Se distingue a Toumani Diabaté interpretando Canteloxes y Kaira; luego Avishai Cohen y el Roots Project ofrecen dos temas tradicionales; a continuación Huong Thanh y su trío Asian Color presentan una obra tradicional vietnamita, y el músico turco Hasan Yarimdünia ofrece a su vez tres piezas tradicionales de su país. A continuación se presenta una obra del conjunto peruano Serenata de los Andes titulada Princesita Huanca. No full textEste trabajo nace de la inquietud de encontrar la sonoridad empleada por los músicos que conforman la agrupación de Avishai Cohen. En su parte inicial desarrolla una caracterización del estilo y recursos mas relevantes del pensamiento y la singular manera de la interpretación y aporte del compositor y contrabajista Avishai Cohen, cuya tendencia se enmarca dentro del lenguaje contemporáneo del jazz. Se tomó como base el tema Chutzpan ya que este posibilita el desarrollo y adquisición de valiosas herramientas compositivas e interpretativas que condensan los aportes más relevantes de este género.
Se realizó un análisis morfológico exhaustivo, haciendo énfasis en los Groove que realiza el baterista Mark Guiliana para el acompañamiento de los temas que conforman el disco Gently Disturbed, explicitando las diferentes polimetrías y asimetrías características de la música de este compositor. Como resultante de esta primera parte, se elaboraron diferentes propuestas de apropiación e implementación de bases rítmicas, formación de acompañamientos y desarrollo de los Grooves en la batería que posibilitan la comprensión e interpretación de estos nuevos recursos. Por lo tanto, este trabajo se propone como una guía de ejercicios direccionada a los bateristas y percusionistas en general, donde encontraran contrastadas formas de alternancia, timbres y sonoridades que dentro de los usos comunes se valoran como nuevas y creativas.The following work begins with the aim of finding the Avishai Cohen music ensemble’s sonority. In its initial part, this work develops a characterization of the most relevant style and resources of thought and the unique way of the interpretation and contribution of the composer and the double bass player Avishai Cohen, whose tendency is part of the contemporary language of jazz. The Chutzpan theme was chosen as the basis, because this enables the development and acquisition of valuable compositional and interpretative tools that condense the most relevant contributions of this genre.
An exhaustive morphological analysis was carried out, emphasizing the Groove by the drummer Mark Guiliana for the accompaniment of the themes that constitute the disc Gently Disturbed, focusing on different polymetries and asymmetries characteristic of this composer's music. As a result of this first part, different proposals of appropriation and implementation of rhythmic bases were elaborated, creation of accompaniments and development of the Grooves in the battery that make possible the comprehension and interpretation of these new resources. Therefore, this work is proposed as an exercise guide aimed at drummers and percussionists in general, where they will find contrasted forms of alternation, timbres and sonorities that within common uses are valued as new and creative.N

No full textNoam Kogan y Yuval Shavitt z Avishai Wool x Abstract We present an anti-pirate revocation scheme for broadcast encryption systems (e.g., pay TV), in which the data is encrypted to ensure payment by users. In the systems we consider, decryption of keys is done on smartcards, and key management is done in-band. Our starting point is recent scheme of Naor and Pinkas. The basic scheme uses secret sharing to remove up to t parties, is information theoretic secure against coalitions of size t, and is capable of creating a new group key. However, with current smartcard technology, this scheme is only feasible for small system parameters, allowing up to about 100 pirates to be revoked before all the smartcards need to be replaced
