DuJardin School built-named for author Rosamond DuJardin
Located at 166 S. Euclid Ave. in Bloomingdale, DuJardin Elementary School opened its doors in 1964. The building is named in honor of Rosamond Neal DuJardin, an accomplished local children's author. Mrs. DuJardin and her family were the previous owners of the land on which DuJardin School stands today
Post Office on Bloomingdale Road
Color photograph of the building that once served as the Post Office for Bloomingdale, Illinois residents from 1962-1987. Located on the northeast corner of Bloomingdale Road and Franklin Street, Bloomingdale residents continued to pick up their mail at the Post Office until 1971 when home delivery was instituted
