(Title: The Code Mix Analysis In Lyrics Of Shinee’s Gentleman By Junji Ishiwatari)
This study aims to analyze the code mix in the lyrics of SHINee’s Gentleman by Junji Ishiwatari which specifically to describe what kind of code mix is contained in the lyrics and to describe how the factors caused the interference of code in the lyrics. The method used in this research is observation and library research. There are 16 forms of code mix contained in the lyrics, namely: 5 insertion of elements of tangible word, 9 insertion of elements of the phrase and 2 insertion elements of tangible clause. The dominant form of code mix is the insertion of phrasal elements. While there are 3 factors that caused the interference of the code in the lyrics, namely: (1) The casuality (informal situation), (2) The author wants to show the learning and/or position and (3) There is no correctly expression in language that had been used. The dominant factor of them is no correctly expression in language that had been used. The customary factor is not found in the lyrics of SHINee’Gentleman by Junji Ishiwatari although songwriters often use English in writing song lyrics

La Atmósfera del Horror: Un Análisis de los Elementos Visuales en Tomie de Junji Ito
INTRODUCTION
New Perspectives on Horror Manga
The primary objective of this study is to analyze Japanese horror comics, known as manga, through the works of Junji Ito, particularly Tomie. This author has become a central figure in the genre, and his work is essential for understanding how horror in manga achieves an impact that goes beyond its graphic elements, utilizing a distinctive visual and narrative style that creates a unique atmosphere and evokes profound emotions in its readers.
The analysis begins with a comparison between sequential horror media, such as happenings, and editorial media like comics, where the resources available are different: while the former include sound, characters in motion, and dynamic storytelling, comics must rely on visual strategies to achieve equally powerful horror effects. This research aims to explore the artistic evolution of Junji Ito and how, through the use and modification of lines and styles, he constructs atmospheres that immerse the reader in his narratives.
Throughout this study, the artistic styles that characterize horror manga will be examined, detailing the visual techniques that intensify the atmosphere, generate tension, and build unsettling narratives. The research seeks to answer a fundamental question: how is it possible to achieve, within editorial media—specifically horror comics—the same atmospheric effect that is present in sequential media?
This analysis of Junji Ito delves into the visual and narrative elements that define his style and have earned him a prominent place in horror manga. The study also considers the direct and indirect consequences of modifications in illustration on atmosphere and story development, highlighting the use of line work, onomatopoeia, and other essential resources for creating visual impact.
This work not only describes the influence of Junji Ito but also aims to serve as a guide for design and art students interested in illustration, providing tools to understand and construct effective atmospheres that instill in audiences a constant desire to explore further. In this sense, understanding Junji Ito’s style and techniques is fundamental for learning how to depict horror and tension within the realm of printed and editorial media.

This project aimed to create a series of works based on two concepts, the German term unheimliche interpreted as weird, sinister or creepy, and a reflection on the work of the author Junji Ito, who has captured in his works fantastic representations of anguish. It also attempts to show how the concept of unheimliche is capable of being found within art, horror works and today's society. Finally, it explores the execution of the oil technique, to find ways to interpret social issues and transform them into surreal scenarios.PregradoLicenciado(a) en Artes Plástica

Chemistry of High Polymers with Net Work Structure
Folry's theory on the molecular weight distribution of three dimensional polymers is reviewed and its relationship with vulcanization of rubber is discussed. The elasticity of rubber is recently described by many workers. After Flory's theory, the elasticity is proportional to α-1/α2 where α is elongation ratio, and number of cress-linkages ν, while Kubo states that the elasticity is proportional to ν4/3, but Flory's opinion is more reasonable. The tensile strength of vulcanized rubber decreases linearly with reciprocal molecular weight of original rubbr, because of the network defect due to terminal chain. The vulcanzation lowers the concentration of terminal chain, but on the other hand has negative effect on account of its hindrance of crystallization on stretching. The theoretical equation for the tensile strength is propcsed, by which the maximum tensile strength is explained. The author discussed the reinforcing effect of filler, i.e. filler fixes rubber on its surface and acts as cross-linkage on stretching. The theoretical equation is introduced by author. Finally, the elastic property of plasticized polyvinyl-chloride is discussed. It is explained as visco-elasticity. Logarithm of elasticity decreases with prasticizer
Junji Ito is a vital artist and author of horror manga, with more and more of his works being published in Brazil and receiving adaptations worldwide. Considering his relevance, this work sought to explore qualitatively and analytically, based on interpretation and bibliographic analysis, the first three stories of volume 1 of the manga, analyzing the embodiments of Tomie, and by combining elements from other stories in the collection we sought to think about the character as an object that both terrifies and causes desire in those who get involved with any of her forms. We discussed the three basic concepts that we could attribute to Tomie's stories – horror, monster, and body horror –, defining the genre of horror by the ideas of Noël Carroll (1999), relying on the entries for "horror" and "monster" by Zanini (2019), in the Dictionary of Unusual Fiction, and we reflected on the studies of Xavier Aldana Reyes (2016) and Peter Hutchings (2008) regarding body horror and the construction of a monstrous body. We seek to understand what kind of monstrous manifestations are in Tomie and how they are articulated soon after her murder, in the short stories that begin the subsequent reappearances. We understand that the character is a vengeful spirit, an expression from Japanese folklore; that she is a metamorphic monster; and that her body materializes both the desire and the contempt for the female body felt by the male figures
Systematic review of Chinese studies of short-term exposure to air pollution and daily mortality
Health effects attributable to air pollution exposure in Chinese population have been least understood. The authors conducted a meta-analysis on 33 time-series and case-crossover studies conducted in China to assess mortality effects of short-term exposure to particulate matter with aerodynamic diameters less than 10 and 2.5 mu m (PM10 and PM2.5), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ozone (O-3) and carbon monoxide (CO). Significant associations between air pollution exposure and increased mortality risks were observed in the pooled estimates for all pollutants of interest. In specific, each 10 mu g/m(3) increase in PM2.5 was askwiated with a 0.38% (95% Confidence Interval, CI: 0.31, 0.45) increase in total mortality, a 0.51% (95% CI: 0.30, 0.73) in respiratory mortality, and a 0.44% (95% CI: 033, 0.54) in cardiovascular mortality. When current annual PM2.5 levels in mega-Chinese cities to be reduced to the WHO Air Quality Guideline (AQG) of 10 mu g/m(3), mortality attributable to short-term exposure to PM2.5 could be reduced by 2.7%, 1.7%, 2.3%, and 62% in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xi'an, respectively. The authors recommend future studies on the nature of air pollution concentration and health effect relationships in Chinese population to support setting stringent air quality standards to improve public health. People's Risk Recognition Preceding Evacuation and Its Role in Demand Modeling and Planning
Evacuation planning and management involves estimating the travel demand in the event that such action is required. This is usually done as a function of people's decision to evacuate, which we show is strongly linked to their risk awareness. We use an empirical data set, which shows tsunami evacuation behavior, to demonstrate that risk recognition is not synonymous with objective risk, but is instead determined by a combination of factors including risk education, information, and sociodemographics, and that it changes dynamically over time. Based on these findings, we formulate an ordered logit model to describe risk recognition combined with a latent class model to describe evacuation choices. Our proposed evacuation choice model along with a risk recognition class can evaluate quantitatively the influence of disaster mitigation measures, risk education, and risk information. The results obtained from the risk recognition model show that risk information has a greater impact in the sense that people recognize their high risk. The results of the evacuation choice model show that people who are unaware of their risk take a longer time to evacuate.Transport and Plannin
