Effect of seat cushion materials on dynamic stability in sitting during a forward reaching task
No full textpublisher青森市国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。The objective of this study was to examine the effect of seat cushions on dynamic stability in sitting during a controlled reaching task. Participants were ten young and nine elder men with no physical disability. Four types of seat cushions - an urethane foam, a tempur, a gel type and an air flotation - were tested during a controlled reaching task in frontal direction. When a hip joint angle flexed, the flexion moment of a hip joint was occurred the power of a hip joint. Followed the extension moment of it was absorbed the power of it. And when a hip joint angle extended, the extension moment was occurred the power. Followed the flexion moment was absorbed the power. The energy of a hip joint was significantly decreased when participants reached with cushions. Compared there seat cushions, an urethane form and a tempur were showed a small energy and a gel and an air flotation were large value(p<0.01). In conclusion, seat cushions can significantly decrease the energy of a hip joint during reaching tasks

As first step, the purpose of this study was to select evidence based innovative nursing practice. Research Method was 1. to collect and categorize innovative nursing practice from researcher' s brainstorming and interviewing by expert nurses, 2. to retrieve papers about them, 3. to review papers. Result could selected 19 evidence based innovative nursing practice. These were infection control; 10 items (There is risk of infection to re-cap with naked hand. Shaving skin before operation has risk of infection, etc., ), pressure ulcers control; 5 items, drug exposure; 2 items, sleep promotion care; 1 item, constipation control; 1 item. Almost all of the evidence based innovative nursing practice were based on guidelines by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and Japanese Nursing Association etc.,. This study suggested some subjects about nursing practice research which were to deliver original paper not only report at congress, to describe clear method and result, to promote research that demonstrate effects of nursing care
