En el presente trabajo, se propone una topología modificada de la celda de cargas simétricas para la aplicaci6n a osciladores de anillo de un número reducido de etapas, mediante la Inserci6n de redes locales de retroalimentación que permiten modificar las condiciones de estabilidad de la celda. Se lleva a cabo la descripción de tópicos para el análisis de sistemas retroalimentados, estabilidad y ruido; describiendo el funcionamiento del estándar DVB-H y finalmente se presentan los resultados obtenidos de la construcción de un oscilador de 2 y 3 etapas, los cuales son caracterizados en términos de ruido, curva de transferencia y consumo de potencia; en simulaciones previas y posteriores a la construcción del patrón geométrico; el cual fue construido en tecnología AMIS 035
Orbit design for future SpaceChip swarm missions in a planetary atmosphere
The effect of solar radiation pressure and atmospheric drag on the orbital dynamics of satellites-on-a-chip (SpaceChips) is exploited to design equatorial long-lived orbits about the oblate Earth. The orbit energy gain due to asymmetric solar radiation pressure, considering the Earth's shadow, is used to balance the energy loss due to atmospheric drag. Future missions for a swarm of SpaceChips are proposed, where a number of small devices are released from a conventional spacecraft to perform spatially distributed measurements of the conditions in the ionosphere and exosphere. It is shown that the orbit lifetime can be extended and indeed selected through solar radiation pressure and the end-of-life re-entry of the swarm can be ensured, by exploiting atmospheric drag

Kirsten Hasberg talks to Dominic Boyer, anthropologist and author of Energopolitics: Wind and Power in the Anthroprocene, and to Colin Koopman, philosopher and author of How We Became our Data: A Genealogy of the Informational Person. Their books published in mid-2019 put forward novel conceptualizations of Foucauldian biopower, which they term infopower and energopower, respectively.
