    Cui Fujun : un protecteur des empereurs du Xe au XIIe siècle ?

    WANG Huayan, Cui Fujun : A Protector of Emperors from the 10th to the 12th Centuries ? The cult of Cui Fujun is first documented in Tang Taizong’s Journey to Hell, which is preserved in a manuscript from Dunhuang dated 906. The argument presented here takes the rise of this cult during the 10th century as the result of central policies apparently influenced by several historic events. Effectively, the role played by Cui Fujun in the freeing of Tang Taizong— who was guilty of fratricide— from Hell would have inspired Song Taizong, himself accused of having illegally seized the throne from his brother and his descendents, to promote his worship. This function of imperial protector would have thus been reactivated throughout the dynasty, in particular when difficulties arose in the imperial succession.Le culte de Cui Fujun est d’abord attesté dans le voyage aux enfers de l’empereur Tang Taizong, dont une copie est conservée dans un manuscrit de Dunhuang daté de 906. Notre hypothèse fait de l’essor de ce culte durant le Xe siècle la conséquence d’une politique centrale apparemment influencée par plusieurs événements historiques. En effet le rôle joué par Cui Fujun dans la libération des enfers de Tang Taizong, qui était coupable de fratricide, aurait incité Song Taizong, lui-même accusé d’avoir illégitimement ravi le trône à son frère et à ses descendants, à promouvoir son culte.     Residual stress in AlN films grown on sapphire substrates by molecular beam epitaxy

    Residual stress in AlN films grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) has been studied by Raman scattering spectroscopy. A strain-free Raman frequency and a biaxial stress coefficient for E-2(high) mode are experimentally determined to be 657.8 +/- 0.3 cm(-1) and 2.4 +/- 0.2 cm(-1) /GPa, respectively. By using these parameters, the residual stress of a series of AlN layers grown under different buffer layer conditions has been investigated. The residual compressive stress is found to be obviously decreased by increasing the Al/N beam flux ratio of the buffer layer, indicating the generation of tensile stress due to stronger coalescence of AlN grains, as also confirmed by the in-situ reflection high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) monitoring observation. The stronger coalescence does lead to improved quality of AlN films as expected. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd.     High-Output-Power Ultraviolet Light Source from Quasi-2D GaN Quantum Structure

    Quasi-2D GaN layers inserted in an AlGaN matrix are proposed as a novel active region to develop a high-output-power UV light source. Such a structure is successfully achieved by precise control in molecular beam epitaxy and shows an amazing output power of approximate to 160 mW at 285 nm with a pulsed electron-beam excitation.     We propose a simple yet effective theoretical model for the evolutionary threshold public goods game with binary contributions (the fair personal share or nothing), incorporating the effect of collective risk. We distinguish two distinct public goods games according to whether to return the contributions when the target is not collected. For the two cases, in order to Study the impact of collective risk on cooperation. we analyze dynamics of the population which can be represented by the replicator equations. It shows that high rate of loss can enhance the emergence of social cooperation and the provision Of public goods. Furthermore, other elements also can promote the cooperation, Such as large initial endowment and small threshold.     Research on the performance of PGC phase demodulation algorithm based on WTD-ESO

    Phase generated carrier (PGC) technology is a commonly used signal demodulation scheme. PGC demodulation is easily affected by light source intensity fluctuation, system noise and environmental disturbance. In order to improve the accuracy and robustness of PGC phase demodulation, a PGC phase demodulation algorithm combining wavelet threshold de-noising (WTD) and extended state observer (ESO) is proposed in this paper. WTD is used to preprocess the PGC interference signal with noise to effectively suppress the noise interference. A phase tracker based on ESO is constructed to estimate the phase to be demodulated, the phase change rate and the lumped disturbance in the system as the extended state, so as to achieve the accurate extraction of the phase. This algorithm can significantly improve the accuracy and dynamic response characteristics of PGC phase demodulation in complex noise environment.</p
