Sichuan Province, Meigu County, Lama Town, Mountain Huangmaogeng of Daliangshan, 103°6′51.7″E, 28°8′11.2″, 1480 m a.s.l, 23 Jul 2022, Da-Jun Xie SCMG01 (fl.) (holotype <b>SCFI!</b>, isotypes <b>ZY!</b>) and 9 Sep 2023, Da-Jun Xie SCMG02 (fr.) (paratype <b>SCFI!, ZY!</b>)</p> <p> <b>Diagnosis:</b> Similar to <i>T. sinensis</i> in having white flowers, terminal or axillary cymes, a four-loculed ovary with two ovules per locule, and a four-valvate capsule; differs from the latter by many traits and the key differences are the herb-like habit, toothed leaf margin, subulate stipules with decurrent appendages, and seeds without a membranous wing.     Spatiotemporal variations of internal P-loading and the related mechanisms in the large shallow Lake Chaohu

    Spatiotemporal variations of P species and adsorption behavior in water column, interstitial water, and sediments were investigated in the large shallow eutrophic Lake Chaohu. Ortho-phosphate (Ortho-P) and total phosphorus (TP) concentrations were significantly higher in the western part than in the eastern part of the lake, due to different nutrient inputs from the surrounding rivers. Moreover, particulate phosphorus (PP) concentration was in a similar spatial pattern to Ortho-P and TP concentrations, and also showed significantly positive correlation with the biomass of Microcystis, indicating more uptake and store of phosphorus by Microcystis than by other algae. Increase of pH and intensive utilization of P by phytoplankton were the main factors promoting P (especially Fe-P) release from the sediment to interstitial water during the cyanobacterial blooms in Lake Chaohu. Spatial dynamics in TP concentration, P species and adsorption behavior of the sediment, coupled with the statistical analyses, suggested that the spatial heterogeneity of P contents in the sediment was influenced by various factors, e.g. human activities, soil geochemistry and mineral composition. In spite of similar TP contents in the sediments, increase in proportion of Fe-P concentration in the sediment may result in a high risk of P release

    Unsteady flow characteristics regarding hump instability in the first stage of a multistage pump-turbine in pump mode

    This article reports the fluid-dynamical analyses of unsteady flow in the first stage of a multistage pump-turbine where hump instability occurs. This stage can be seen as a centrifugal pump with multistage guide vanes in pump mode. Experimental and numerical approaches are adopted to contribute the understanding of the highly complex flow regime inner the test pump. In the experimental test, both dynamic pressure measurement and flow visualization techniques are adopted. A commercial code with detached eddy simulation (DES) model is used to compute the flow regime. The frequency analysis indicates that two unsteady flow patterns with a constant frequency occur in the hump instability region. The numerical and experimental unsteady flow fields are analysed to study the fluid-dynamical features of these unsteady patterns, in order to investigate the origin and reveal their contributions to the hump instability

    Numerical Study on Rotating Characteristics of Unsteady Flow Inner Pump-turbine in Pump Mode

    In order to investigate the formation of the rotating stall in diffuser of pump-turbine in pump mode, the unsteady flow with radial rotating characteristics before the occurrence of rotating stall are investigated by detached eddy simulation. The results indicate that the unsteady flow patterns which occur in the return channel both at full and part load conditions contain two periodical disturbances with frequencies St 0.042 and St 0.085, and the Strouhal number St is frequency normalized by blade passing frequency of impeller. These periodical disturbances not only influence the pressure field but also cause rotating characteristics in diffuser channels. One is composed of 4 cells propagating at 0.073 times of impeller rotating speed. The other one is made up of 3 rotating cells with 0.2 times of backward impeller rotating speed. Meanwhile, there are two radial rotating characteristics which contribute the spectra peak at blade pass frequency in diffuser. One is at the inlet of diffuser propagating at impeller rotating speed with 7 cells, and the other one contains 4 cells with about 1.75 backward impeller rotating speed

    This paper proposes a distributed analytical representation and Gauss-Seidel iterative technique (Seidel-DARIT-field), which has a faster convergence rate than the Jacobi-DARIT-field method in the simulation of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) radiated field coupling to multiconductor transmission lines (MTLs) and is more valid and accurate. The process of the first iteration in this method is similar to that in the Jacobi-DARIT-field method.     Analytic Iterative Solution of Electromagnetic Pulse Coupling to Multiconductor Transmission Lines

    This paper provides an efficient iterative solution in the frequency domain for electromagnetic pulse (EMP) radiated field coupling to multiconductor transmission lines (MTLs) based on distributed analytical representation of the exciting sources and iterative technique originated from waveform relaxation. The method consists of two kinds of iterations, the first is that the incoming EMP wave couples to each conductor while the effects of neighboring conductors were neglected; the second is that each conductor will be not only subject to the illumination of the EMP wave, but also influenced by the virtual sources which are the induced voltages and currents of the neighboring conductors at the previous iteration. The key highlights of the proposed method are that the induced voltage and current at each iteration are considered as the virtual distributed exciting sources for next iteration, and the integrals were solved analytically by the Baum-Liu-Tesche equation, leading to a pretty good efficiency and quick convergence for most real cases. The validation results over a wide range show that the proposed method could efficiently handle EMP coupling to MTLs with a large number of conductors and the accuracy of the solutions is closely related to the number of iterations allowing the flexibility to choose between the accuracy and the time cos
