A Historical Study on the Formation Process of Sozo Kurahashi's Educational Theory Using the Early Childhood Education Practice Record: of the Educational Induction Theory as a Clue
No full text倉橋惣三の「誘導保育論」は、『幼児教育の新目標』『保育入門』で構築されたと言われているが、本稿では、『保育入門』において「誘導保育論」の萌芽を確認し、『保育入門』『幼児教育の特色』において誘導保育の概要と保育者の役割が明確になったことを明らかにした。倉橋が研究拠点とした幼稚園の実践記録の内、成立過程の実践６例（明治後期から昭和初期）を選定し、誘導保育の特徴を抽出した。「誘導保育論」の具現化に際し、「幼児の自発性を尊重すること」と「幼児の相互的生活を適当に誘導して行くこと」を保育者に求めていたことが明らかになった。
「誘導保育論」の成立を辿る過程で、“協同的な活動”（幼稚園教育要領、保育所保育指針、認定こども園教育・保育要領に記載されている）との共通性を確認し、実践への示唆も得た。「誘導保育論」の史的考察から今日的意義が明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape
A Historical Study on the Acceptance of Gifts in the Founding Period of Kindergartens in Japan
No full textフレーベルが製作したGabeと構想したoccupationが日本の幼稚園草創期にどのように紹介されたかを辿り、受容の経緯を明らかにした。日本最初の幼稚園初代監事、関信三が『幼稚園創立法』の中で推薦したTHE PARADAISE OF CHILDHOOD（1869）とThe Child,Its Nature and Relations；an Elucidation ofFroebel's Principles of Education（1872）、加えて桑田親五と関信三の翻訳本を取り上げ、Gabeとoccupationの紹介内容と遊び方の図に注目して受容の一端を捉えた。THE PARADAISE OF CHILDHOODには1,397枚の図のうち、1,066枚はoccupationに関する紹介図であった。翻訳本からもoccupationの活動を展開するために多くの提案がされていたことも明らかになった。occupationへの取組によって、並べる、折る、畳む、切る、編む、組む、描く等の技術を培うことができ、作品を残して鑑賞することもできる。そうした利点は、幼稚園の普及発展をめざす関係者がその存在を広報する上で有効に働いたと考察した。departmental bulletin pape

No full text本研究は、早期離職を防ぐために、初任保育者の支援方法に示唆を得ようとするもので、初任保育者が理解・習得する職務の実情を明らかにし、その間の心境を把握することを目的としている。
前半期を対象とする調査はすでに発表しており、本研究は後半期を研究対象期間として、後半期で理解・習得する職務内容にはどんなことがあるのか、いつ、どのように理解・習得しているのかを明らかにし、後半期の月毎の心境を捉えた。９月、10月は理解・習得することや初めて任される職務が増えていた。また、年度末の３月には新年度の準備が始まり、新たな負荷がかかる実情が明らかになった。月毎に新たな職務内容に直面する状況が続く中で、同僚との良好な関係性や同僚からの承認が気持ちの安定と自信をもたらしていること、保護者からの承認や成長した子どもの姿が保育の面白さや楽しさの実感をもたらしている実態を確認できた。departmental bulletin pape

A 22-year-old healthy male came to the community pharmacy, although he was not in a diseased state, he had been informed previously that he had a moderately high BP during a routine examination. He continued home BP telemonitoring for 28 days. A pharmacist intervention was conducted at 2 week intervals. His average nighttime systolic BP was higher than the daytime systolic BP. The pharmacist consulted a doctor based on the BP telemonitoring results, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) was initiated. The doctor detected nocturnal hypertension based on the results of ABPM monitoring. BP telemonitoring systems have been introduced into a small percentage of pharmacies in Japan, and this is the first case report for the usefulness of these systems in a community pharmacy.
