It is certainly a Beroe and most likely Beroe abyssicola. Beroe IDs are a little tricky as the existing descriptions are less than perfect and there may be less - or different - species than there are names out there

Bathynomus giganteus - Giant Isopod
Feeding on some bait on the seafloor.Bathynomus giganteus (Giant Isopod) feeding on some bait. A specimen obtained in a trap shortly after this video was taken was identified as Bathynomus giganteus/ Milne-Edwards, 1879 (Isopoda,Cirolaridae) common for the Atlantic and reported previously for Venezuela.
It was identified by the muesum in Caracas, Venezuela
