Features of social motivation of adolescents with Autistic Spectrum Disorder : Survey Using the Japanese Version of the Social Motivation Interview
Get PDF 自閉症スペクトラム障害(Autism Spectrum Disorder: 以下，ASD) のある子どもたちの社会的関心は，同世代の定型発達の子どもたちより遅れて出現することがあり，ASD のない子どもたちとの間に社会的スキルや社会的動機に関するギャップが生じやすいと言える。そのため，支援者や保護者などは，ASD のある子どもの困難や行動的側面にばかりに着目してしまいがちで，人間関係の中で生じる内的な側面に目が向かないことも少なくない。本研究では思春期のASD のある子どもの社会的動機づけの特徴とそのアセスメント方法を検討することを目的とし，6 名のASD のある子どもとその家族に対して社会的動機づけインタビュー（SMI）を用いてインタビューを実施した。そして，得られたデータについてテーマティック・アナリシス法による質的分析を行った。分析の結果，18 個のサブカテゴリーと6つのテーマが生成された。これらのサブカテゴリーはASD 特性による側面と，経験により二次的に生じた側面に大別された。ASD のある子どもたちの社会的動機づけの特徴とそのアセスメントの観点を考察した。The social interest of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) may emerge later than their typically developing peers, often resulting in gaps in social skills and motivation between them and their non-ASD children. Consequently, their caregivers and teachers tend to focus predominantly on the difficulties and behavioral aspects of children with ASD, overlooking the internally psychological aspects regarding interpersonal relationships. This study aims to investigate the features of social motivation in adolescents with ASD and methods for assessing it. Interviews were conducted with six children with ASD and their families using the Social Motivation Interview (SMI). Qualitative analysis was performed using thematic analysis, resulting in the generation of eighteen subcategories and six themes. These subcategories were broadly categorized into aspects arising from ASD characteristics and those that emerged secondarily from experiences. The study reflects on the characteristics of social motivation in children with ASD and their assessment perspectives

No full text日本の先住民族であるアイヌ民族の人々への教育は，現在，日本の公教育が行われ，アイヌ民族に対する個別の教育は，1997年からアイヌ政策の下でアイヌ語とアイヌ文化に関する教育が行われている。しかし，先住民族という観点からの教育は，海外で見られるような先住民族教育やアイヌ・スタディーズと呼ばれるような専門の学問や研究分野がまだみられない。本稿は，これからのアイヌの人々の教育を先住民族という立場から考えるために2023年11月に実施したオンライン・シンポジウムからの報告である。その内容は， １ ）アオテアロア/ニュージーランドのオークランド大学の教育者２ 名がマオリの人々の教育事例を紹介し， ２ ）北海道内の３ つの地域のアイヌのパネリスト３ 名によるそれぞれの「場」での教育の現状とその課題についての発表と， ３ ）参加者５ 名によるアイヌの人々のこれからの教育についての「対話」を紹介する。最後に， ４ ）マオリ研究の専門家による日本の先住民族の教育への展望についての言及を示す
Sociological Research on‘ Spectator’ Sport for the Visually Impaired : A Case Study of ESCON Field HOKKAIDO
No full textThe Third Basic Plan for Sport states that “everyone can enjoy the value of sports ‘to play’, ‘to watch’ and ‘to support’, and through the creation of an environment where people can enjoy sports ‘together’ with people in various positions and situations, we will realize an inclusive society centred on sports”. The background to this is that the proportion of disabled people who enjoy watching sports is very low, and in particular the number of blind and visually impaired people watching sports is the lowest. This situation suggests that there is still a lack of consideration of specific ways to support and care for blind (or visually impaired) people with visual impairments, as well as insufficient practice in the field. However, Japanese sports policy has so far concentrated on the expansion and promotion of‘playing’ sports and has considered‘ seeing’ sports.
The authors have therefore conducted a survey to examine the specific aspects of support, consideration and ingenuity required when visually impaired people watch sports in stadiums, etc., in other words, the social conditions that make it possible for visually impaired people to watch sports. The purpose of this paper is to present the results of that survey and analysis
