    Il caso Krolevsky

    No full text

John Stagliano interviewed by Giovanna Maina and Federico Zecca

Stagliano has proved to be an innovative porn entrepreneur. Created during the 1990s, his studio Evil Angel was definitely ahead of its time, founded on principles including ‘branding’ – conceived as a pact between producer and consumer – which were uncommon in the pornographic industry at the time, offering a ‘guarantee’ of particular kinds of content and standard of quality. Furthermore, the idea of bringing together different directors and producers in order to enact a co-branding strategy has influenced the development of new distribution policies within the adult business. In this interview, we have tried to highlight these aspects, especially focusing on the birth of gonzo, its relation to the adult industry of the 1980s, and Evil Angel’s structure and mode of operation. We interviewed John Stagliano on 17 November 2014 at his workplace in Malibu, Los Angeles, USA

Normal modes for massive spin 1 equation in Robertson-Walker space-time

    No full text
The general scheme of the massive spin-1 equation in curved space-time with associated conserved current is considered. A properly covariant scalar product between solutions of the spin-1 equation is defined in a standard way by means of the conservation of the current. The scheme is specialized to the Robertson-Walker space-time where solutions of the spin-1 equation have been previously determined. There results, in case of flat Robertson-Walker space-time, the automatic ortho-normalization property of the solutions, that therefore represent a set of normal modes

Massive field equations of arbitrary spin in Schwarzschild geometry: Separation induced by spin-(3)/(2) case

    No full text
The separation of variables of the spin-3/2 field equation is performed in detail in the Schwarzschild geometry by means of the Newman Penrose formalism. The separated angular equations coincide with those relative to the Robertson-Walker space-time. The separated radial equations, that are much more entangled, can be reduced to four ordinary differential equations, each in one only radial function. As a consequence of the particular nature of the spin coefficients it is shown, by induction, that the massive field equations can be separated for arbitrary spin

Comoving Einstein-Maxwell equation in the Newman-Penrose formalism

    No full text
The Einstein-Maxwell equations are considered in a spherically symmetric coordinate system with the space-time filled with charged dust matter with pressure. The study is performed in the spinor formalism of Newman and Penrose by requiring matter and charge conservation. Symmetry conditions imply that F12 and J1, J2 are the only non-zero components of the electromagnetic field and current. The scheme is developed in the special case J1 = J2. If pressure is non-zero, the Bianchi and the Einstein Ricci equations together imply that the entire solution results to be time independent. Its explicit form is then determined that depends on three general functions two of which remain arbitrary. If, on the other hand, the dust matter has zero pressure the scheme is no more static. The solution can then be found by solving a generalized Kepler-like equation. The model is exemplified in some particular situations. The presence of a state equation is studied in general and explicitly solved in a special case. In the Robertson-Walker space-time case, the scheme results to be completely determined

Spin 1 mode particle production in models of expanding universe

    No full text
The standard quantization of spin 1 field in flat Robertson-Walker (RW) space-time is considered to evaluate the number of particles created in an expanding universe. The study is based on an improved form of the normal modes, previously determined, of the spin 1 field equation in flat RW space-time. A second system of normal modes is considered that is the time translated of the given one. The corresponding Bogolubov coefficients are calculated and the expectation value of the number of created particles calculated. The results are obtained for a general evolution of the cosmological background. They are ex- emplified for the linear, the exponential and the radiation dominated Standard Cosmology expansion laws. In all cases particle production is non zero. A detailed study is done in all cases for large time. In case of the exponential expansion the number of the created particle remains very small for long time. The creation of particle is possible if the mass of the particle of the field and the Hubble constant satisfy 2m_0 > H, a condition widely satisfied by the experimental data

Spinor field equation of arbitrary spin in Robertson-Walker space-time: solution

    No full text
The study of the field equation of arbitrary spin in Robertson-Walker space time, previously separated by variable separation, is completed. The integration of the separated radial equations is performed in an unified way with respect to the curvature parameter. Through a sequence of transformations on the variable and of the radial function, the radial equation is reported to the Heun’s differential equation. The solution of the Heun’s equation however does fall into the class of known functions such as the hypergeometric, the polynomial, the polynomial-like function, only exceptionally. Moreover the Heun’s differential operator admits of a factorization, a property that would simplify the integration, only for special values of the parameters

Quantum-like interpretation of Dirac wave equation in Robertson-Walker geometry

    No full text
The Dirac wave equation is separated in the Robertson-Walker metric. The resulting radial equation is interpreted as a one dimensional quantum-like equation that is explicitly solved. There results that the energy spectrum, that is determined in the flat, open and closed universe, is independent of the mass of the particle. Moreover it is the same of the massless neutrino case previously studied. In the closed metric case the discrete positive spectrum is asymptotically determined. The separation of the energy levels is however very far from being experimentally tested
