In this case report we describe hypertensive crisis after Renal Denervation (RDN) in A 65-year old woman. A Renal Doppler ultrasound (RDU) demonstrated the presence of pre-occlusive bilateral renal artery stenosis (RAS). After ten days, we performed a bilateral percutaneous renal angiography, by a catheterization via humeral artery that confirmed bilateral RAS. The right renal artery was treated with angioplasty and drug eluting stent placement, while the left was treated with angioplasty and graft-stenting
