Azmyl Yunor and Zan Azlee join Kam Raslan in this episode of A Bit of Culture to dissect and analyse recent events. Azmyl starts off by sharing his frustrations of yet another music venue being raided by the authorities and then wonders whether we should be allowed to vote for our own mayor. Kam then shares his experience going through Youtube’s most viewed videos and how he does not recognise most of them. He then asks whether he should still try to be in touch with recent trends, or ignore them completely. In the second part of the show, Zan gives his thoughts on the new film classifications that were recently released

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of a feasibility study and economic assessment in Green Building Projects. The benefits of preparation of financial feasibility study enable the client to decide with considerable confidence whether or not the project is feasible and worth pursuing. The completion of the evaluation and the decision to proceed further with the project is a significant milestone in the development. The methodology used is a direct observation that appropriate in this study. Therefore, the research outcome the project proposed in green building is feasible to continue at Lot 5647, Meru Road, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia

The technology of computing and network communication is undergoing rapid development, leading to increasing number of applications and services being available online. As more applications are available online, network traffic becomes a significant problem as high network loads may limit access to users. In this paper, we propose an internet traffic Nonlinear Auto-Regressive Moving Average model (NARMA) prediction model to assist network managers in forecasting internet traffic and planning their resources accordingly. The Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) estimator was used in this paper. The performance of the model were evaluated using Mean Squared Error (MSE), correlation tests, and residual histogram tests with good agreement between the model and actual outputs
