PANEL PARTISI RUANGAN PORTABLE DENGAN SISTEM ENGSEL DETACHABLE
Partition is one of the elements that divides the room into several parts. Many also refer to partitions as "dividers" or "screens". In places such as multipurpose rooms, museums, exhibition halls and events, which usually contain temporarily scheduled events in the room, partitions are often used for various needs either as room dividers, booths or as walls for art works such as paintings. From these activities, selecting the appropriate partition type is very important to support the ease of installation or function of the partition itself. The author tries to explore the design of the partition panel with the incorporation of a hinge system to produce movement and connections that have many uses so that the application of the partition panels can support all the needs of the room and the events held. Apart from the usability point of view, the author also explores the material aspects that will be designed on the panel so that it is lighter than most partitions. With a light weight it will also facilitate the process of dismantling the partition panels

DESAIN ALTERNATIF ALAT PENJEMUR PAKAIAN YANG ADA DI PASARAN
Clothesline tools are used as the right means of placing small and large amounts of laundry clothes. In terms of design developments, it can be said that clothesline has developed and innovated quite fast since the early 2000s. However, in a densely populated city like Jakarta, not all laundry equipment functions as it should. From the research conducted by the author, some respondents who live in several areas in Jakarta such as in the densely populated house, the majority of respondents said that they do not have a large drying space or area and this drying area is not exclusively used for drying clothes but is a versatile and multifunctional area. Such as parking vehicles and storing other household objects. Therefore the span dimension factor when it is in use or how to move the equipment when it is not in use is the main concern. Then Jakarta has a fairly high average temperature, which is in the range of 25-33 degrees Celsius so that not all materials can be used for clotheslines, the materials used must have resistance to weather which has high temperatures. From some of the existing problems, the writer wants to develop several alternative designs of clothes drying tools on the market by updating the system, structure, or aesthetics so that they can function properly

The Impact of the Job Creation Law on the Concept of Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia
Various controversies are present along with the issuance of the omnibus law with its copyright law. The presence of this regulation revokes at least 80 other special laws, one of which is the Limited Liability Company Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The issues raised in this research are the concept and implications of the issuance of the copyright law on the legal arrangements of limited liability companies. This research study uses doctrinal normative research with primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials from literature studies. After the research, the results show that the applied method of this omnibus law is the method of legislation by combining various types of laws in a special law. This gives room to eliminate the various interests of each into just one name of interest. In the drafting process, it has violated the principles of openness and participation and is vague in its legal basis. The implication in the limited liability company law is that it raises provisions regarding the individual company model whose concept is contradictory and provisions that eliminate the minimum capital limit of the company, which is feared to result in the vulnerability of a business continuity.
