SOFTWARE SOLUTION TO PROPERTY INSURANCE OFFERS
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena programska rešitev, ki je namenjena izdelavi ponudb premoženjskega zavarovanja za organizacije. Rešitev je izdelana za Generali Zavarovalnico d. d. in je nadomestila staro programsko rešitev. Na začetku diplome je predstavljeno problemsko stanje v podjetju in opis metode >Življenjski cikel razvoja aplikacijeSystem Development Life Cycle<, by which the solution was made, is described. For the construction of the program solution we used the software tools MS Excel and Visual Basic for applications. In the main body, the process of construction and how the solution works are described. Also, some interesting program sentences and forms, which are used in the solution, are shown. The results of SWOT analysis are presented. With this program solution bigger business efficiency is achieved and the time it takes to create an offer for property insurance is reduced. In the conclusion, the impact assessments are described, and conditions for introduction and possibilities for further development are introduced

INTRODUCTION OF WEB BASED HELP DESK SOFTWARE FOR IT SUPPORT
Cilj naloge je bil uvesti sistem za beleženje prijavljenih napak za področje IT. Beleženje mora biti takšno, da je vsa komunikacija med uporabnikom in tehnikom zbrana na enem mestu. Podatki, zbrani na takšen način omogočajo sistemsko zbiranje informacij, ki s časom tvorijo uporabno zbirko znanja. Ta zbirka znanja omogoča hitrejše odpravljanje napak kar se posledično odslikava v krajše izpade dela na uporabniški strani. Zaradi tega je organizacija pri delu lahko bolj učinkovita. Cilj smo dosegli z uvedbo spletne rešitve, ki je bila uvedena po metodi prototipnega pristopa. Rešitev je postavljena na spletni strežnik in je preprosto dostopna iz delovnih postaj uporabnikov v omrežju organizacije. Na uporabnikovi strani ne zahteva nameščene namenske programske opreme, dovolj je spletni brskalnik. Testirana je bila v okolju Windows. Rešitev je odprtokodna, zato finančno minimalno obremenjuje organizacijo, saj je edini neposredni strošek le strojna oprema. V prihodnje nas čaka odločitev ali je rešitev dolgoročno sprejemljiva in uporabna ali pa jo bo potrebno nadomestiti z nečim, kar bo bolje reševalo problematiko.The aim of the thesis was to introduce a system for logging errors and problems reported by the users in the field of IT. Logging must be such that all communication between the user and the technician is to be collected in one place. Data collected in this manner presents systematic collection of information, which over time forms a useful knowledge base. This knowledge base enables faster troubleshooting which is consequently reflected in shorter worktime loss on the side of users. Therefore, the supported organization can be more effective. The objective was achieved through the introduction of Web Solutions, which was introduced by the prototype methodology approach. The solution is placed on a web server and is easily accessible from any computer inside organizations network. On the user side it does not require special software installed, web browser suffice. It has been tested on MS Windows®. The solution is open source type, so it impacts minimally on financial burden of the organization, since the only direct cost is just hardware on which it runs. In the future we are to decide if this solution is long-term acceptable and useful or should it be replaced with something more appropriate
COMPARISON OF SOLUTIONS FOR ADVANCED CYBER THREATS PROTECTION
Cilj diplomske naloge je pregled naprednih spletnih groženj in opredelitev potencialnih rešitev, ki nas pred njimi ščitijo.
Prikazali smo, kaj opredeljuje napredne trajne grožnje in zakaj klasične varnostne rešitve, ki statično, na podlagi podpisov, analizirajo programsko kodo, niso več kos novim kibernetskim grožnjam. Napredne trajne grožnje in ostale usmerjene napade smo predstavili, prikazali delovanje in izpostavili potencialne posledice, ki jih lahko povzročijo.
Prikazali smo različne pristope, ki nudijo dinamično pregledovanje spletnega prometa ob različnem času in na različnih mestih omrežja. Izpostavili smo tehnologijo t.i. peskovnika, ki analizira neznane datoteke in ocenjuje njihovo stopnjo ogrožanja na podlagi obnašanja v emuliranem / navideznem okolju. Ker tehnologija peskovnika ni nezmotljiva, smo prikazali tudi nekaj tehnik izmikanja.
Diplomska naloga nudi tudi kratek pregled komercialnih rešitev ter njihovo primerjavo glede na tri glavne skupine kriterijev: funkcionalnost, strategijo in prisotnost na trgu.
Zaključili smo, da popolne obrambe pred usmerjenimi napadi nikoli ne bomo mogli doseči. Za zmanjšanje uspešnosti naprednih spletnih groženj smo predlagali povečanje zavedanja, zagotovitev sredstev za tehnologijo in človeške vire ter poglobitev znanja.The aim of this thesis is to provide an overview of advanced cyber threats and identify the potential solutions that might offer a reliable protection against such threats.
The author defined the concept of advanced cyber threats and demonstrated why nowadays the traditional security solutions that are signature-based and analyse software code statically are no longer a match for new cyber threats. This thesis presents advanced persistent threats and other targeted attacks and their operation, highlighting the potential consequences that may ensue.
The thesis looks at various approaches which provide a dynamic inspection of internet traffic at different points in time and in different network locations. The author highlighted so-called sandbox technology, which enables an analysis of unknown files and an assessment of their threat level based on their behaviour in an emulated/virtualised environment. Since the sandbox technology is not infallible, the author also presented several evasion techniques.
In addition, the work at hand includes a brief overview of commercial solutions and their comparison based on three main groups of criteria: functionality, strategy and market presence.
The conclusion of the work is that a perfect and complete protection against targeted attacks can never be achieved. In order to reduce the effectiveness of advanced online threats the author proposes to provide additional funding for technology and human resources, increase awareness, and to enhance knowledge
DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR VERIFICATION AND CALIBRATION OF WEIGHING SCALES
Magistrska naloga opisuje postopek izdelave programske rešitve za overjanje in kalibracijo tehtnic in uteži. Programska rešitev je namenjena zaposlenim v podjetju Perko tehtnice d.o.o., ki izvajajo overitve in kalibracije.
Programska rešitev je bila razvita v programskem okolju Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, uporabljen jezik programiranja pa je C#. Podatki se shranjujejo v podatkovno zbirko SQL, ki se nahaja na strežniku podjetja.
Programska rešitev omogoča vpisovanje ter izpis certifikatov, overitev in kalibracij na terenu ter te podatke shranjuje v podatkovno zbirko iz katere je možno voditi evidenco. Uvaja pa tudi šifrante, s katerimi se izboljša arhiviranje ter ponovna izdelava certifikatov.Master\u27s thesis describes the development proces of software solution for verification and calibration of weights and weighting scales. Solution was designed for employees in the company Perko tehtnice d.o.o., who deal with verification and calibration of weights and weighting scales.
The software solution was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, using the C# programming language. It saves the data to the SQL database, which is located on the company server.
Software solution allows users to enter and print verification certificates and calibration certificates on site. Data is saved in database, from which it’s possible to keep a record of created certificates. It also introduces the code lists to improve the preservation and re-creation of certificates
Development a web biographical lexicone spodnjesavinjcani.si
V zaključnem delu je predstavljena izdelava spletnega biografskega leksikona Spodnje Savinjske doline – spodnjesavinjcani.si. S spletnim biografskim leksikonom smo na enem mestu predstavili osebnosti, ki so s svojim delom pomembno zaznamovale okolje in življenje Spodnje Savinjske doline. Spletni leksikon omogoča lažji dostop do domoznanskih vsebin in je pripomoček pri pedagoškem delu domoznanskega oddelka Medobčinske splošne knjižnice Žalec. Zaradi spletne dostopnosti pripomore tudi k ohranjanju in varnosti izvirnega gradiva, ki ga hranimo v osrednji enoti v Žalcu.
Spletni biografski leksikon smo izdelali s pomočjo odprtokodnega CMS-sistema Wordpress. Za funkcionalno delovanje smo uporabili brezplačne vtičnike in prostodostopno predlogo strani. Predlogo strani smo prevedli v slovenski jezik ter namestili vse potrebne vtičnike za optimizacijo in varnost spletnega leksikona.This diploma thesis presents the production of an online biographical lexicon of the Lower Savinja Valley – spodnjesavinjcani.si. With an online biographical lexicon, we presented in one place the personalities whose work significantly marked the environment and life of the Lower Savinja Valley. The online lexicon provides easier access to local history content and also serves as an aid in the pedagogical work of the local history department of the Intermunicipal Public Library Žalec. Due to its online accessibility, it also contributes to the preservation and safety of the original material, which is stored in the central unit in Žalec.
We created an online biographical lexicon using the open source CMS Wordpress system. For functional operation, we used free plugins and a free page template. We translated the template of the page into Slovenian and installed all the necessary plug-ins for the optimization and security of the web lexicon
Development of a prototype for web access to documents
Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj prototipa za spletni dostop do dokumentov z namenom izboljšanja uporabniške izkušnje. Delo se osredotoča na načrtovanje in razvoj uporabniškega vmesnika, ki omogoča lažjo orgzanizacijo dokumentov ter vključuje sodobne trende, kot sta odziven dizajn in prilagodljivost.
Glavni rezultat diplomskega dela je uspešno delujoč prototip, ki omogoča osnovne funkcionalnosti spletnega dostopa do dokumentov. Kljub temu so nekateri cilji, kot je popolna integracija z obstoječimi sistemi, še v fazi razvoja. Zaključki diplomskega dela poudarjajo potrebo po nadaljnjem delu na nadgradnji in optimizaciji sistema, s čimer bi zagotovili popolno funkcionalnost aplikacije.
Kot priporočilo za nadaljnji razvoj se predlaga integracijo umetne inteligence in vpeljavo dodatnih funkcionalnosti, ki bodo povečale zmogljivost in uporabnost sistema.The thesis focuses on the development of a prototype for web access to documents, aiming to improve the user experience. The work emphasizes the design and development of a user interface that facilitates easier document organization and incorporates modern trends such as responsive design and adaptability.
The main result of the thesis is a successfully functioning prototype that provides the basic functionalities of web access to documents. However, some goals, such as full integration with existing systems, are still in development. The conclusions of the thesis highlight the need for further work on upgrades and optimizations to ensure the full functionality of the application.
As a recommendation for further development, the integration of artificial intelligence and the implementation of additional functionalities are suggested to enhance the system’s performance and usability
Mobile app quiz on interesting facts about slovenia
Cilj diplomskega dela je bila izdelava mobilne aplikacije, ki ljudem v obliki zabavnega kviza omogoča širjenje narodne zavednosti. Na vhodni strani aplikacije so lahko uporabniki izbrali eno izmed štirih vrst vprašanj, povezanih z našo domovino (zgodovina, politika, kultura in mešano). Kviz je sestavljen iz 30 vprašanj, pri vsakem vprašanju pa so na voljo štirje odgovori, od katerih je le en pravilen. Za izdelavo projekta smo uporabili programsko orodje Thunkable , ki je omogočalo izdelavo različnih vrst mobilnih aplikacij za Android in iOS naprave brez kodiranja. Aplikacija je bila testirana v realnem okolju in preizkušena na manjšem številu uporabnikovna podlagi njihovih povratnih informacij pa smo izvedli več izboljšav za boljšo uporabniško izkušnjo. V prihodnosti smo nameravali razširiti število vprašanj in nadgradnjo grafične podobe.The aim of our thesis was to create a mobile app that makes people raise their national awareness in the form of a fun quiz. On the app\u27s home screen, we could pick between 4 types of questions, all related to our homeland (history, politics, culture and mixed). The quiz consisted of 30 questions and each question has four possible answers, only one of which is correct. To create the project, we used the Thunkable software tool , which allows the creation of various types of mobile apps for Android and iOS devices without coding. The application was tested in a real environment and tried out on a small number of usersbased on their feedback, we made several improvements to enhance the user experience. In the future, we planned to expand the number of questions and upgrade the graphic design
WEB PORTAL FOR JUDICIAL OFFICER
Diplomska naloga predstavlja odprtokodno programsko orodje Joomla, za izdelavo in osveževanje spletnega portala. Xampp paket vsebuje vse potrebne komponente in module za izdelavo spletne strani in temelji na odprtokodni osnovi, spletni strežnik Apache, podatkovna baza Mysql in skriptni jezik PHP.
Cilj diplomske naloge je izdelava, upravljanje in raba spletne strani sodnega izvršitelja.
V uvodnem delu je opis postavitve spletnega portala CMS Joomla in opis uporabljenih orodij. V osrednjem delu je opisan postopek načrtovanja, izdelave spletne strani ter vpis spletne strani v spletne imenike. Zaključek vsebuje oceno učinkov ter možnost nadaljnjega razvoja spletnega portala.This diploma introduces open source Joomla software, as a tool to build and mantain a web portal. The Xampp package includes all the necessary components and modules to build the web portal and is based on an open source, server Apache, database Mysql and scripting language PHP.

DESIGNING A PORTAL FOR PRIVATE ENTREPRENEUR
Diplomska naloga vsebuje proces izdelave dinamične spletne predstavitve za podjetje, ki se ukvarja z izdelavo pultov ter ostalih kuhinjskih, kopalniških in laboratorijskih elementov iz kompozitnega materiala. Spletna stran je bila izdelana z namenom predstavitve podjetja širši javnosti, povečanju ugleda ter prepoznavnosti.
V uvodnem delu je opis poteka namestitve spletnega portala Joomla! in predstavitev posameznih orodij ter spletnih tehnologij, uporabljenih pri izdelavi spletne strani.
V nadaljevanju naloge je prikazana sama izdelava spletne strani. Opisana je izdelava in namestitev predloge v sistem CMS, nameščanje posameznih modulov, komponent, vtičnikov ter sam vnos in objava vsebine portala.
V zaključku naloge je opisana optimizacija spletnih strani (Search Engine Optimization - SEO), izbira primerne domene in postopek vpisa strani v spletne imenike in iskalnike.
Zaključek vsebuje oceno učinkov ter možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja spletne strani.The thesis analyses the composition process of dynamic web presentation of a company that manufactures counters and other kitchen, bathroom and laboratory elements made of composite material. The website was composed with the intention of presenting the company to the wider public, increasing its reputation and recognisability.
The introductory describes the installation of Joomla! web portal and presentation of individual tools and web technologies that have been used while constructing the website.
Website composition is explained in the continuation of the thesis. Composition and installation of the template into CMS, installation of individual modules, components, plug-ins and the entry and publication of the portal’s contents are described.
The final part of the thesis deals with optimization of websites (Search Engine Optimization - SEO), choosing the appropriate domain, and the procedure of entering the website into web directories and browsers.
The conclusion includes the estimation of website’s effects and the possibilities for further development of the website
