Correspondence to Zhou Yan
On November 2nd, 1996, art critic Fei Dawei sent from his Paris home a fax to Zhou Yan. In his letter, Fei describes his plans for the 22nd and 23rd. which involve four Chinese artists also based in France: Yang Jie-Chang, Huang Yong-Ping, Yan Pei-Ming, and Chen Zhen. The critic also repeatedly mentions a woman named Julia , referring to Julia Brown, an art curator. He tells Zhou that he is planning to meet a Taiwanese artist whom Julia has introduced to him.
