Untuk memastikan sistem manajemen berjalan dengan baik perlu dilakukan audit internal sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Dalam pelaksanaan Audit SMK3, Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya masih menggunakan platform berupa kertas di era digital yang modern saat ini. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sistem informasi manajemen yang diperlukan untuk mengelola pelaksanaan audit internal. Teknologi website merupakan suatu cara untuk mempermudah dalam menyampaikan sebuah informasi, dengan memanfaatkan framework laravel dalam perancangan platform untuk mendukung pembuatan web Audit SMK3 PPNS, dengan adanya framework laravel ini dapat mempermudah kinerja dan mempercepat bahkan menghemat waktu dalam pengembangan web informasi. dengan database MySQL. Pada prosedur audit internal dilakukan perancangan ulang prosedur audit internal yang disesuaikan dengan PP No.50 Tahun 2012 dan sistem informasi manajemen audit internal di Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya. Sistem informasi ini diuji tingkat kelayakan dan manfaat menggunakan USE Questionnaire. Didapatkan hasil pengujian Usability sebesar 87,54% yang artinya sistem informasi yang dirancang telah layak untuk digunakan

No full textPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Topik kajiannya adalah pemuda desa mantaren dua usia 15-23 tahun, orang tua remaja, dan pimpinan jaringan. Pokok bahasan penelitian ini adalah keadaan remaja desa mantaren 2, selanjutnya sumbangan media massa dalam mengubah perilaku remaja. Penempatan penelitian dilakukan di desa mantaren 2 kecamatan pulang pisau. Metode yang diterapkan dalam mengumpulkan informasi dengan bantuan pernyataan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang bermanfaat. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis informasi adalah studi tentang keabsahan catatan bersama dengan perluasan partisipasi, keteguhan komentar, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) keadaan remaja di desa mantaren 2 kecamatan pulang pisau sangat beragam. Sebagian besar remaja di desa mantaren 2 adalah lansia yang berusia sekitar 15-23 tahun. Dilihat dari jumlah sekolahnya, anak tersebut menjadi tidak kuliah. Maksimal dari mereka lulus luar biasa dari fakultas standar. No full textModern society\u27s awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle has brought new ideas not only limited to diet and sleep but also exercise. In this case, exercise is believed to be important in realizing physical and mental health. However, some groups limit the practice of exercise to archery, swimming, and horseback riding, as referred to the hadith delivered by the prophet. This study aims to analyze the concept of sports in the Prophetic traditions as a basis for developing a holistic sports education program, as well as to examine the permissibility of the Prophetic sports tradition through the contextualization of hadith in the modern era. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study, the author uses a collection of literature and relevant sources of information as research sources. In analyzing the data, the author uses the stages proposed by Miles & Huberman, namely data identification, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From two questions; how is the contextualization of sports hadith in realizing physical and mental health, and how is the application of hadith about sports in the development of sports education programs, the results show that the concept of sports in the prophet\u27s traditions is not seen from the form of sports alone, such as swimming, archery and horse riding, but rather on the aspect of its purpose and usefulness. Philosophically, the purpose and benefits of sports education in children through the context of archery and horse riding during the Prophet\u27s time are more directed at the form of children\u27s education so that they become individuals who understand the goals and objectives of life, calmness, concentration, and strategies in achieving these goals, including mastery of modern technological means that support the ease of physical activity in facilitating towards every goal of life

For inventory, store owners record inventory manually so that it will be difficult to check which items should be purchased to meet inventory or if there is product loss. In addition, in making documents or sales transaction reports only in the form of sheets of paper, the integrity and security of the document is not guaranteed in the event of a complaint. So the author try to research a website's information system that is expected to be able to help administrator or shop owners in recording sales, inventory and help maintain the security of these documents where the admin will be easier to input, and the data will be neater and more efficient. The research method used is waterfall method for the system design.
