As noted, the Dinner and Dialogue this week will be in collaboration with the UMaine Office of Community and Connection for a lovely meal of soup (bring your own bowl) and salad. The topic is Seasons & Spirituality. Wilson Center board member, Anila Karunakar will be helping to facilitate and we are hoping many WC board members will be in attendance. Free Pasta Dinner and Dialogue
Dinner will be followed at 7pm by a presentation from Wilson Center friend, Rensho Elliott, who will discuss how Inner Work is an alchemical process of engaging the raw material of our lives - our struggles, shadows, and aspirations - and transforming them into greater wholeness and awareness. Rensho will then share an introduction to meditation practice that is welcoming of all levels of meditation experience
