Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Melalui Dengan Organization Citizenship Behaviour
Employee performance is how employees contribute to the organization, both in terms of absence at work, quality of work, quantity of work period and attitude in the organizational environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy through organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence through organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. To determine the effect of leadership through organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. The research method is quantitative, using Structural Equation Modeling abbreviated as SEM, a multivariate analysis method that can be used to describe the relationship of linear relationships simultaneously between observation variables (indicators) and variables that cannot be measured directly (latent variables). SEM is a multivariate statistical analysis method. Based on the study, it was found that Self Efficacy with the mediation of Organization Citizenship Behavior can have a significant effect on performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. Emotional Intelligence with the mediation of Organization Citizenship Behavior can have a significant effect on performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. Leadership with Organization Citizenship Behavior mediation cannot have a significant effect on performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province.Kinerja pegawai ialah bagaimana kontribusi pegawai terhadap organisasi, baik dalam absensi di tempat kerja, kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja masa kerja dan sikap dalam lingkungan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy melalui organization citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasaran emosional melalui organization citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan melalui organization citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Metode penelitian yaitu dengan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling disingkat SEM merupakan metode analisis multivariat yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan keterkaitan hubungan linier secara simultan antara variabel pengamatan (indikator) dan variabel yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung (variabel laten). SEM merupakan suatu metode analisis statistik multivariat. Berdasarkan penelitian maka ditemukan bahwa Self Efficacy dengan mediasi Organization Citizenship Behaviour dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Kecerdasan Emosional dengan mediasi Organization Citizenship Behaviour dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Kepemimpinan dengan mediasi Organization Citizenship Behaviour tidak dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau
ESG Implementation in Modern Business Oriented Towards Sustainable Management
This research aims to understand how ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) implementation strategies can be optimized to improve the company's financial performance and long-term value. In addition, this research identifies the main obstacles that companies face in adopting and integrating ESG principles into their business strategies, especially in the current context of globalization and market complexity. This research also analyzes the influence of ESG implementation on a company's reputation and image in the eyes of stakeholders, including investors, consumers and the wider community. The research results show that effective ESG implementation can reduce operational risks, increase efficiency, and attract sustainable investment, ultimately strengthening a company's competitiveness. However, challenges such as measurement difficulties, implementation costs, and pressure from stakeholders remain obstacles that must be overcome. Successful ESG integration can create long-term, sustainable value for a company and its stakeholders
Economic Institutional Empowerment Model as A Climate and Energy-Independent Village Based on Local Wisdom
Village development from the perspective of community empowerment is to increase community participation in institutions by utilizing economic potential resources and local wisdom. The purpose of the research is to analyze and design a model of economic institutional empowerment at the location of Sambak Village, Kajoran Subdistrict, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province as a productive and innovative village that was awarded the Climate Village and Independent Innovation Champion. The research used a qualitative method with Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which is relevant for constructing reality through observation, dialogical interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Research informants were selected purposively, namely administrators and members of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) and Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE), village government, and empowerment activists. PRA research analysis obtains data construction, reduction, and categorization which can then design empowerment programs or models. The results showed that Village governments need to create and run economic institutional empowerment programs in partnership with educational institutions and empowerment activists so that VOEs and MSME’s become integrated institutions. The empowerment programs needed are institutional management, administration, finance, promotion as well as digital marketing. Prayer Determination toward Employees Performance
Prayer is a consequence for person who belief to God as their duty by performing in five times a day. Those are dawn Dzuhur, Ashar, Maghrib and sobs Prayer is the pillars of Muslim, “whoever does the direction, they has heighten their religion, whoever leave means has moved down theirs. Prayer will bring positive impact to performance of human if there is good process that followed and done constantly. According to Rais (1998:60) a good way in Prayer could give good charity to Muslims itself while if not, so the charity for them must be not well. Although more Muslim people come to mosque, it doesn’t show that in society they do not do disavowal. Like have been stated by Rais (1998: 60) the answer is “because the soul of Prayer didn’t life in its person”. They might do Prayer practically and routine but don’t draw it in their daily life.Allah SWT asks Muslims to give to the poor and sick of human living in this world. It is called as zakat. like in this quote “….give zakat and give loan to Allah a goodly loan, and whatever good you send before you yourself” (Q.S.Al Muzammil: 20). This letter is not without meaning, the writer thought that there is a significant relationship in causality between prayer and zakat. Based on this theory someone who do Prayer frequently will give maximum in doing Zakat. Here, the writer can say that this Muslim categorize as success person economically. Isn’t the fac t? . In empirical way the writer can see that the social community whose actively do Prayer cannot be portrayed the same, it means that not all of them represent the positive performance. Hence, the writer interested to this topic about does prayer bring positive influence toward employee performance or conversely?The results of structural equation modelling analysis show that Prayer is directly influence on work performance with negative value. It can be indicated by a coefficient -1.35 with the probability for 0.00. it can be inferred that there is negative influence when the motivation to do Prayer are high the performance will be low. This effect isn’t relevant with the theory which stated the number of praying, Prayer and Fasting can be as much higher motivation toward the quality of performance. Those potentiality is divine asset that should be managed well in establishing the charity (Tasmara, 1995: 77). God. Give his blessing to all human with those potentialities in order to make consciousness about how pray can bring big influence to the performance.
