    [[abstract]]The main purpose of this study were to explore the relations between the ocean sport’s attraction, service quality and behavioral consequences in Peng-hu. The researcher applied the questionnaire of “the ocean sport’s attraction, service quality and behavioral consequences in Peng-hu “ and I drew 500 visitors as the research samples who participated in ocean sports in Peng-hu during August and September in 2005. The data collected from valid questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The results are as followed: 1. The ocean sports in Peng-hu attracted visitors to a certain degree and the whole service quality is comfortable to them. 2. The relationship between the ocean sport’s attraction and service quality in Peng-hu was positive to a certain degree, and the higher service quality is, the greater ocean sport’s attraction in Peng-hu is. 3. Within each factors of the ocean sport’s attraction and the service quality, “the specialty of designing activity “and “the comfort of the environment “ had the best prediction to the loyalty of behavioral consequences; “advertisement and spread of the main activity” and “personal requirement” explain “better than any other factors. 4. The canonical correlation analysis of the study was the ocean sport’s attraction and service quality in Peng-hu have a high and positive correlation with the loyalty of behavioral consequences; the ocean sport’s attraction in Peng-hu has a moderate and positive correlation with the tendency of complaint of behavioral consequences. Based on the results, we suggest the related organizations should:(1)strengthen the diversity of activity and develop package route of travel;(2)enforce the communication of information and promote the quality of complementary service;(3)integrate the resources and set up conservation area to build the continuous managing mold of ocean sport’s tourism. For further research in the future: incorporate the follow-up issue of ocean sport’s tourism with profound interview and pay equal attention to qualitative research and quantitative research. Extending the subjects to related organization administrators、managers and dealers、local people and foreign tourist etc. and proceeding a comprehensive research.

    Systematics of a Kleptoplastidal Dinoflagellate, Gymnodinium eucyaneum Hu (Dinophyceae), and Its Cryptomonad Endosymbiont

    New specimens of the kleptoplastidal dinoflagellate Gymnodinium eucyaneum Hu were collected in China. We investigated the systematics of the dinoflagellate and the origin of its endosymbiont based on light morphology and phylogenetic analyses using multiple DNA sequences. Cells were dorsoventrally flattened with a sharply acute hypocone and a hemispherical epicone. The confusion between G. eucyaneum and G. acidotum Nygaard still needs to be resolved. We found that the hypocone was conspicuously larger than the epicone in most G. eucyaneum cells, which differed from G. acidotum, but there were a few cells whose hypocone and epicone were of nearly the same size. In addition, there was only one site difference in the partial nuclear LSU rDNA sequences of a sample from Japan given the name G. acidotum and G. eucyaneum in the present study, which suggest that G. eucyaneum may be a synonym of G. acidotum. Spectroscopic analyses and phylogenetic analyses based on nucleomorph SSU rDNA sequences and chloroplast 23 s rDNA sequences suggested that the endosymbiont of G. eucyaneum was derived from Chroomonas (Cryptophyta), and that it was most closely related to C. coerulea Skuja. Moreover, the newly reported kleptoplastidal dinoflagellates G. myriopyrenoides and G. eucyaneum in our study were very similar, and the taxonomy of kleptoplastidal dinoflagellates was discussed.New specimens of the kleptoplastidal dinoflagellate Gymnodinium eucyaneum Hu were collected in China.     Mechanism, kinetics, and pathways of self-sensitized sunlight photodegradation of phenylarsonic compounds

    Being highly water-soluble, phenylarsonic feed additives discharged in animal wastes can easily accumulate in surface water bodies. The photodegradation mechanism, kinetics, and pathways of p-arsanilic acid (p-ASA), 4-hydrophenylarsonic acid (4-HPAA), and phenylarsonic acid (PAA) in water under simulated and natural sunlight irradiation were investigated. The -AsO(OH)(2) group was cleaved from the aromatic ring during photodegradation, and p-benzoquinone and p-hydroquinone were formed as the major organic degradation intermediates. Experimental results did not indicate any significant direct photolysis of the phenylarsonic compounds under simulated and natural sunlight irradiation, but consistently showed that they sensitized the formation of singlet oxygen, which was responsible for their photodegradation and oxidation of the As(III) released. A simple O-1(2)-based "heterogeneous" model was developed, which could well describe the kinetics of O-1(2) formation and phenylarsonic compound photodegradation under various conditions. Indirect photolysis caused by inorganic ions commonly present in natural waters was negligible, while natural organic matter could significantly inhibit their photodegradation. The half-lives of p-ASA, 4-HPAA, and PM photodegradation under simulated sunlight irradiation (765 W m(-2), 25 degrees C) were 11.82 +/- 0.19, 20.06 +/- 0.10, and 135 +/- 6.0 min, respectively, while their degradation rates under natural sunlight in the Pearl River Delta of southern China were 5 times slower due to lower irradiation intensity and water temperatures (19-23 degrees C).     Sorption of chlorophenols on microporous minerals: mechanism and influence of metal cations, solution pH, and humic acid

    Sorption of 2-chlorophenol (2-CP), 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP), and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) on a range of dealuminated zeolites were investigated to understand the mechanism of their sorption on microporous minerals, while the influence of common metal cations, solution pH, and humic acid was also studied. Sorption of chlorophenols was found to increase with the hydrophobicity of the sorbates and that of the microporous minerals, indicating the important role of hydrophobic interactions, while sorption was also stronger in the micropores of narrower sizes because of greater enhancement of the dispersion interactions. The presence of metal cations could enhance chlorophenol sorption due to the additional electrostatic attraction between metal cations exchanged into the mineral micropores and the chlorophenolates, and this effect was apparent on the mineral sorbent with a high density of surface cations (2.62 sites/nm(2)) in its micropores. Under circum-neutral or acidic conditions, neutral chlorophenol molecules adsorbed into the hydrophobic micropores through displacing the "loosely bound" water molecules, while their sorption was negligible under moderately alkaline conditions due to electrostatic repulsion between the negatively charged zeolite framework and anionic chlorophenolates. The influence of humic acid on sorption of chlorophenols on dealuminated Y zeolites suggests that its molecules did not block the micropores but created a secondary sorption sites by forming a "coating layer" on the external surface of the zeolites.     Rapid degradation of p-arsanilic acid with simultaneous arsenic removal from aqueous solution using Fenton process

    Although banned in some developed countries, p-arsanilic acid (p-ASA) is still used widely as a feed additive for swine production in many countries. With little uptake and transformation in animal bodies, nearly all the p-ASA administered to animals is excreted chemically unchanged in animal wastes, which can subsequently release the more toxic inorganic arsenic species upon degradation in the environment. For safe disposal of the animal wastes laden with p-ASA, we proposed a method of leaching the highly water-soluble p-ASA out of the manure first, followed by treatment of the leachate using the Fenton process to achieve fast oxidation of p-ASA and removal of the inorganic arsenic species released (predominantly arsenate) from solution simultaneously. The effects of solution pH, dosages of H2O2 and Fe2+, and the presence of dissolved organic matter (DOM) on the treatment efficiency were systematically investigated. Under the optimum treatment conditions (0.53 mmol L-1 Fe2+, 2.12 mmol L-1 H2O2, and initial pH of 3.0), p-ASA (10 mg-As L-1) could be completely oxidized to As(V) within 30 min in pure water and 4 natural water samples, and at the final pH of 4.0, the residual arsenic levels in solution phase were as low as 1.1 and 20.1-43.4 mu g L-1 in the two types of water matrixes, respectively. The presence of humic acid significantly retarded the oxidation of p-ASA by scavenging HO center dot, and inhibited the As(V) removal through competitive adsorption on ferric hydroxide. Due to the high contents of DOM in the swine manure leachate samples (TOC at similar to 500 mg L-1), much higher dosages of Fez} (10.0 mmol L-1) and H202 (40.0 mmol L-1) and a longer treatment time (120 min) were required to achieve near complete oxidation of p-ASA (98.0%), while maintaining the levels of residual arsenic in the solution at <70.0 mu g L-1. The degradation pathway of p-ASA in the Fenton process was proposed based on the major degradation products detected. Together, the results demonstrate that the Fenton process is promising as an efficient, robust, and low-cost treatment method for controlling the risk of p-ASA in the animal wastes generated at factory farms.     BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Of three first-line anti-tuberculosis (anti-TB) drugs, isoniazid is most commonly associated with hepatotoxicity. Differences in INH-induced toxicity have been attributed to genetic variability at several loci, NAT2, CYP2E1, GSTM1and GSTT1, that code for drug-metabolizing enzymes. This study evaluated whether the polymorphisms in these enzymes were associated with an increased risk of anti-TB drug-induced hepatitis in patients and could potentially be used to identify patients at risk of liver injury. METHODS AND DESIGN: In a cross-sectional study, 2244 tuberculosis patients were assessed two months after the start of treatment. Anti-TB drug-induced liver injury (ATLI) was defined as an ALT, AST or bilirubin value more than twice the upper limit of normal. NAT2, CYP2E1, GSTM1 and GSTT1 genotypes were determined using the PCR/ligase detection reaction assays. RESULTS: 2244 patients were evaluated, there were 89 cases of ATLI, a prevalence of 4% 9 patients (0.4%) had ALT levels more than 5 times the upper limit of normal. The prevalence of ATLI was greater among men than women, and there was a weak association with NAT2*5 genotypes, with ATLI more common among patients with the NAT2*5*CT genotype. The sensitivity of the CT genotype for identifying patients with ATLI was 42% and the positive predictive value 5.9%. CT ATLI was more common among slow acetylators (prevalence ratio 2.0 (95% CI 0.95,4.20) )compared to rapid acetylators. There was no evidence that ATLI was associated with CYP2E1 RsaIc1/c1genotype, CYP2E1 RsaIc1/c2 or c2/c2 genotypes, or GSTM1/GSTT1 null genotypes. CONCLUSIONS: In Xinjiang Uyghur TB patients, liver injury was associated with the genetic variant NAT2*5, however the genetic markers studied are unlikely to be useful for screening patients due to the low sensitivity and low positive predictive values for identifying persons at risk of liver injury

    [[abstract]]英文摘要】 胡承珙、馬瑞辰、陳奐三家《詩經》學詮詩釋例考察 To explore the Hermeneutics of the Shi-Jing interpreting by the Three Masters of Hu Cheng-Gong, Ma Ruei-Chen and Chen Uan 關鍵字: HU CHENG-GONG(胡承珙) Mao-shi-hou-jian MA RUI- CHEN(馬瑞辰) CHEN UAN(陳奐) Hermeneutics(注釋) The Masters of a specified time of Chen-Jia in the Ching Dynasty have the best achievements in the studying of the hermeneutics of words, implements, systems and so on. Although they had initiated the style from the masters of Dai Zhen and Duan Yu-Cai, and had selected some chapters and sentences to analyzing, but there was still to be short of writings which they could get together those fruitful results writings of the forefathers. Therefore the specified time between the Jia-Jing and Dao-Guang of the Ching Dynasty, it showed up the Hermeneutics of the Shi-Jing interpreting by the Three Masters of Hu Cheng-Gong, Ma Ruei-Chen and Chen Uan. They inherit the fruitful results of forefathers. Their achievements are excellent, and their influences are very deep and further. In additions, the friendship among them in discussing the scholarships, make their viewpoints about the Shi-Jing to be very similar. Regarding to those fields that were not well discussed and commented by forefathers, the Three Masters all had penetrating opinions and comments. It is the masterpieces of Hermeneutics of Shi-Jing that generated in the Ching Dynasty, and they are very important writings for the study of the Shi-Jing. Although their contributions to the study of the Shi-Jing are so huge and important, however, the current academic articles scarcely explore or achieve a comparative study among the Three Masters and their Hermeneutics. Thus, my study is going to compare the studies and writings of the Three Masters, hopefully this research project could make a judgement to their contributions to the literature and evaluate the achievements of the scholars of the Ching Dynasty in this field.
