Methodological Foundations for the Development of a Measurement System for Recording Acoustic Emission Signals during Machining

Розглянуто принципи виникнення акустичної емісії та їх зв’язок із параметрами різання, що дозволяє здійснювати моніторинг стану інструмента та оптимізувати технологічний процес. Експериментальні дослідження підтверджують ефективність використання акустичної емісії для своєчасного виявлення перевантажень і прогнозування зносу, відкриваючи перспективи для впровадження автоматизованих систем контролю процесу механічної обробки металевих матеріалів. The study is aimed at investigating the correlation between AE signals and machining parameters-such as cutting speed, depth, feed rate, and tool condition-in order to optimize the process and predict tool wear. Reliable, real-time monitoring criteria were established to enhance production efficiency and ensure product quality. To achieve these objectives, an experimental setup was designed and implemented, comprising a piezoelectric sensor (with a central frequency of 200–300 kHz and a passband of 100–700 kHz), an amplifier with a gain of 40–60 dB, and a high-speed analog-to-digital converter operating at a minimum sampling rate of 2 MHz. A computer-based data acquisition system was integrated into the measurement complex to perform both spectral and amplitude analyses of AE signals. Experimental tests were performed on cylindrical workpieces machined on a lathe under varying cutting conditions, with continuous AE signal registration and subsequent Fourier transform analysis etc

Метою розробки є програмне забезпечення системи контролю доступу у мережу на основі технології Cisco NAC. Результат роботи – програмна реалізація системи контролю доступу у мережу на основі технології Cisco NAC. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих апаратних та програмних засобів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача. Наведені інструкції по роботі з програмними засобами. Програма може використовуватися на ПЕОМ з ОС Windows 10/11. Програму розроблено в середовищі Python. In this final qualification work for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, software has been developed, which is intended for a network access control system based on Cisco NAC technology. The purpose of the development is software for a network access control system based on Cisco NAC technology. The result of the work is a software implementation of a network access control system based on Cisco NAC technology. In the process of working on the software model, an analysis of existing hardware and software was performed. All components of the developed software are fully described. A convenient user interface has been developed. Instructions for working with software are provided. The program can be used on a PC with Windows 10/11 OS. The program was developed in the Python environment

Full text linkПоказано, що трансформація дисципліни «Безпека життєдіяльності» в системі вищої освіти України в умовах повномасштабної війни стала відповіддю на кризові обставини, переросла у початок глибокої структурної реформи. Така еволюція створює унікальне підґрунтя для подальших досліджень щодо того, яким чином освітня система може ефективно адаптуватися до екстремальних умов, одночасно зберігаючи високу якість навчання, операційну стійкість та психологічне благополуччя всіх учасників освітнього процесу. It is shown that the transformation of the discipline "Life Safety" in the higher education system of Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war became a response to crisis circumstances, and grew into the beginning of a deep structural reform. Such evolution creates a unique basis for further research on how the education system can effectively adapt to extreme conditions, while maintaining high quality of education, operational stability and psychological well-being of all participants in the educational process
