Get PDFThis study aims to design and build a GIS-based Tire Repair Workshop Information System Application that can be used for data collection of tire repair workshop locations in Padang Selatan District, a container to make it easier for users to find tire repair workshop locations around Padang Selatan District if a tire leak occurs on a vehicle and can help the economic cycle for tire repair workshop business owners, especially around Padang Selatan District. In making the software in this study, the author uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The final result of this study is a GIS-based application program that is expected to help users obtain information related to the Tire Repair Workshop in Padang Selatan District

The propulsion MV. EGS TIDE driven by main engine 2-stroke. When running, Main engine need a scavenge air as part of combustion. The background of this thesis is the problem in main engine scavenging. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause a reduction of scavenge air in main engine and effort made to prevent reduction of main engine scavenge air The method used by author is Fishbone and Hazop is taking the factors and risk of hazard against an object study. Research result using idemtification problem which appear from a system and optimize with a factor and optimizing with factor human relationship.Fishbone factor accepted of 6 M,thats is Machine from engine or technology, Method is method or process, Material is consumption material. Man power is power or physical, measurement is inspection, milleu is environment The results obtained in research is a factor causing a reduction of scavenge air in main engine is dirty intercooler, dirty scavenge trunk, dirty sea water, and dirty of turbocharger blade. Effort to being made prevent the reduction of scavenge air in main engine is carry out intercooler maintenance, cleaning to the scavenge trunk, cleaning to the sea chest an turbocharge blade

The main engine is fuel ignition method. In the diesel engine fuel is injected into the cylinders contain high pressure air. One part of the main engine is very important is the gas valve exhaust because if there is a problem with the valve exhaust gas, greatly affect the performance of main engine because it is then the need for rapid handling problems that often occur at the valve exhaust is excess working hours valve, the effect of the use of spare parts, maintenance that is not optimal. Given the importance of the function of the exhaust valve, it must be cared for and maintained properly and for the better in the repair or maintenance in this paper author use the method approach, FTA and Fishbone. Where this method is to identify problems or dangers that arise in the operation of the system. FTA and Fishbone can be defined as a system and form of assessment of a design or existing process or operation with a view to identify and evaluate the problems that can be described the causes, consequences and treatment appropriate to bring it closer to the start or to function again and to prevent more going back so that operations run smoothly and efficiently. At the end part of this thesis The author presents conclusions and saran.untuk troubleshoot problems that occur with Fishbone method is the use of spare parts (valve seating) the original, do the planned work schedule, perform system planned work, the replacement valve working hours. With the FTA method is suitable working hours valve replacement, the replacement of spare parts on the exhaust valve, the use of spare parts (valve seating) are original, always perform routine maintenance on the valve, make improvements cooling system.
