No full textL’attività di impresa ha effetti positivi e negativi sull’ambiente e sul territorio. In questo contesto un
ruolo chiave è giocato dalla responsabilità sociale delle imprese poiché già nella fase di creazione del
valore è possibile generare esternalità positive per la società. Il presente articolo si propone di spiegare
perché oggi i temi dell’impresa, territorio e responsabilità sociale siano così attuali e perché la teoria
degli stakeholders offra una prospettiva interessante, in relazione sia ai principi che propone sia al
processo attraverso cui viene applicata. Attenzione è rivolta al caso del settore della chimica per il quale
la responsabilità sociale è strettamente legata alla dimensione ambientale dello sviluppo sostenibile. Per
raggiungere tale obiettivo, viene brevemente descritto il rapporto tra impresa e territorio e alcuni
elementi di teoria e di prassi legati al fenomeno della responsabilità sociale dell’impresa. L’analisi del

No full textWe consider a spectral stability estimate by Burenkov and Lamberti concerning the variation of the eigenvalues of second order uniformly elliptic operators on variable open sets in the N-dimensional euclidean space, and we prove that it is sharp for any dimension N. This is done by studying the eigenvalue problem for the Dirichlet Laplacian on special open sets inscribed in suitable spherical cones
