Get PDFIntroduction. The field of Internet services is one of the most dynamically developing in our country. A key indicator of the effectiveness of vocational training institutions where young people study in IT specialties is the profile employment of graduates, to what extent their competencies contribute to getting a job or require additional training.Purpose setting. The article examines those niches of the labor market in the field of Internet services, where the competencies of graduates of the vocational school would be most in demand.Methodology and methods of the study. The list of promising niches of the labor market in the field of Internet services is formed on the basis of commercial education proposals published on the Internet and supplemented with generalized salary proposals from employers. The salary level, which acts as a means of assessing the demand for a specialty, is indicated in the following values: minimum, maximum, average and median.Results. Two groups of IT specialties have been identified that meet the above requirements: those with a low entry threshold, where the basic competencies obtained in vocational training institutions are sufficient for primary employment, and those requiring specific knowledge and skills that can be obtained with additional education.Conclusion. Despite the capacity and dynamism of the Internet services sector in our country, graduates of the vocational school are limited in terms of employment in profile IT specializations, since their basic knowledge and skills only to a small extent meet the requirements of the market. They can compete for jobs with a low entry threshold and, accordingly, low wages. But they can also improve their position in the labor market through additional education.Введение. Область интернет-услуг – одна из наиболее динамично развивающихся в нашей стране. Ключевым показателем эффективности учреждений СПО, где обучаются молодые люди по IT-специальностям, является профильное трудоустройство выпускников; то, насколько их компетенции способствуют получению работы или же требуют дополнительного обучения. Постановка задачи. В статье изучаются ниши рынка труда в сфере интернет-услуг, где компетенции выпускников СПО оказывались бы востребованы в наибольшей степени.Методика и методология исследования. Список перспективных ниш рынка труда в сфере интернет-услуг сформирован на основе предложений коммерческого образования, публикуемых в интернете, и дополнен обобщенными предложениями работодателей по зарплате. Уровень заработной платы, выступающий средством оценки востребованности специальности, указан в следующих значениях: минимальный, максимальный, средний и медианный.Результаты. Выявлены две группы IT-специальностей, отвечающих вышеперечисленным требованиям: с низким порогом входа, где базовых компетенций, полученных в учреждениях СПО, достаточно для первичного трудоустройства, и требующих специфических знаний и навыков, которые могут быть получены при дополнительном образовании.Выводы. Несмотря на емкость и динамичность сферы интернет-услуг в нашей стране, выпускники СПО ограничены в плане трудоустройства по профильным IT-специальностям, так как их базовые знания и навыки в малой степени соответствуют требованиям рынка. Они могут конкурентно претендовать на рабочие места с низким порогом входа и, соответственно, низкой заработной платой. Но они также могут улучшить свои позиции на рынке труда путем получения дополнительного образования

The situation on the labor market of IT specialists in Russia after 02.24.2022 was characterized by a sharp decrease in supply from employers and growth in the number of trainees in information and computer technology specialties. At the same time, salaries in the IT sector for most specialties decreased or slightly increased in comparison with inflation for the same period.Purpose setting. In the article on the basis of analytics of vacancies and salaries in the field of IT sphere the possibilities of occupation of positions in the field of software product development, their maintenance and IT processes management by graduates in the specialties of information and computer technologies are studied.Methodology and methods of the study. The median values of salaries in vacancies in various IT specialties are analyzed and compared with the current salaries of workers in the information sphere.Results. The tendencies of changes in salaries in IT sphere in comparison with employers» vacancies are revealed. The comparison of salaries in vacancies for graduates of universities and vocational training institutions and in offers for specialists with work experience is made.Conclusion. The most in-demand positions in the IT sphere for graduates of universities and vocational training institutions in the specialties of information and computer technologies have been identified.Введение. Ситуация на рынке труда IT-специалистов, сложившаяся в России после 24.02.2022, характеризовалась резким уменьшением предложения со стороны работодателей и ростом количества обучающихся специальностям информационно-компьютерных технологий. При этом заработные платы в IT-секторе по большинству специальностей уменьшились либо незначительно увеличились в сравнении с инфляцией за тот же период.Постановка задачи. В статье на основе аналитики вакансий и зарплат в области IT-сферы изучаются возможности занятия выпускниками по специальностям информационно-компьютерных технологий позиций в области разработки программных продуктов, их сопровождения и управления IT-процессами.Методика и методология исследования. Анализируются медианные значения заработных плат в вакансиях по различным IT-специальностям, производится их сравнение с текущими заработками работников в информационной сфере.Результаты. Выявлены тенденции изменений заработных плат в IT-сфере в сравнении с вакансиями работодателей. Произведено сравнение заработных плат в вакансиях для выпускников вузов и учреждений СПО и в предложениях для специалистов с опытом работы.Выводы. Выявлены наиболее востребованные позиции в IT-сфере для выпускников вузов и учреждений СПО по специальностям информационно-компьютерных технологий
