Annotated Semantic Predications from SemMedDB
This data was collected from the Semantic MEDLINE Database (SemMedDb) ver 30, December 2016 release. It contains sentences, subject/object entity information, and predicate information as output by SemRep. It also contains annotations indicating whether each semantic predication is indeed expressed in the sentence. The data was used for the paper "Evaluating Active Learning Methods for Annotating Semantic Predications Extracted from MEDLINE", the associated manuscript is under review.National Center for Complementary & Integrative Health Award (#R01AT009457) (Zhang)Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality Grant (#1R01HS022085) (Melton)National Center for Advancing Translational Science (#U01TR002062) (Liu/Pakhomov/Jiang)Vasilakes, Jake A; Rizvi, Rubina; Zhang, Rui. Dataset for Regular Waves Measured using a Single Photon Avalanche Diode Array
The data file comprise surface elevation data measured by a resistance-type wave gauge ("WG_Measured_Data") and by a SPAD sensor array ("SPAD_Measured_Data") in 12 different wave test cases. In addition,12 videos are included containing the processed surface elevation image and specific pixel histogram ("Video").Please see in the "Data_description.pdf" fil

Tmarus undetermined Simon 1875
Genus Tmarus Simon, 1875 Species of Tmarus can be distinguished from other Thomisidae by the presence of a dorsoposterior tubercle or hump, particularly in females (Fig. 34), as well as an elevated ocular area with well-developed lateral eyes (ALE> PLE). The palp can be identified by its stout or elongated embolus. The epigynum is characterized by either a broad hood or a vertical ridge (Ileperuma Arachchi & Benjamin 2019).Published as part of Zhang, Rui & Zhang, Feng, 2023, Diversity of the genus Tmarus Simon, 1875 from Xiaolong Mountains in western China (Araneae: Thomisidae), pp. 75-93 in Zootaxa 5301 (1) on page 78, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.5301.1.3, http://zenodo.org/record/802782
