YKS SONUÇLARINA GÖRE KİMYA TEST SONUÇLARININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ
No full textYükseköğretime giriş sınavları farklı bağlamlarda araştırma konusu yapılmıştır. Kimya testi bağlamında yapılan araştırmalarda sınavlar çeşitli değişkenler açısından analiz edilmiştir. Ancak 2018 yılından itibaren uygulanan Yükseköğretim Kurumları Sınavı (YKS) yalnızca ÖSYM değerlendirme raporlarında bazı özellikler açısından incelenmiştir. Literatürde YKS sonuçlarının dağılımına, değişimine ve homojenliğine ilişkin çalışmalara rastlanılmamıştır. Bu eksiklik öğrencilerin başarısının değerlendirilmesi ve aynı zamanda sınavların ölçme ve değerlendirme özelliği açısından önemlidir. Bu düşünceden hareketle bu çalışmanın başlıca amacı YKS sonuçlarına göre kimya test sonuçlarının karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmanın kapsamını 2018, 2019 ve 2020 YKS Temel Yeterlik Testi (TYT) ve Alan Yeterlik Testi (AYT) oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın verileri ÖSYM’nin raporlarından alınmıştır. Çalışmada merkezsel eğilim ve dağılım ölçüleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre TYT ve AYT testlerinin doğru cevap sayısı ve ortalama güçlük düzeyinin değişim katsayısı yüksek bulunmuştur. TYT kimya testinin ortalama güçlük düzeyi YKS dönemleri itibariyle benzer görülmüştür. Ancak AYT fizik ve kimya testlerinin ortalama güçlük düzeyi diğer testlere göre düşük bulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte TYT ve AYT testlerinin ham puan ortalamalarının dağılımının homojen olmadığı saptanmıştır.The university entrance exams were made thesubject of research in the various concepts. In studies that were made in thecontext of chemistry test the entrance exams were analyzed in terms ofdifferent variables. Since 2018 applied the Higher Education InstitutionsExamination (YKS) was investigated only in the way of some characteristic in theevaluation reports of the Student Selection and Placement System. In theliterature that investigated the results of YKS based on the distribution,variance, and homogeneity studies were not found. This deficiency in terms ofevaluation success of the students and beside function of the measurement andevaluation of exams is important. Main purpose of the study according to theYKS results of the chemistry test is evaluated comparatively. Scopeof the study was consisted of the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Basic Proficiency Test(TYT) and Field Qualification Tests (AYT). Data of the study were taken fromthe reports of the Student Selection and Placement System. In this studymeasures of central tendency and distribution were used. According to theresult of the study coefficient of variation of the number of the correctanswer and average difficulty level of the TYT and AYT is high. TYT averagedifficulty level of the chemistry test by YKS dates is similar. But averagedifficulty level of AYT physics and chemistry tests is lower from the othertests. However, the distribution of the mean of raw score of the TYT and AYTtests is not homogeny.</p
