No full textIn this work, repaired crack in 2024 T3 aluminium plate with composite patch is presented, the problem is handled in plane stress condition under tensile Mode I crack growth. In the numerical simulation, firstly we determine the displacement, strain and stress, also the first six mode shapes of the plate, secondly we compare the first results with result of a cracked plate, thirdly we repair the crack with composite patch for different materials (Glass, Boron, carbon) and for (2 layers, 4 layers). Finally the comparison of stress, strain, displacement and six first natural frequencies between uncracked, crack initiation and composite patch repair crack. No full textفي ظل ما يشهده الاقتصاد العالمي من تطور واتساع الناتج عن ظاهرة العولمة الاقتصادية، تسعى جل المنظمات للاستجابة والتكيف مع كل هذه التغيرات، مما يجعل البقاء والاستمرار أمرا صعبا، ولكن نجاح أي منظمة وتمكنها من تحقيق التميز والريادة لا يمكن تحقيقه بدون المورد البشري الذي يعتبر جوهر العملية الإبداعية، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان وإبراز أهمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ودوره في تدعيم وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية للعاملين بالمنظمة والتي تمكنها من خلق حلول وأفكار للوضعية التي تعيشها سواء على المستوى التنظيمي أو التكنولوجي، ولغرض تحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من العاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية SNVI، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى المواطنة التنظيمية للعاملين كان بدرجة مرتفعة، وامتلاك المؤسسة لأرضية خصبة للإبداع وأن هناك أثر وعلاقة ارتباط قوية بين المستوى المرتفع للمواطنة التنظيمية وقدرة العاملين على الإبداع التنظيمي، وبناءا على النتائج المتوصل إليها تم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات التي من شأنها تحفيز ممارسة العاملين للسلوكات التطوعية الإضافية وخلق المناخ المساعد على الإبداع التنظيم

Hybrid renewable energy systems optimization based on artificial intelligence
No full textIn remote regions, electric energy is usually supplied by diesel generators for their reliability, low installation costs, ease of starting, compact power density and portability. However, diesel generators are becoming expensive to run due to ncreasing fuel cost, transportation costs and they require a high level of maintenance cost. Moreover, using diesel fuel increases the amount of CO2 emitted which is the principal source of green-house gas. A more sustainable alternative system is using renewable sources to produce electrical power. They can play an important role in ensuring an environmentally friendly and clean energy generation for remote and isolated communities. However, renewable energy sources are intermittent in nature, and as a result, power generation from renewable energy sources often may not necessarily match the load demand. Therefore, energy storage is required to ensure reliable power supply. Moreover, the implantation of energy production based on renewable sources requires a specific design in terms of size and control. The objective of this thesis is to propose a methodology to design a hybrid power system based on artificial intelligence. Initially, the cuckoo search algorithm is used to give an optimal size of a hybrid power system that can guarantee the energy required by the load continuously. To overcome the complexity of the control of hybrid power system, an optimal fuzzy logic control based on cuckoo search algorithm is proposed. Finally, optimization of size and control simultaneously is introduced in this thesis to increase the reliability and competitively of system. Characterization and Chemometrics Based-Approach to Classify Some Algerian Blossom Honeys
No full textPhysicochemical characterization of 82 Algerian honeys, collected between 2005 and 2010, from different botanical and
geographical origins were analyzed. The studied parameters were: water content, pH, free acidity (FA), electrical conductivity (EC),
ash content, hydroxymethylfurfuraldehyde (HMF), proline content, specific rotatory power and color. Most of the measured
parameters had showed values in the range of the international standards, with a particular richness in proline and ash content.
Chemometrics-based approach reveals that the discriminated groups were Citrus, Ziziphus and forest even with over represented
groups like Eucalyptus. Principle component analysis (PCA) enabled to extract three principal components explaining nearly 65% of
total variance, PC1 and PC2 were related to botanical origin whereas PC3 to honey age. Analysis of variance showed that the studied
variables were almost different depending on botanical, geographical origin and season. The current study also shows the presence of
diverse honey varieties in Algeria. The collected data will contribute to the creation of products with protected geographical or/and
botanical origins
