HELP OF HIGH-DEFINITION TOMOGRAPHY AND MAGNIFICATION IN COMPLEX CASES OF ENDODONTICS - CASE REPORT
No full textThe maxillary first molar is a tooth that presents great morphological variation, being that, in Brazil the incidence of the mesio buccal canal 2 is 82.4% (MARTINS, et.al.,2018). This reflects in a higher rate of clinical failure. The advantage of tomography and magnification in endodontics are an important aid in the resolution of complex cases. The aim of this study is to report a clinical case showing the advantage of tomography locating a root canal that is difficult to visualize. A 25-years-old patient came to the office reporting constant pain in the tooth 16, answering positively to percussion tests, inconclusive tomographic exam, with suggestive image of the presence of a supposed mv2 root canal not yet treated, reason why the symptomatology was still present. A new tomography with superior quality (x800 morita) was performed and the presence of the same was observed, being atresic and with calcified embouchure. With the assistance of microscopy, wear was performed with ultrasound and Finder tip, shaping, disinfection and obturation from this root canal. Achieving successful treatment. BIOACTIVITY AND BIOCOMPATIBILITY OF BIOCERAMIC CEMENTS IN ENDODONTICS: NA INTEGRATIVE REVIEW
No full textIn order to create an ideal filling cement, bioceramics were developed, signifying a breakthrough in endodontic therapy. Several studies have shown that bioceramic cements have excellent physicochemical properties, such as biocompatibility and bioactivity.
The objective of this work was, through an integrative literature review, to raise and discuss the works on this new class of endodontic materials.
The systematic plan for carrying out this integrative review consists of four steps. In the first one, a bibliographic survey was carried out in the Portal de Periódicos Capes database. As an advanced search, documents published in the period from 2017
to 2022 were used, found in the “advanced search” mode, using crosses with the keywords cements and endodontology AND endodontics AND bioactivity and biocompatibility. Only documents published in full were published. In the second stage,
the titles and abstracts of the articles were read. In the third, the selection of words that included the same or approximate e3 key-key proposed words. And a fourth step consists of reading the texts in full, followed by the verification of duplicity and construction of a table with the information collected. In the first stage, 23 articles were obtained. After reading the titles and abstracts, a total of 21 were obtained. After the selection of those that included 3 to 5 keywords, with the same or similar formulation to the proposed keywords, 10 articles remained.
One article was excluded for duplication. In the end, nine articles met the exclusion and inclusion criteria and were selected to be part of the integrative review.
The selected studies showed that bioceramic endodontic cements perform well in endodontic therapy. However, to advance its clinical application, more in vivo studies with precise methods are needed to obtain more reliable data on its propertie

No full textTeeth with extraordinary length are a rare condition that complicates endodontic procedures due to the difficult in being reached the working length and making the adequate preparation of the root canal, once there are no endodontic instruments longer than 31 mm commercially available. This study presents description of technical adaptations for endodontic preparation of a maxillary canine with 39.59 mm of length. The procedures adopted were based on the consultation of the literature regarding the treatment of long teeth and included endodontic instrument adaptation and changing the reference point of the instrument. This study shows that extremely long teeth can be successfully instrumented endodontically using the described clinical techniques

No full textFor centuries, western culture has been governed by the anthropocentric mistake of holding humans as the top of the evolutionary chain, and distancing them from other living beings. Derrida, Deleuze, Nagel, among other theorists, have shown us the complexity and the historical and cultural importance of investigating animal and vegetable life under different lenses. This field of study encompasses philosophical debates, as well as zooliterature and fitoliterature, and several means of artistic production. This essay is an attempt to form a post-human reading of the anime Mushishi, through the intersection of the concepts of soul and anima, considering a pervasive worldview in Japanese animes, capable of confronting us with that initial anthropocentric mistake, evident in western works.Durante séculos, a cultura ocidental vem sendo pautada pelo erro antropocêntrico de colocar o humano no topo da cadeia evolutiva e afastá-lo dos outros viventes. Teóricos como Derrida, Deleuze, Nagel e tantos outros vêm nos fazendo compreender a complexidade e a importância histórico-cultural do estudo de animais e vegetais por diferentes ângulos. Esse campo de estudo envolve, além de debates filosóficos, a zooliteratura, a fitoliteratura e diversas formas de produção artística. No full textEste estudo se baseia nas ideias de Mikhail Bakhtin e o Círculo russo, que percebem a linguagem e sua interação com o contexto. A partir dessa base teórica, analisa as obras No chão da fábrica, de Roniwalter Jatobá, e De mim já não se lembra, de Luiz Ruffato, escritores brasileiros do século XX, focalizando a vida laboral de personagens de estratos sociais economicamente desfavorecidos, advindos de regiões pobres do país em sua trajetória até São Paulo em busca de melhoria de vida. Detém-se em suas falas, em que avultam as contradições de classe social, visto que as condições degradantes de trabalho em que estão inseridos nas atividades fabris entram em conflito com certo ideário enobrecedor do universo laboral. O discurso enaltecedor do trabalho de estrato burguês é assimilado pela classe trabalhadora, mas entra em conflito com a realidade inóspita do cenário laboral, ocasionando um deslocamento do discurso em relação à práxis cotidiana
O CONCEITO DE AUTORIA E A REDAÇÃO DO ENEM: UMA COMPREENSÃO PARA A DIDATIZAÇÃO DO GÊNERO ESCOLAR
No full textEste trabalho tem o objetivo de suscitar discussões sobre os conceitos de autor/autoria, posicionamento e estilo em teorias linguístico-discursivas, relativamente àqueles que subjazem às competências avaliativas da Prova de Redação do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem, Brasil). Para tanto, foi feito o levantamento do estado da arte sobre os termos supracitados e uma articulação teórica com o Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo (ISD). Os resultados levam ao entendimento de que uma articulação teórica da noção de autoria de textos escolares defendida na Análise do Discurso, que vê o sujeito como aquele que age através da linguagem, pode ser reportada à noção de autor e posicionamento enunciativo assumida pelo ISD. O estudo e a didatização dessas noções são fulcrais para o reconhecimento do aluno como sujeito-autor, responsável por seu agir na/pela linguagem
O PROCESSO DE REELABORAÇÃO DO GÊNERO RESENHA ACADÊMICA COLABORATIVA NA PLATAFORMA WIKI
No full textEste artigo objetiva apresentar uma sequência didática elaborada para a apreensão e a escrita colaborativa do gênero resenha e seus resultados. O aporte teórico da pesquisa inclui a escrita colaborativa online no ensino superior (PHILIPSON, 2008; PEJIC-BACH et al., 2016; ARAÚJO, 2019) e o gênero resenha reelaborado (ARAÚJO et al., 2018). Participaram da pesquisa 17 alunos de um curso de graduação em Letras-Inglês de universidade pública. Na plataforma wiki PBworks desenvolveu-se um projeto wiki (curso online) constituído por módulos, e dois deles foram abordados neste trabalho. Os resultados indicam que os alunos tinham noção sobre resenha, mas sentiram dificuldades na identificação dos movimentos retóricos desse gênero. Ademais, a escrita colaborativa revelou movimentos retóricos denominados flutuantes por transitarem por diferentes etapas do processo de escrita. Neste sentido, conclui-se que a resenha se reelabora em função de seu suporte de produção, possibilitando transformações nesse gênero e novas formas de interação
AGENDA AMBIENTAL NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA (A3P): ANÁLISE DA ADERÊNCIA DE UMA AUTARQUIA FEDERAL – RIO DE JANEIRO/RJ
No full textIn public environmental management it is necessary the active performance of agencies, not only in the regulation and supervision, but also in the execution of their own activities. In this sense, governments have been implementing programs and projects to stimulate public managers in practices that encourage socio-environmental responsibility in the sector, such as the Environmental Agenda in Public Administration (A3P), created by the Ministry of Environment. This article presents and discusses the results of a qualitative and quantitative research that assessed the degree of adherence of a federal government agency, located in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, to the axes of the A3P. The study took place at the headquarters of the agency, which consists of two buildings located on the same street, with a total built area of approximately nine thousand square meters, where only administrative activities are performed. A field research was carried out with the organization's sectors, in order to verify the socio-environmental sustainability actions developed by the agency. Data and documents were also requested from managers that could support such verification. A checklist was then developed based on the practices suggested in the A3P reference documents. After applying the list, we obtained an adherence of only 26% to the axes of the A3P, which allows us to conclude that there is a deficiency in the socio-environmental management of the organization, which should encourage more practices that reduce possible impacts that are being caused by its activity.Na gestão ambiental pública é necessária a atuação ativa dos órgãos, não somente na regulação e fiscalização, mas também na execução de suas próprias atividades. Nesse sentido, os governos vêm implantando programas e projetos para estimular os gestores públicos em práticas que incentivem a responsabilidade socioambiental no setor, podendo-se citar, a esse exemplo, a Agenda Ambiental na Administração Pública (A3P), criada pelo Ministério do Meio Ambiente. Este artigo apresenta e discute os resultados de uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa que avaliou o grau de aderência de uma autarquia federal, localizada no Rio de Janeiro/RJ, aos eixos da A3P. O estudo ocorreu na sede do órgão, que consiste em duas edificações localizadas na mesma rua, com área total edificada de aproximadamente de nove mil metros quadrados, onde são executadas somente atividades administrativas. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo junto aos setores da organização, no intuito de verificar as ações de sustentabilidade socioambiental desenvolvidas pela autarquia. Foram solicitados também dados e documentos aos gestores que pudessem subsidiar tal verificação. Foi desenvolvida então uma lista de verificação a partir das práticas sugeridas nos documentos de referência da A3P. Após a aplicação da lista, foi obtida uma aderência de apenas 26% aos eixos da A3P, o que permite concluir que há deficiência na gestão socioambiental da organização, que deve incentivar mais práticas que reduzam possíveis impactos que estão sendo causados pela sua atividade
ANÁLISE PONDERADA DE IMPACTO AMBIENTAL (APOIA-NOVORURAL) EM AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR NO MUNICÍPIO DE MINEIROS-GO
No full textThis research evaluated the environmental performance of family farms of organic horticulture producers linked to the Coopermin Cooperative, in the city of Mineiros-GO. To do this, it implemented the weighted environmental impact assessment system for Novo Rural activities (APOIA-NovoRural) and, in this process, considered the electronic spreadsheets established by Emater-GO for family farming in the Center-West Region. In addition, it carried out a documentary review in the official agencies and databases to obtain information on family farming in the municipality of Mineiros. The three settlements selected for the study are located in the region known as Pinga-Fogo, a context in which a total of 6 properties were studied, two in each settlement. The results showed an acceptable general average, however, they indicated the need for monitoring in some indices, particularly the economic one in terms of the marketing price of organic products and inputs for their cultivation. Therefore, there is a need to adopt strategies in the studied properties related to social, economic and environmental aspects with the aim of strengthening the organic production activity in the settlements.Esta pesquisa avaliou o desempenho ambiental das agriculturas familiares de produtores de horticultura orgânica vinculados à Cooperativa Coopermin, no município de Mineiros-GO. Para isso, implementou o sistema de avaliação ponderada de impacto ambiental de atividades do Novo Rural (APOIA-NovoRural) e, nesse processo, considerou planilhas eletrônicas estabelecidas pela EmaterGO para a agricultura familiar na Região Centro-Oeste. Além disso, realizou revisão documental nas agências e bancos de dados oficiais para obter informações sobre a agricultura familiar no município de Mineiros. Os três assentamentos selecionados para o estudo localizam-se na região conhecida como Pinga-Fogo, contexto em que foram estudadas 6 propriedades no total, duas em cada assentamento. Os resultados demonstraram uma média geral aceitável, entretanto, acusaram a necessidade de acompanhamento em alguns índices, particularmente o econômico no que diz respeito ao preço de comercialização dos produtos orgânicos e dos insumos para seu cultivo. Logo, há a necessidade da adoção de estratégias nas propriedades estudadas relacionadas aos aspectos sociais, econômicos e ambientais com o objetivo de fortalecimento da atividade de produção orgânica nos assentamentos
