Bok (1863-1930), with a dedicatory address by President Calvin Coolidge (1872-1933, President of the United States 1923-1929) and carillon recital performed by Mr. Anton Brees, carillonneur at Mountain Lake Sanctuary.
The writing on the photograph reads:
