarm Missions by Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning
The deployment of drone swarms is expected to increase significantly in the coming years, especially for monitoring and inspection scenarios, as well as hazardous situations, such as rescue missions in hostile or disaster-stricken areas. Smart Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are well-suited for these tasks due to their agility and maneuverability. However, their limited battery capacity presents substantial challenges, particularly during missions that demand complete coverage of extensive areas within a short time frame. This paper presents a Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning-based approach for computing the coverage path of large regions by swarms of UAVs supported by mobile battery swapping stations. By implementing advanced path optimization algorithms, it is possible to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of UAV operations. These algorithms can reduce travel distance, optimize battery swapping during the mission, minimize energy consumption, and ensure comprehensive area coverage. Incorporating real-time data and adaptive strategies can further refine path planning, enabling UAV swarms to adapt to environmental changes and mission requirements dynamically. This approach not only maximizes the operational lifespan of the UAVs, but also ensures the timely and accurate completion of critical tasks in challenging environments
