    Now a day’s world is growing globalization which require more interaction among people from the diverse range of backgrounds (Green et al., n.d.). Diversity management is a method which is intended to create and helps to maintain a positive work environment where similarities and differences of people are respected and valued (Patrick and Kumar, 2012). The literature on diversity management has mostly emphasized on organization performance and organizational context of diversity related pressures, expectation, requirements and organizational outcomes in managing employee diversity and related issues (Patrick and Kumar, 2012). Diversity and equality are interconnected to each other; the main objectives of diversity and gender equality is every individual have set of rights, opportunity and fair treatment in the workplace (Diversity Inc, 2016). Moreover, the objective of the author is to highlight the importance of managing diversity and equality in the workplace. Organization capabilities to welcome managing diversity and equality (Sharma, 2016). It describes the benefits of learning policies and procedures which will ensure that an organization is optimizing the best learning capacity in the workplace (Moss, 2010). Whereas, working in diverse group or team help in achieving the goals and objectives of the workplace. The diverse workforce provide organization with competitive advantage and enhance organizational adaptability to accept change in the organization (Zanoni et al., 2010). Diversity and gender equality which define as giving equal rights to all men and women who shares the same workplace. The working style of men and women are different, but they can come with different innovative ideas and perspective at a same point. To implementing diversity; organization has faced many challenges which should be overcome to implement effective diversity in the workplace. Diversity can be improving employee performance and organization effectiveness. However, it is difficult to manage diverse work population which involves recognizing the value of differences, promote inclusiveness and battling with discrimination (Green et al., n.d.). And the challenges faced by women in the workplace. The study concludes that successful managing diversity can leads to better satisfied, more committed and better performance of the organization and would be helpful for producing an effective output (Patrick and Kumar, 2012). The study is focusing on the questions why and how a managing diversity and equality can improve the performance of any workplace. What could be the potential benefits of managing diversity in any workplace. What are challenges faced by women in the workplace.     The positive role of women in economic development cannot be understated; those that are educated and properly empowered can act as catalysts in the development process. This book is about how to empower women so that they can become independent and self-sustaining actors in development. The conventional wisdom is that womens’ empowerment depends on following a simple strategy—alleviate poverty by spending large amounts of money. Having followed this strategy in the past the author feels that it has been far from successful. Monetary inputs by itself is not a sufficient condition to assist women in improving their status. The author puts forward an alternate view that the reasons why women are disadvantaged in India, despite fifty years of development, is due to their ignorance, powerlessness and vulnerability. This is particularly so for those women who belong to the Scheduled Castes (Harijans) and Scheduled Tribes (Girijans or “mountain people”)

    Author(s) Pre or Post Print Version OnlySacral neuromodulation (SNM) offers promise in the therapy of many pelvic floor disorders. This innovative treatment has slowly gained popularity. A review of recent literature is presented in relation to its efficacy and complications in various pelvic floor conditions: overactive bladder and urge urinary incontinence, chronic urinary retention, painful bladder syndrome, pelvic pain and double incontinence. It is a minimally invasive, completely reversible safe procedure with good long-term outcomes. However, the treatment is costly, the revision rate is high and patients require life-long follow-up. SNM should always be considered in suitable patients before offering bladder augmentation procedures or urinary diversion or permanent catheterization for bladder dysfunction. SNM should also be considered in patients with double incontinence, after discussion in a urogynaecology/colorectal multidisciplinary team

    Hepatoblastoma in a patient with Goldenhar Syndrome

    Goldenhar Syndrome (GS), also known as oculo-auricular vertebral syndrome, is a congenital defect that occurs in 1 of 5,000 births characterized by the underdevelopment of the ears, soft palate, lip, and mandible due to an anomaly of the first and second branchial arches. Hepatoblastoma is the most common primary liver tumor in the pediatric population. However, it is still considered a rare malignancy because liver cancers only account for 1% of childhood cancers. Most children with hepatoblastoma are asymptomatic, however we describe a 2-year-old girl with Goldenhar Syndrome diagnosed with hepatoblastoma after experiencing abdominal pain and constipation. Findings from the case can further support the argument for an association between Goldenhar Syndrome and hepatoblastoma

    Assessing the attitude and problem-based learning in mathematics through PLS-SEM modeling.

    Mathematics plays a leading part in day-to-day life and has enhanced a necessary component for human accomplishments. Students from many countries do not reach the expected level in mathematics. Therefore, it is essential to pay close consideration to the causes related to ability in mathematics. Mathematics attitude is considered as one of the critical variables in the process of mathematics learning. This study aimed to determine students' attitudes and achievements through problem-based learning in mathematics. The selected study group contained 600 students and 35 teachers from rural public secondary schools in District Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The data collection was done using questionnaires from students and teachers and collected data analyzed by SPSS 23 and Amos 23. This study's result was carried out using Partial Least square structural equation Model (PLS-SEM), descriptive analysis, and hypotheses testing. The outcomes in this study indicated that the mean fluctuated between 1 to 4.5, 3.71 to 4.20, and Std. Deviation fluctuated between 0.6 to 2.0 and 0.75 to 1.55 in the students and teacher models, respectively. The results of the PLS-SEM students' model show a negative attitude towards mathematics. The teachers' PLS-SEM model showed the Effects of using problem-based learning (PBL) on students' achievements. According to the hypotheses testing, the acceptance of hypotheses by stating that the Confidence in Learning Mathematics Scale (C), Value of Mathematics Scale (V), and Student Mathematics Motivation Scale (M) are significant effects for the Students' Attitude Toward Problem-Based Learning (ATPBL). But the Attitude Toward Enjoyment in Mathematics Scale (AE) was rejected, and it did not significantly affect the ATPBL. As well as, the Problem-solving learning and students' achievement (PLA), Advantages of problem-solving learning (APL) and Difficulties in using problem-solving learning (DPL) have a significant positive effect on the ATPBL. Finally, this study suggested that teachers also adopt new teaching methods corresponding to mathematics, and there is a need to explore particular mathematics skills to enhance students' learning abilities

So leads to the economic development, Financing in Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) have become a major focus of the commercial banks. Realizing the leading concept, Dhaka Bank Limited has stepped into the field by extending finance to this sector. This report is focused on the investments in SME industry of DBL and the potentiality of the sectors. Considering this, there will be a discussion on different sectors of SME industry, segments of target customers, lending process of DBL, and current loan disbursement status of DBL. The report will be started with a short introduction, objective, methodology and limitations. Then the report will state organizational overview containing history, vision, mission, strategy, hierarchy, and performance of DBL. After that different division activities will be discussed including their products and services and the jobs done by author. In next chapter the report will focus on the general view of SME Financing, loan facilities provided by the bank and customer segments.     Perceptions of Special Education Teachers on the Internal Efficacy of Their Institutions: A Comparative Study

    Special education institutions are providing services to meet the unique needs of special students. Internal efficacy of any institution determines its effectiveness in terms of its outcomes. The current study was designed to explore the internal efficacy of special education institutions. The population of the study comprised of teachers teaching in the special education institution of the Lahore city. Sample of the study consisted of 200 teachers randomly selected from public and private sector special education institutions, currently performing their duties in the Lahore city. The study was quantitative in its nature conducting with descriptive research design. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect the data from the teachers after getting permission from its author. Initially, the questionnaire was piloted on a small number of participants to ensure its reliability. That was confirmed through Cronbach alpha (.750). After ensuring ethical considerations, researchers collected data by themselves from the teachers. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Results of independent sample t-test show the statistically significant difference between the public and private sector institutions’ internal efficacy. The internal efficacy of public sector special education institutions was better as compared to private sector special education institutions. Majority of the special education teachers serving in public sector institutes ranked the institutional communication, working environment, quality of education and professional support as major determined of internal efficacy of their institutions. The study has recommended that the private sector special education institutions need to enhance their internal efficacy
