Scientific Progress and Interdisciplinarity: a Philosophical-Epistemological Approach
The article analyses the relationship between philosophy and science at the present stage through the prism of interdisciplinarity and scientific progress. Generally, the philosophical meaning of "scientific progress" is considered - the position of T. Sokolova, which caused a comprehensive discussion, is analysed considering the different points of view on this matter. It is shown that, in general, consideration of this problem from the point of view of interdisciplinary interactions and the formation of interdisciplinary new knowledge has heuristic potential. In particular, the philosophical and epistemological "measurement" of scientific progress becomes relevant at this time. The discussions confirm that determining an adequate criterion for scientific progress is one of the main problems when considering the problem in the selected context. Various and different proposals and theses appear. This difference in positions is related to the issue's complexity.Considering the diversity of opinions noted above, the article expresses a unique approach to the problem. In particular, the thesis has been put forward that the philosophical understanding of the concept of "now" can play a significant role in determining the criterion of scientific progress from an interdisciplinary position. The novelty of "now" was studied in synthesising cognitive and practical aspects. It is shown that in the cognitive aspect if each subsequent stage of the formation of interdisciplinary knowledge can simplify the cognitive situation compared to the previous stage (creating a more precise picture), we can talk about scientific progress. At the same time, if the practical application of new interdisciplinary knowledge is assessed as innovation, this means scientific progress. In conclusion, the following thesis is formulated: the criterion of scientific progress can be determined based on a synthesis of the purely cognitive novelty of interdisciplinary knowledge and an assessment of its application in the sociocultural environment as innovative. An interdisciplinary methodology was used to achieve the scientific goal.In particular, such methodological principles as nonlinearity, intersubjectivity, formation and synergy were applied.Complexity simplification and synergistic synthesis were used as a method.Scientific novelty is associated with the thesis that the synthesis of aspects 1) "now" of scientific progress "translates the cognitive situation from complexity to simplicity as a purely cognitive criterion" and 2) "is innovative as a result of its practical application to society as new interdisciplinary knowledge "can be a criterion of scientific progress at the present stage in general
A Sentiment Analysis Approach on the Acceptance of Radio Frequency Identification Technology-Based Solutions among Schools in Nueva Ecija, Philippines
Integrating new technologies in schools improves different processes and increases trust and confidence from various stakeholders. Advancements in education are a 21st-century goal that every learning institution should consider. This study aims to conduct sentiment analysis on the acceptance of Radio Frequency Identification technology-based solutions among the private and public learning institutions in Nueva Ecija, Philippines, that have implemented the technology. School administrators and teachers participated in the study. Sentiments were analyzed using open-ended questions relating to their acceptance of the technology. Based on the analysis, more favourable terms occurred in their responses than negative words, as presented using a word cloud. The researcher thinks that school administrators and teachers of today are more open to technological progress and integrating technologies into education to improve the quality of processes, improve the delivery of instruction, create a safer and more secure learning environment, and encourage the use of new technologies to raise the quality of teaching and learning

Improving Awareness and Clean and Healthy Living Behavior among Students in Preventing Dental Caries
Dental caries is a prevalent oral health problem among school-aged children, highlighting the importance of improving awareness and promoting clean, healthy behaviours to prevent its occurrence. This systematic review aims to synthesize the existing literature on interventions targeting awareness and behaviours related to oral health among students to prevent dental caries. A systematic search was conducted using predefined search terms in major electronic databases, including PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library. Studies published from 2010 to 2022 were included. The selection criteria encompassed studies that evaluated interventions focusing on improving awareness and behaviours related to oral health among students, specifically preventing dental caries. Studies were excluded if they did not meet the inclusion criteria or were unavailable in full text. The initial search yielded a total of 2,500 articles. After removing duplicates and screening based on title and abstract, 35 articles were selected for full-text assessment. Finally, 15 studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the systematic review. The studies covered various interventions, including school-based oral health education programs, community-based interventions, and collaborations with dental professionals. The outcomes assessed in the included studies encompassed changes in students' knowledge, attitudes, behaviours, and dental caries prevalence. The findings of this systematic review suggest that interventions targeting awareness and clean, healthy behaviours among students can effectively contribute to the prevention of dental caries. School-based oral health education programs and community-based interventions emerged as promising strategies to improve knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours related to oral health. Schools, families, and dental professionals collaborate to create supportive environments and ensure access to quality dental care. Further research is warranted to explore these interventions' long-term effects and sustainability in promoting oral health among students

Legal Implications and Regulatory Formulation of Private Sector Bribery as a Corruption Offense in Indonesia
This article explores the qualification of bribery in the private sector as a criminal offence in Indonesia. No specific positive legal regulation can prosecute individuals involved in private-sector corruption, resulting in a legal vacuum. Criminal law must consider realising a just and prosperous society, and the costs of criminalizing such acts (bribery in the private sector) should be balanced with the outcomes to be achieved. Although Indonesia's Law on the Eradication of Corruption (Law No 31 of 1999, as amended by Law No 20 of 2001) lags and is not in line with the United Nations Convention against Corruption, Indonesia should align its national criminal law with UNCAC, particularly Article 21 of UNCAC. By introducing new concepts and formulating provisions regarding bribery in the private sector in the law on the Eradication of Corruption, as well as implementing the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), it is hoped that future cases of bribery in the private sector in Indonesia can be effectively addressed

The Management of Dualism Leadership in Sekolah Nusa Alam a Cooperation Education Unit based School in Lombok, Indonesia
The aim of this research is limited to several factors that might cause “the tragedy of the commons” between a principal and a Kepala Sekolah. These factors are 1) cultural background, 2) differences in leadership models, and 3) differences in organizational behaviour. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a single case study research design. The research was undertaken in one location, Sekolah Nusa Alam in Lombok. Data research techniques and procedures were unobstructed observation, semi-structured interviews, and data-checking processes. Interviews were conducted with six people using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis procedure was carried out by collecting the data, reducing the data, presenting the data, and concluding the data. The research showed that the cultural background, leadership model and organizational behaviour could trigger the ‘tragedy of the commons’ between the principal and Kepala Sekolah in Sekolah Nusa Alam. It is concluded that this happens because there is no or no misunderstanding in terms of communication, the application of leadership models and different organizational behaviours that lead to the misunderstanding in the collaboration between the two that trigger “the tragedy of the commons”
