Phonon-assisted energy transfer in Er-exchanged LiNbO3
No full textRaman microprobe spectroscopy measurements show, that in contrast to Er-idiffusion, Er-exchange proc- ess leads to significant change of the lattice vibration spectrum of LiNbO3. Therefore, our data allow to assume that the drastic suppression of parasitic upconversion in the Er-exchanged LiNbO3 are caused by multiphonon nonradiative decay of the 2(4F9/2) state, providing fast nonradiative energy transfer to the 4G11/2 and (4F7/2+4I13/2) states

First principles and angle resolved photoemission study of lithium doped metallic black phosphorous
No full textFirst principles calculations demonstrate the metallization of phosphorene by means of Li doping
filling the unoccupied antibonding pz states. The electron–phonon coupling in the metallic phase is
strong enough to eventually lead to a superconducting phase at Tc= 17 K for LiP8 stoichiometry.
Using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy we confirm that the surface of black phosphorus
can be chemically functionalized using Li atoms which donate their 2s electron to the conduction
band. The combined theoretical and experimental study demonstrates the semiconductor-metal
transition indicating a feasible way to induce a superconducting phase in phosphorene and few-layer
black phosphorus

No full textThis dataset describes two 17 m long sediment cores taken from beneath two thermokarst lakes in the Yukechi Alas, Central Yakutia, Russia. The first core was taken from below an Alas thermokarst lake (YU-L7; 61.76397°N, 130.46442°E) and the second core below and Yedoma lake (YU-L15; 61.76086°N, 130.47466°E).
The dataset presents the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) content from sediment cores YU-L7 and YU-L15. The DOC was measured as non-purgeable organic carbon fraction and is expressed in mg/L

No full textDer vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die Entwicklungsmoeglichkeiten der Region Kaliningrad Ende der 90er Jahre des 20. Jahrhunderts. Grundlage dafuer ist die Publikation 'Kaliningrad Alternatives' von Fedorov, G./Zverev, Yu aus dem Jahr 1995, in der die Moeglichkeiten der Region beschrieben wurden, eine Bruecke zwischen Ost und West zu bilden und so die oekonomische Entwicklung voranzutreiben. Das Konzept der Entwicklung sollte dabei auf einer Regionalstrategie basieren, die den Ausgleich von staatlichen, regionalen und internationalen Interessen beinhaltete. Schwerpunkt dabei war die Schaffung einer wirtschaftlichen Spezialzone. Der Autor geht der Frage nach, was daraus geworden ist und wieso bis heute keine Entwicklungsstrategie vorhanden ist. Zuvor wird auf die Entwicklung der Region seit 1990 eingegangen. The Category of Space in a Literary Text
No full textThe article considers the category of space in philosophy, in the works of linguists (L. N. Fedoseeva, L. G. Babenko, Yu. V. Kazarin, etc.) and literary critics (M. M. Bakhtin, Yu. M. Lotman, F. P. Fedorov, etc.). Scientific approaches to the study of space as a text-forming category in an artistic text are analyzed. The article also highlights the typological classifications of the artistic space according to the genre features of the text and the main language means of expression of these categories.Рассмотрена категория пространства в философии и трудах лингвистов (Л. Н. Федосеева, Л. Г. Бабенко, Ю. В. Казарина) и литературоведов (М. М. Бахтина, Ю. М. Лотмана, Ф. П. Федорова). Проанализированы научные подходы к изучению пространства как текстообразующей категории в художественном тексте, выделены типологические классификации художественного пространства по жанровым признакам текста и основные языковые средства выражения этой категорий
