The fins that characterise the group Cirrata are clearly visible in the image (the group is also characterised by cirri on the arms). Examination of the internal shell of a specimen is required for species identification

Predatory tunicate
A predatory tunicate will capture food from the water column including small crustaceans such as amphipods. See the following paper by Okuyama (2002) for more information:
"Morphological Studies on the Bathyal Ascidian, Megalodicopia hians Oka 1918 (Octacnemidae, Phlebobranchia), with Remarks on Feeding and Tunic Morphology".The seabed at Kitatange-1 was dominated by soft sediment with occasional areas of hard substratum. The rocks supported sessile invertebrate assemblages such as sponges and soft corals and the predatory tunicate shown here. It is likely from the family Octacnemidae
