Peculiarities of the Project Management Methodology for the Development and Security of Business Processes of IT Business Entities in the Context of European Integration Challenges

Досліджено коло особливих аспектів проектного підходу для безпеки-бізнес процесів та обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження методології проджект-менеджменту для інтеграції бізнес-процесів та безпеки в умовах євроінтеграції та розвитку інформаційних технологій, як ключових факторів успіху сучасного бізнесу. Визначено ключові принципи та інструменти управління проектами з інтеграції бізнес-процесів та безпеки, обґрунтовано практичні рекомендації з методології проєктного управління для розвитку та безпеки ІТ-бізнесу. Сформовано підходи власного бачення особливостей використання проектного підходу розвитку та безпеки бізнес-процесів суб'єктів ІТ-бізнесу в умовах євроінтеграційних викликів. Виконано аналіз наукових публікацій для розуміння нового тренду у зміні підходу до бізнесу, трансформації ринку ІТ-сфери, використання методології проєктного управління, гібридних технологій та технологій штучного інтелекту. В умовах євроінтеграційних викликів та невизначеності обґрунтовано особливості методології проєктного підходу розвитку та безпеки ІТ-бізнесу побудованої на пріоритетах посилення кадрового потенціалу на ключових цінностях сприяння бізнесового та особистого розвитку з використанням гібридних технологій проектного управління. Доведено залежність розвитку ІТ-компаній від попиту на їх послуги/продукти в умовах війни. Зазначено роль бізнес-аналізу поточного стану і бізнес-потреб компанії у стратегії впровадження змін для поєднання процесного та проєктного підходів.The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of using the project management methodology for the development and security of business processes of IT business entities in the context of European integration challenges and uncertainty. The article examines a range of special aspects of the project approach for the security of business processes and substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of researching the project management methodology for the integration of business processes and security in the context of European integration and the development of information technologies, as key factors for the success of modern business. The key principles and tools of project management for the integration of business processes and security are determined, and practical recommendations on the project management methodology for the development and security of IT business are substantiated. The approaches of one's own vision of the features of using the project approach to the development and security of business processes of IT business entities in the conditions of European integration challenges were formed. An analysis of scientific publications was performed to understand the new trend in changing the approach to business, transforming the IT market, using project management methodology, hybrid technologies and artificial intelligence technologies. In the conditions of European integration challenges and uncertainty, the features of the methodology of the project approach to the development and security of IT business, built on the priorities of strengthening human resources on the key values of promoting business and personal development using hybrid project management technologies, were substantiated. The dependence of the development of IT companies on the demand for their services/products in war conditions was proven. The role of business analysis of the current state and business needs of the company in the strategy for implementing changes to combine process and project approaches was indicated

Г.М. Висоцького Державного агентства лісових ресурсів України та Національної академії наук України і спрямованих на поліпшення стану лісів України та посилення їхніх функцій в умовах глобального потепління. Тематика цих досліджень зумовлена постійним зростанням соціально-економічного, екологічного й природоохоронного значення лісів як потужного природного чинника, що стабілізує функціональну організацію природних екосистем, підвищує їхню стійкість до антропогенного впливу, зменшує ризики та пом’якшує негативні наслідки, пов’язані з глобальними змінами клімату та навколишнього середовища.The report presents the current results of fundamental scientific research conducted by specialists of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Forestry and Forest Melioration named aft er G.M. Vysotsky, the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. These works are aimed at improving the condition of Ukraine’s forests and strengthening their functions in the context of global warming. The topic of these studies is due to the constant growth of the socio-economic, ecological and environmental significance of forests as a powerful natural factor that stabilizes the functional organization of natural ecosystems, increases their resistance to anthropogenic impact, reduces risks and mitigates the negative consequences associated with global climate and environmental changes
Hydrogenolysis of glucose in propylene glycol on Cu-Cr₂O₃/Al₂O₃ catalyst
No full textНа сьогодні гідрогеноліз поновлювальних С₆ карбогідратів розглядають як альтернативний спосіб одержання С₂₋₃ поліолів. Досліджено гідрогеноліз 10%-го розчину глюкози у 60%-му метанолі на нанесеному Cu-Cr₂O₃/Al₂O₃ каталізаторі в проточному режимі за температури 180 °С під тиском 4,0 МПа Н₂ за цільовою реакцією С₆Н₁₂О₆ + 4Н₂ = 2С₃Н₈О₂ + 2Н₂О. Показано, що застосування метанольного розчину глюкози дає можливість вдвічі підвищити продуктивність каталізатора за пропіленгліколем — до 1,6 ммоль/(гкат ・ год), порівняно з показником, отриманим у досліді з 10%-м водним розчином глюкози. Це пов’язано з більшою на два порядки розчинністю водню в метанолі, ніж у воді. Також використання глюкозо-метанол-водного розчину дає змогу значно збільшити час стабільної роботи каталізатора — до принаймні 20 год проти 8 год для водних розчинів. Розроблено двостадійний спосіб регенерації відпрацьованого каталізатора шляхом його промивання 60%-м метанолом за температури 120 °С з подальшим відновленням за температури 200 °С.Currently, hydrogenolysis of renewable C6 carbohydrates is considered as an alternative method for obtaining С₂₋₃ polyols. The hydrogenolysis of a 10 % glucose solution in 60 % methanol on supported Cu-Cr₂O₃/Al₂O₃ catalyst in a flow reactor was studied at 180 °C, 4.0 MPa Н₂ according to the target reaction С₆Н₁₂О₆ + 4Н₂ = 2С₃Н₈О₂ + 2Н₂О. It was determined that the use of glucose-methanol solution doubles the propylene glycol productivity to 1.6 mmol/(gcat · h) compared to 10 % aqueous solution of glucose due to two orders of magnitude higher solubility of hydrogen in methanol than in water. Also, the use of glucose-methanol-water solution allows to significantly increase the time of stable operation of the catalyst to at least 20 h compared to 8 h for aqueous solution. A two-step procedure for regeneration of the deactivated catalyst by washing it with 60 % methanol at 120 °C followed by H₂ treatment at 200 °C has been developed

No full textМетою роботи є аналіз джерельної бази дослідження споживчої кооперації України в другій половині 1940-х – 1980-х рр. Методологія базується на загальнонаукових принципах об’єктивності та історизму. Перший – вимагає безсторонності та неупередженості в розгляді фактів і подій незалежно від типології та видів джерел, другий – аналіз предмета з урахуванням плинності часу й детермінації та закономірності історичних процесів. У межах загальнонаукового типологічного методу було упорядковано масив джерел у структурно-логічну схему. Критичний метод ми використовували під час аналізу та інтерпретації архівних неопублікованих та опублікованих документів. Наукова новизна пропонованої роботи полягає в тому, що вперше в історичній літературі виокремлено й всебічно проаналізовано джерельну базу споживчої кооперації Української РСР у другій половині ХХ ст. як окремого явища в суспільно-політичному та соціально-економічному житті.
Висновки засвідчують, що основну групу джерел досліджуваної теми складають архівні не- опубліковані документи, переважна більшість яких жодного разу не використовувалася для історичних досліджень. Окрім того, значна частина опублікованих матеріалів та документів, як-от: статистичні збірники, періодика, навчально-інструкційна література, спогади та промови представників влади за умови критичного аналізу дозволяють усебічно розкрити тему. Органічно доповнюють джерельну базу усні свідчення сучасників епохи. У цілому означена джерельна база є достатньо репрезентативною для повноцінного розкриття місця та ролі споживчої кооперації в суспільно-політичному та соціально-економічному житті УРСР у другій половині 1940-х – 1980-х рр.The purpose of the publication is to analyze the source base for research of consumer cooperatives of Ukraine in the second half of the 1940s – 1980s. Methodology is based on general scientific principles of objectivity and historicism. The first requires neutrality and impartiality in the consideration of facts and events regardless of the typology and types of sources, the second is the analysis of the subject with taking into account the passage of time, and the determination and regularity of historical processes. Within the general scientific typological method, the array of sources was organized into a structural and logical scheme. Critical method we used in the analysis and interpretation of archival unpublished and published documents. The scientific novelty of the proposed work is that for the first time in historical literature, the source base of consumer cooperative of the Ukrainian SSR in the second half of the 20th c. is singled out and comprehensively analyzed as a separate phenomenon in socio-political and socio-economic life.
Conclusions prove that the main group of sources of the researched topic make up archival unpublished documents, the vast majority of which have never been used for historical research. In addition, a significant part of published materials and documents, such as: statistical collections, periodicals, educational and instructional literature, memoirs and speeches of representatives of the authorities under the condition of critical analysis – allow to open the topic comprehensively. Oral testimonies of the era contemporaries organically supplement the source base. In general, the indicated source base is sufficiently representative for the full disclosure of the place and role of the consumer cooperation in the socio-political and socio-economic life of the Ukrainian SSR in the second half of the 1940s – 1980s

Аналіз охоплює період 2019–2024 роки. Зазначено, що, попри знищення об’єктів ВДЕ та втрату загальної генерувальної потужності, сектор демонструє адаптивність і стійке зростання. Досліджено стан та перспективи розвитку сонячної енергетики, розкрито потенціал біоенергетики як складової економіки замкненого циклу та підкреслено стратегічне значення гідро- та ядерної генерації у структурі енергобалансу країни. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності переходу до децентралізованих моделей генерації, підтримки цифровізації енергосистеми (Smart Grid) і формування сприятливого регуляторного середовища. Зроблено висновок про те, що альтернативна енергетика відіграє стратегічну роль у забезпеченні енергетичної безпеки України, її стійкості та європейської інтеграції у післявоєнний період.The article examines the current state, development dynamics, and prospects of Ukraine’s alternative energy sector in the context of full-scale war and ongoing transformation of the energy market. The analysis covers the period from 2019 to 2024. It is noted that despite the destruction of renewable energy facilities and the loss of total generation capacity, the sector demonstrates adaptability and stable growth. The study explores the status and development outlook of solar energy, highlights the potential of bioenergy as an integral element of the circular economy, and underscores the strategic significance of hydropower and nuclear generation within the national energy balance. The paper emphasizes the necessity of transitioning to decentralized generation models, supporting energy system digitalization (Smart Grid), and creating a favorable regulatory environment. The conclusion affirms that alternative energy plays a strategic role in ensuring Ukraine’s energy security, resilience, and post-war integration into the European energy space
Assessment of Synergistic Effects of Human Resource and Technological Innovation Interaction in the Context of Regional Resource Potential Development

Технологічні інновації сприяють підвищенню ефективності використання ресурсів, автоматизації процесів, оптимізації виробничих циклів та екологічно-раціональному управлінню, що забезпечує сталий розвиток регіонів. Дістали подальшого розвитку методичні підходи оцінки синергії взаємодії людських ресурсів та технологічних інновацій, що є складовими ресурсного потенціалу економічної системи будь-якого рівня. Запропонована модель оцінки синергетичних результатів дозволяє кількісно та якісно визначити ефекти синергії на основі аналізу інформаційних потоків і функціональних залежностей, прогнозувати результати взаємодії людських ресурсів та технологічних інновацій, а також приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення щодо розвитку регіону.The article justifies that investments in education and employee qualification improvement directly impact labor productivity growth and the ability to effectively implement innovations. Educated and qualified human capital is a key factor in the rational use of natural resources, the introduction of technological changes, and the formation of an innovative culture. Technological innovations contribute to increasing the efficiency of resource use, process automation, optimization of production cycles, and environmentally rational management, ensuring the sustainable development of regions. Methodological approaches to assessing the synergy of the interaction between human resources and technological innovations, which are components of the resource potential of an economic system at any level, have been further developed. The proposed model for evaluating synergetic results allows for both quantitative and qualitative determination of the synergy effects based on the analysis of information flows and functional dependencies, forecasting the results of the interaction between human resources and technological innovations, as well as making well-founded management decisions for regional development
